This is an authentic B&B where you get to stay and interact with the host family in the family home. You may also get the opportunity to meet and enjoy other guests and hear of their travels. Our experience was priceless as we were able to learn about a side of Venice that one would not be exposed to staying at a typical hotel or inn.

We enjoyed our stay in BB San Marco, it is really well located, especially for somebody who comes to Venice for the 1st time. A small supermarket a few steps away, very comfortable beds, nice view from the small balcony, a private bathroom, full privacy. The breakfast was an option but we did not use it - it is not possible to indicate it in the scoring.

It’s a lovely place. Our host are really kind but We didn’t see us every day. Our bedroom was beautiful and very cosy wtih a canal point of you. Fort breakfast, we have to buy near our accommodation to have yogourt, fruits and cereals. We will come back. The localisation is perfect to visit Venise. Thanks a lot Alice and Marco. We had a wonderful time at B&B San Marco. Super classy place! Everything went smooth. We loved the location. Small local bars, restaurants are near by. Marco and Alicia are very responsive and help out with all kinds of questions. Thank you. See you next time!

This place is perfectly placed to view all major sites, St Mark's square and Rialto bridge just 9 mins walk. Instructions on how to reach the property are 2nd to none. The only downside is the flight of steps to reach the 3rd floor, so if you have mobility problems then this place and Venice are not for you. There is a mini supermarket 30yds from the property which is very handy.

No need to look further as this IS THE ONE for you! The hosts are so pleasant and he helped me with my heavy bag up flights of stairs. The view from the balcony room is incredible and took many photos. It doesn’t matter that the balcony room doesn’t have bathroom because it’s right next door. There’s a great supermarket just 2 mins away with everything you need. You also have a little fridge to use. Location is great and only 7 mins walk to St Marco ferry stop and no bridges. The bed is sooo comfy and pillows same. Bathroom is huge. Definitely value for money in Venice!

It's a very nice place to stay, people were really friendly, the location is perfect close to San Marco and luxury shops. It was very quiet also and clean.

A perfect stay in a perfect B&B in Venezia. The hosts (Alice and Marco) are perfect and helpful. The room is clean and the breakfast, magic (don't miss Alice's Capuccino). We recommend.

Wir waren gespannt auf das Zimmer und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und sauberen Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit Alice vor unserer Reise war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir möchten uns außer bei unseren Gastgebern Alice und Marco aber auch herzlichst bei Christiano bedanken, der infolge Urlaubs der Gastgeber unser persönlicher Ansprechpartner war und jederzeit für Fragen und Informationen zur Verfügung stand. Alojarte en la casa de Alice y Marco es como alojarte en tu casa! Alice dedicó un tiempo a nuestra llegada para explicarnos con el mapa de Venecia los mejores lugares y zonas para visitar, comer, etc. Ha sido un placer estar en este alojamiento! Muy bien ubicado, vistas a uno de los canales y la casa es muy bonita!

Io e mia sorella siamo molto grate per aver alloggiato presso questa struttura. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato e la vista dalla stanza è da perdere il fiato. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Grazie!

Buona pulizia, disponibilità ed posizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: si potrebbe migliorare la colazione.

Ottima posizione, cortesia da parte del gestore, purtroppo, forse per impegni del gestore nei giorni in cui siamo stati a Venezia, colazione molto sotto le aspettative (una marmellata scaduta, pane del giorno prima, latte a lunga conservazione, un solo cornetto per tre persone in tre giorni), si può fare molto meglio.

Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio il B&B San Marco per molte ragioni: posizione strategica, pulizia, cordialità e disponibilità dei padroni di casa, tranquillità, comfort della camera. Se dovessi ritornare a Venezia, non cercherei altro.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B per diversi motivi: è in pieno centro vicinissimo a piazza San Marco, è economico rispetto agli standard, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Fantastica la camera col balcone che affaccia proprio sul canale. La colazione è abbondante e varia e soprattutto è un momento per relazionarsi con gli altri ospiti della struttura. Da napoletani abbiamo preparato il caffè ad 1 coppia del Taiwan, che ha tanto apprezzato. Il proprietario della struttura è davvero cordiale e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni di cui si necessita. Il bagno è in comune solo per 2 camere, e personalmente in 4 giorni non l'ho mai trovato occupato. Giù c'è un supermercato dove poter acquistare a basso prezzo qualcosa per il pranzo. Nelle vicinanze c'è Rosso Pomodoro che fa la vera pizza napoletana. Se dovessi ritornare a Venezia soggiornerei sicuramente lì.
