Rustic but well-kept rooms. An authentic atmosphere can be felt, smelling of history, traditions, love, and respect for the land. The owner is an extremely kind and helpful person, thanks to whose stories the stay transforms into an immersive and educational experience of the deeper aspects of the local culture. P.S. Definitely worth consulting the booklets written by the property and made available to guests. Excellent breakfast!

Very helpful and professional managers, Alessandro is very precise in giving directions, provided us with guides written by him, very useful, very beautiful and characteristic place, abundant breakfast with fresh local bread.

The B&B is very special with the rooms and the breakfast area located in the old house premises, rich in objects that tell the story of the house and the owners. Alessandro is very kind and helpful. Rich breakfast with homemade or local products (the walnut bread and ham are delicious).

The products served during breakfast are delicious, the manager is available for any doubts/questions, it is a small corner of serenity and peace away from the city's frenzy. The only thing is that sometimes you can hear noises from other guests staying in other rooms but it's a minor detail compared to the wonders that the place offers! I recommend it.

Original structure exceptionally renovated, quiet location away from the noise and chaos of the city, easy to reach, and strategically located for moving around the area and towards Slovenia and Croatia. Rich breakfast with local products always fresh and genuine. Owners simply fantastic. You feel at home. Absolutely follow Alessandro's recommendations to organize your visits, you won't regret it.

The B&B Le Casite is not just a place to stay a few minutes from Trieste, but it's meeting Alessandro and Barbara that's full of dialogue. During a comfortably seated chat in the courtyard, you get to know a story unknown to many, from an impromptu walk during which you see what a foiba is, from the books and photos that live in the house, from the precious advice of Piero (beautiful German shepherd), and much more.

The rating is based on the welcome, immediate empathy, the availability of Alessandro and Barbara, and the advice given to fully understand this borderland. Le Casite is more than just a B&B with a good and abundant breakfast; it is also the curiosity of a book or a photo you peek at while enjoying a good goat yogurt; it's the nice chat that follows. Leaving from Turin, driving 550 kilometers, arriving in Trieste and feeling the comfort of home away from home! Courteous and generous hosts. Barbara and Alessandro are avid readers so you will find books everywhere, conversing with them on various topics was a real pleasure. We stayed over the weekend; the structure is convenient to visit the fascinating Trieste, at the same time away from the confusion, the place is convenient to take the tram from Opicina. Cozy room, great breakfast. The manager was kind and helpful in giving us all the information to fully enjoy our stay. We particularly appreciated the suggestions on recommended books to better understand the city.

I stayed at this B&B, truly wonderful, remarkable tranquility. Mr. Alessandro and his wife Barbara, very friendly and very helpful people. The breakfast was very abundant, the rooms perfect. If you ask for a favor, you receive three, really worth trying. The quality-price ratio is perfect. Thank you Alessandro and Barbara.

Arriving in Trebiciano and feeling like leaving the rest of the world at the door. If what you desire is to disconnect from everything around you, Le Casite is the ideal place to do so. Alessandro and Barbara will make you feel at home (without forgetting Piero and Luisa, if you need them just give a whistle and they will come running). Thank you for allowing us to feel good. If you love places restored with respect, Le Casite will evoke emotion in you. If you are interested in stories, the stories of places, the stories of the people who inhabit the places, Le Casite will prepare you for listening. For our first visit to Trieste, Le Casite turned out to be a place that allowed us to discover the personality of the Carso and the irony of telling some traits of "being Triestine". If you want to be conquered by Alessandro's storytelling skills, you are in the right place to receive information, historical reconstructions, and so much passion for these countries, cities, and inhabitants (in all the languages in which they express themselves here).

The location allows you to take a step back 150 years. The village reminds me of my childhood spent in streets without the danger of being intoxicated by car exhaust. The breakfast is like in the old times: bread, butter, and jams, with additions of ham, sausages, and cheeses that never disappoint. If you ask Alessandro to remove some of that fragrant bread, he is so cute that he gives you the whole loaf. At the property, you will find two very nice guides written by the family hosting you, where there is a bit of everything: sightseeing, activities, eating, and above all, meditating. We have tried them and we are satisfied. In short, the price of the room is worth everything.

It feels like being at your own home. Lovely place, excellent breakfasts, very clean rooms and services, very helpful and welcoming managers.

Traveler, there is no path. Paths are made by walking. I borrow these words from Machado because they well describe a "walking" that brought me to Le Casite. It is a special place and special are Alessandro and Barbara. Not cliché reviews but an invitation to discover people and places that leave a mark. Well done.

The structure with its ancient character envelops you and transports you far away. It blends magnificently with the skillful and cordial hospitality of Barbara and Alessandro. Nothing here is trivial.

A short distance from Trieste and Slovenia, but immersed in the tranquility of a small village, we had a great time. The managers know how to be present and discreet at the same time. The room we stayed in is a small jewel of restoration. Breakfast included fresh bread, homemade pastries, honey, and local cheese. We will return.

Everything is very good, the owner is very welcoming and full of useful advice. Piero, Luisa, and Giulio are also very friendly.
