I stayed for 6 days in the apartment at 8 Via dell'Osservanza on the ground floor, close to the center, with internal parking, on the occasion of my daughter's surgery at Villa Regina, easy to reach by car (5 minutes) or by bus. However, I would like to suggest to Mr. Luciano some simple improvements to make a possible future booking more inviting: provide the kitchen with a salad bowl, coffee cups (there is only 1), a small pan, a small pot. Replace the numerous laminate floor tiles in the living room that are broken. Upon entering the house, a slight smell of mold is perceived. I believe that with minimal effort and little expense, the appearance of the apartment could be greatly improved and encourage customers, like me, who periodically have to return to Bologna for visits or hospital stays, to book again in this property.
