We stayed at the B&B Rizzoli Residence to assist our son who was operated on at the Rizzoli. We booked the house and the manager, who presented himself as a former nurse and expert on recovery times, forced us to pay in advance for the 6 nights he had hypothesized. When the hospital issued the discharge letter, my request for a refund of the overpaid nights was declined by the manager, who did not return even 1€. I strongly advise against it for the lack of kindness and professionalism.

We stayed at this excellent property for 4 nights and had a great time.

Clean room and in a great location to reach Piazza Maggiore.
