I stayed at Il Gelso for only one night and I didn't have any issues. The property is well located in relation to the city center and parking is easy to find. Mr. Giovanni was always helpful and pleasant. Recommended.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in the center. Giovanni is a lovely person and will definitely make you feel at home. Impeccably clean structure and, not to be underestimated, extremely cool despite the intense heat without having to turn on the air conditioning. Highly recommended.

Close to the city center and the port for boat excursions. Moreover, the property is 100 meters away from the bus stop that allowed us to reach Stintino as well. Mr. Giovanni was very kind and the property is well-equipped with everything needed: hairdryer with high wattage, drying rack for each room, fridge always well stocked with juices, water, and yogurt. Packaged breakfast.

The owner of 'Il Gelso' seems a bit confusing, he practically forced us to have breakfast at 7:30 because he had a commitment afterwards.

Ideal place as a daily stopover before continuing the journey. Very kind owner.

The structure is new with all the necessary comforts but above all it is very clean. A special thanks to the manager Giovanni and his wife, exquisite, very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful people! I recommend this B&B. The Mulberry Tree.

Very good welcome, the room was brand new, very well equipped (air conditioning, TV, bathroom products, etc). Only flaw, one of the 2 rooms faces the street (that's the one we were assigned), however this one was very poorly soundproofed. Regarding breakfast, the food was of industrial quality (croissants in plastic, fruit-flavored water serving as fruit juice).

We had a great time for a week at this B&B, tastefully renovated. The room is equipped with everything you may need. But even more pleasant was getting to know Giovanni and his wife, lovely people, attentive and available to any guest's needs, even the personalized breakfast time. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo delizioso B&B situato nella zona centrale della città. Ad accoglierci Giovanni e Gloria due persone gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Le camere sono nuovissime e confortevoli dotate di bagno privato, tv e climatizzatore. Ottima anche la colazione. Lungo la via del B&B sono presenti anche dei ristoranti pizzerie.
