Ideal location to reach several renowned beaches just a few kilometers away. The courtesy and kindness of the manager are equal to the goodness and quality of breakfast. I highly recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery, very well-kept. Luca, the incredibly friendly and fantastic host, offers a unique welcome and prepares breakfasts all made by him of incredible quality... really compliments!

When the temperature reaches 35 degrees in front of the rooms, it will be an oven. A tent for each room or large umbrellas would be needed. This is the only thing I feel like saying. For the rest, it's exceptional for the cleanliness, the manager, the location, and the breakfast.

Very clean facility, excellent breakfast with very fresh and homemade products, yogurt, jams, bread, and cakes. Luca was very kind. We recommend this B&B.

We stayed at Podere 269 for a week. We were welcomed very well by the manager and informed about all the activities planned nearby and beyond... To tell the truth, it was a beautiful, relaxing week, with excellent breakfasts. We will return as soon as possible.

We stayed at the B&B Podere 269 from the 4th to the 11th of September 22. We chose this B&B mainly for its location, close to beautiful beaches and very interesting villages to visit. The pleasant surprise was the structure: rooms overlooking the countryside, with impeccable daily cleaning. Last but not least, the kindness and availability of Luca, the manager who "pampered" us every morning with a delicious and abundant breakfast prepared by him: from sweet treats to jams, from yogurt to exquisite bread. What can I say: a little paradise to highly recommend and of course to return to. Thank you Luca.

For our week-long vacation in Tuscany, we couldn't have made a better choice than staying at Podere 269. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy all the best beaches in the area, first and foremost Cala Violina. The days start off great with breakfast personally prepared by Luca. His tarts, in particular, are phenomenal. Excellent room cleanliness. Furthermore, Luca has always been willing to meet every need (including the use of his freezer) with a cordiality and generosity that's hard to match.

We had a great time, Luca is a person attentive to the needs of customers, daily and precise room cleaning, abundant and refined breakfast, all personally made by Luca. Close to the sea but also halfway between Follonica and Castiglione. You sleep in absolute silence. I recommend.

My partner and I stayed here at the beginning of July 2022 and we had a great time for the hospitality of Luca, the breakfasts, the cleanliness of the b&b, and the strategic location. We will definitely come back.

We booked at the bed and breakfast Podere 269 in February choosing it for its strategic position, excellent to reach the various coves and halfway between Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. Arriving on a Monday afternoon in June, we were immediately welcomed by the manager Luca, very kind and hospitable. He showed us the room and some indications on what to visit and where to eat. The room was tidy and clean, tidied up daily. The breakfasts offered by Luca were exquisite from the first to the last, all made at home by him! From the plumcake to the citrus fruits and pistachios, to the muffins with pine nuts and toasted almonds, to the chocolate and orange ring cake, to the cake with peaches and the tarts with various jams; but also the cereal bread and the yogurt with fresh fruit. In general, when we are on vacation we also like to have a savory note for breakfast and, after the first day, we expressed this desire to Luca, who satisfied us with a warm toast every morning, every day was a treat. Throughout the stay, Luca was always available, even allowing us to use the freezer for ice. He was really good at creating a family atmosphere, so much so that in the morning we all gathered for breakfast exchanging experiences and advice. If you happen to pass through the fantastic Maremma Tuscany, do not hesitate to stop at Podere 269 by Luca and the beautiful sunflowers.

We found a level of cleanliness superior to the 4-star hotel in the Tuscan hinterland where we had stayed in the previous days. Breakfast with genuine products of excellent quality and we very much appreciated the friendliness and availability of the owner Luca. We highly recommend staying at Podere 269.

Well-organized and comfortable structure very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast. Discreet manager always ready to respond to guests' requests and/or information. Fantastic breakfast, perhaps for an international 'guest' the lack of the 'salty' part could be felt, but the quality of the 'sweet' breakfast is above expectations. Excellent structure for those looking for simplicity and tranquility. The manager is always available and polite, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. The structure is located in a strategic area near Cala Violina and other beaches. We did not encounter any problems during our stay.

Cambio biancheria tutte le mattine. Luca persona squisita e soprattutto molto bravo per il servizio colazione.

Posto delizioso situato nel mezzo della campagna e a pochi km dal mare raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. spiagge ampie e deliziose con un mare splendido! Il Sig. La colazione e' favolosa, con le torte fatte in casa ogni giorno una più buona dell'altra!

Incantevole podere immerso nel verde della campagna maremmana. Camera e bagno molto confortevoli. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nella struttura. Luca, il proprietario, è una persona squisita e disponibile. Le camere molto pulite, la doccia molto grande. La colazione super con prodotti freschi preparati da Luca.

Struttura situata a pochi minuti di auto dalle molte spiagge della zona. Pulizia e cura sono caratteristiche salienti della camera e della struttura in generale. La colazione, a base di prodotti preparati con cura in loco (chiedere dettagli sulla preparazione per avere un'idea della meticolosità adottata), merita una valutazione molto alta. La cordialità e l'attenzione per i dettagli del gestore rendono il soggiorno un'esperienza piacevole e innalzano il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Provare per credere.

