Very kind manager, a special mention should also be made to the mother who helped us easily reach the sea; the house is very clean and functional located in a convenient spot in Genoa. It is easy to inform that there are difficulties in parking (for those who do not know the city and the places) but nearby there is a very convenient paid parking.

The availability and kindness of the owner were the added value of the stay.

The apartment is a bit dated, but the owner, Federico, has made it really cozy. There is Wi-Fi and all the services that may be needed (kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). It is close to San Martino Hospital (you can walk there in 10 minutes) and is in a neighborhood well served by shops and public services (bus). Congratulations to Federico. Truly recommended.

Impeccable reception and assistance, Federico is very kind and helpful. The rooms of the structure are two doubles each with a private bathroom. The added value is the kitchen (shared between the two rooms) fully equipped and functional. The room was perfectly clean, new and quite spacious, with a double bed, large wardrobe, TV, desk. The bathroom is spacious, new and clean. Excellent value for money. It will be my reference point here in Genoa every time I have to come to the area (it is very close to San Martino Hospital). In the surrounding area there are all essential services: post office, newsstand, pharmacy, supermarkets.

We were supposed to be in Genoa for a hospital admission at 7.30. My nine-month-old son and I were left to ourselves and the owner was so kind to let us into the room at 9 in the morning. Certainly, he probably didn't have the room booked the night before so it was already clean and tidy but still I really appreciated the owner's availability. Not everyone would have done that without asking for an extra charge, so thank you very much.

We stayed for 4 days in this apartment. We had a good time. Excellent value for money. Clean and well-kept place. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I had the need to stay at the Grifon Dormo for a certain period, and I had a great time, the structure is central, the room very clean and quiet with a private bathroom, TV and free wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything, dishwasher, and washing machine. In the area, there are various supermarkets easily reachable on foot. The owner, Federico, was very kind and available for any request. Thank you for everything Fede!

Great bed and breakfast, clean and tidy. The Grifon Dormo is particularly suitable for those who have someone hospitalized at San Martino.

Found by chance. I was looking for a room in Genoa, Sturla area. I stayed for 4 days for work and I couldn't find anything better. Beautiful and very clean house with comfortable beds, well-served area and very kind owner, excellent service and very affordable price. Highly recommended, I had a great time.

The place is clean and in a very quiet location away from traffic.\n\nThe manager is impeccable.\n\nA bit of difficulty with parking, as Genova commands.\n\nWe chose public transportation to visit the city center.. a wise choice.

Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra. Posizione relativamente centrale. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus (solo 10 minuti di autobus dalla stazione Brignole), dall'ospedale San Martino e da molti negozi e pizzerie/rosticcerie. Zona molto silenziosa (non sembrava quasi di stare in città). Il gestore è molto gentile, cordiale e simpatico. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e se dovessimo tornare a Genova, torneremo sicuramente qui. Consigliato.

Abbiamo scelto la struttura perché vicina all'Ospedale San Martino, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, buon collegamento anche con i bus che portano al centro. La casa è ben curata nei particolari, pulita e non manca niente. Federico è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Posto di appoggio ottimo per recarsi all'Ospedale San Martino (5 minuti), struttura talmente accogliente da avere la sensazione di essere a casa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort (wi-fi, tv, frigo, forno a microonde, asciugacapelli) inoltre posizione lontana dal traffico e quindi grande quiete. Gestore gentile e molto disponibile. L'auto l'abbiamo lasciata parcheggiata in ospedale spendendo una sciocchezza.

Ambiente accogliente e pulito. Gestore affabile e gentile. Relax e quiete garantiti. Balcone assolato e con splendida veduta per suggestivi tramonti. Qualche passo a piedi per tornare nella casa, dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto. Mia moglie ed io lo consigliamo davvero. Stefano (Roma).

La Struttura è accogliente sembra di stare a casa camere cucina e bagno sono pulitissimi dotata di tutti i confort, Wi-Fi, Tv, Frigo, Lavatrice, Forno a microonde, si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione di Genova Brignole, in zona servita benissimo sia dai mezzi pubblici che da ogni sorta di attività commerciale ottima come appoggio sia per Turismo, sia per chi si deve cercare un posto di appoggio per recarsi al vicinissimo Ospedale San Martino (5/10 minuti a piedi) come nel mio caso. La gestione è superlativa se hai un problema il Gestore e la sua famiglia, persone cordiali e disponibilissime, fanno di tutto per risolverlo ed aiutarti.. mi sono trovato benissimo unico neo ma non per colpa della struttura è che Genova è un incubo per chi arriva in città con l'auto quindi il consiglio che mi sento di dare è una volta trovato il parcheggio quello di muoversi con i mezzi pubblici.
