Newly built structure, tastefully and elegantly furnished. Located on the hills of Ascoli Piceno, 3 km from Ascoli Piceno, it enjoys a wonderful panorama. The pool is an added value: perfect for rejuvenating after visiting the city. Good breakfast, with homemade cakes although not very varied. The only flaw is the absence of the owners or someone to ask for information about the places to visit: we were greeted by Mrs. Belinda with whom we had the pleasure of 'chatting' for just 10 minutes only at the time of check-in, for the delivery of the keys and a complimentary bottle of water. I would have appreciated some more attention for the guests. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Professionalism, hospitality, kindness. Recently renovated rooms with taste. Loving management by passionate owners. We will come back.

A 10-minute drive from the center of Ascoli, in the Marche countryside. Large and new rooms, the pool a very welcome bonus in August. Normal breakfast.

The owners and staff take great pride in a wonderful property. They go out of their way to make the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and will be recommending to our family and friends.

La struttura è bellissima, in mezzo agli ulivi con una pace e una tranquillità impagabili. Comoda anche per raggiungere il centro di Ascoli Piceno a soli 5 minuti di macchina.

Abbiamo passato giorni molto piacevoli in questa vecchia cascina sapientemente ristrutturata, in un magnifico contesto ambientale, a un passo dalla bella Ascoli Piceno e in posizione strategica per visitare il parco dei Monti Sibillini. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari e dalla collaboratrice (che cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare) nel miglior modo possibile.

Ottimo. Belinda e Dario ti fanno trascorrere un soggiorno indimenticabile. C'è un pace e una tranquillità! Un posto ottimo per rilassarsi ma anche vicino ad Ascoli ed agli altri posti interessanti e ai Monti Sibillini. Ci ritorniamo di sicuro, è come stare fra amici. Grazie e a presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato l'11 agosto con famiglia. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungere il B&B in quanto il navigatore ci ha fatto fare una strada strana. Tempestivamente Dario ci ha indirizzati correttamente al B&B. Posizione veramente strategica ad un paio di minuti dal centro di Ascoli, ma sui colli nella quiete più assoluta. Struttura nuovissima ed efficientissima. Camera ampia ed ottimamente arredata, colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa. Il titolare Dario con la moglie, attenti ed utili suggeritori per meglio visitare la città. Se sarò ancora nei paraggi ci ritornerò. Consiglio vivamente.