Soggiorno piacevole e ambiente accogliente. Solo un suggerimento, per quello che può valere il mio punto di vista: renderei il Podere, visti gli spazi e il verde che ha a disposizione, più colorato con vasi in fiore e, maggiore comodità, con sdraie al posto delle sedie o in aggiunta.

B&B con 4 camere in totale, il tutto si traduce in tranquillità, nonostante vi siano stati altri ospiti non abbiamo mai sentito nulla. Luogo silenzioso, abbastanza vicino al mare (4/5 km), spiaggia libera non affollata, anzi a giorni poco frequentata. Nei dintorni si mangia bene con un costo normale inoltre vi sono dei chioschi adibiti alla vendita di frutta e verdura con frutta buona! Alla fine posso dire consigliato. Il proprietario e la sua collaboratrice simpatici e disponibili (grazie per l'ombrellone dato in prestito). Cordialmente Lella e Bruno.

Mi sono recato con la mia ragazza per fare traking a cavallo, la camera è molto semplice, situata in zona tranquilla. La struttura è separata dalla proprietà, sono 4 camere immerse nella campagna della Maremma. Molto disponibili i proprietari e velocissimi con la Colazione in camera. Torneremo sicuramente! Piccolo consiglio Munitevi di contanti perché in struttura non sono muniti di Pos.

Consigliatissimo, ottimo B&B per frequentare le bellissime spiagge della zona, i gestori Luca e Cristiana sono persone attente e professionali, la loro disponibilità e simpatia ti fa sentire a proprio agio come se fossero amici da sempre. Colazioni ottime con torte, yogurt, marmellate e pane fatti da Cristiana. B&B tranquillo e rilassante, le camere si affacciano su un bellissimo campo di girasoli. Servizio navetta per le spiagge della struttura comodissimo e alla guida Luca che con una telefonata ti viene a prendere in tempi brevissimi. Bravi.

Cordialità, professionalità, ospitalità di altissimo livello, eccellente colazione con ricette della tradizione toscana e ligure con ingredienti naturali e genuini mixati con sofisticata esperienza, accurata pulizia quotidiana con cambio biancheria. Minuziosa cura del giardino, servizio navetta per la spiaggia (Cala Violina) ma soprattutto una innata empatia che cura ed accompagna l'ospite durante il soggiorno breve o lungo durante ogni periodo dell'anno, consigliata a chi si vuole bene.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, ruhige Lage, nette Vermieter, tolles Frühstück draußen auf der Rasenfläche serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig und modern. Es gibt diverse italienische Fernsehsender im Zimmer, aber auch Kanäle auf englisch. Während unseres Urlaubes wurde eine WLAN-Antenne installiert, so dass ab sofort WLAN mit gutem Signal verfügbar ist. Was auch immer man als Gast für einen Wunsch hatte, er wurde einem erfüllt. Die Lage der Anlage ist günstig gelegen. Es sind nur ca. 2km zum Strand von Punta Ala und wenn man sich nachmittags auf die Terrasse setzt, hat man wunderbare Ruhe und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Berge. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Kommunikation auf italienisch und auch deutsch möglich.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera molto pulita e confortevole. La stanza da bagno é OK. Il letto comodo e sufficientemente ampio. La colazione é stata portata in camera. Posto molto silenzioso. Purtroppo non c’è Wifi, lo sapevamo, ma il proprietario deve provvedere il prima possibile per poter raggiungere l’eccellenza.

Siamo una giovane coppia e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione perché è tra Follonica, punta ala e Castiglione. Vicinissima poi alla famosa cala violina e altre spiagge molto apprezzate in bassa stagione perché non troppo frequentate! La struttura è nuova e pulitissima! Un punto in più per la pulizia della Camera giornaliera. I proprietari alla mano e sempre disponibili! Disponibilità di colazione gluten free e chi è celiaco sa quanto sia importante! Voto 10! Ci ritorneremo!

Le spiagge dei dintorni sono facilmente raggiungibili con la navetta offerta dal podere. In posizione è strategica, il podere è situato a poca distanza da spiagge spettacolari, la più bella tra tutte (a nostro avviso) Cala Violina. Siamo stati circondati da un’atmosfera familiare, Cristiana e Luca sono persone meravigliose che uniscono la professionalità alla simpatia. La colazione e il viaggio in navetta verso le spiagge dei dintorni sono stati momenti piacevoli per scambiare quattro chiacchiere e ascoltare aneddoti. Preziosi sono stati i loro consigli sui luoghi da visitare o i ristoranti in cui gustare i piatti tipici. Il nostro soggiorno al Podere 269 è stata un’esperienza per vivere, capire e gustare il territorio in tutti i suoi aspetti.
