Excellent location a short walk from the train station just outside the Spello walls. Alessandro was a fantastic host. He did everything to make our visit the best it could be. He gave recommendations for excursions and made sure our daughter also had a great holiday. We were very happy and would highly recommend :)

Amazing stay at a very beautiful and well-kept B&B. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and we loved the breakfast. You can really see how passionate they are about ensuring that you have a quality stay. The location is ideal, I recommend popping to the pizzeria next door for some cheap wine and great service. Great facility, clean and abundant breakfast. It is located 5 minutes from the city center on foot. Mr. Pietro, manager of B&B Villamena, is very kind and gives you all the information to move around the various Umbrian locations. We will definitely come back.

We couldn't expect better. B&B Villamena is in an ideal location to visit the wonderful Umbria but also for walks in the beautiful Spello without the need to use the car. The manager is exquisite and very helpful. Impeccable cleanliness. The structure is furnished with extreme taste. Absolutely recommended.

The location is optimal (in front of one of the entrances to the town of Spello, just cross the street), with public parking in front and beside the property (the one beside is a bit 'hidden', accessible from a small street that runs alongside a building). The room we had was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable shower; everything extremely clean. The property also has a small pool, which we did not use, giving the small and charming garden a touch of freshness. The breakfast is abundant (which is great if you then leave for excursions to Spello and the beautiful nearby villages, for which the owner can give you very useful directions and suggestions) and can be done by the pool (in the right season, of course). But the most important thing is the kindness of the owner and the availability of him and the staff, combined with the utmost discretion.
