Great B&B with lovely and helpful hosts who really do the utmost to make it an unforgettable stay! Nice clean room, fantastic breakfast with homemade pie and fresh eggs of their own chicken. In a nice little village with a lot of restaurants, this is a great place to be when travelling in Tuscany.

It is a charming place in the center of a small typical Tuscan village. The location suited us fine because we had friends in the area and it is a very good base to visit places like Pisa, Vinci and lots of suggestions from the host. Very good price to quality. Private parking just a few yards away. The breakfast is very good and abundant; homemade cakes every day and local specialties; coffee made by the host with moka every morning. The host is very charming and has a lot of tips about places to see, local traditions and local restaurants. The village has many places to eat out, even just below the B&B.

We stayed for two days on a friend's recommendation and also reading various reviews the place looked promising; and the expectations were not disappointed. We stayed in the 4-person apartment on the raised ground floor, very comfortable especially for those unlike us who go with the family equipped with air conditioning and two fans, which in summer certainly do not hurt, and with very comfortable and long beds even for someone like me who is almost six feet tall (in a 4-star hotel I have ended up sleeping with my feet out of the bed). Breakfast is another highlight for B&B San Francesco; homemade cakes and yogurt must be tasted but there is still a wide choice for all tastes with fruit, fruit juices, and jams. The mastermind behind all this is Rita, the owner, a person whose friendliness and availability can be sensed from the first phone contacts, then confirmed in person, where we were treated like friends and not like ordinary customers. For those in the areas between Pisa (30 min) and Lucca (25 min) who want to stay economically, in quality, and feeling at home, it is highly recommended.

The only downside is the inability to use credit cards.

Beautiful structure and impeccable management. The owners are kind and hospitable. Top-level breakfast. We had an unforgettable stay. We will definitely come back!

Very good reception and the suite is perfect for a family of 4 with a magnificent view of the mountain. The village is small but there are several nice restaurants, mainly frequented by locals.

Traveling with the family, we stayed at this very well-kept and exquisitely cared for property by Mrs. Rita. Excellent moments are experienced with the rich and varied breakfast, enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the mountains, immersed in the characteristic buzz of the small Tuscan communities. Highly recommended for those looking for a structure just outside the chaos of the city and rich in typical Tuscan views.

Charming and secluded place located in the center of this magnificent historic village! Very comfortable beds. Breakfast? Too bad you can't give more than 10!

Very nice location in the lovely village of Buti. The owner is very helpful and very professional. The structure is of quality.

The hostess personally takes care of the guests. Warm atmosphere. There were homemade cakes and focaccia for breakfast.

Very warm welcome from Rita, the owner, a small bottle of mineral water offered for the night when it's hot, a magnificent breakfast with homemade cakes. The icing on the cake, some sweets to eat on the road while continuing to visit Tuscany. In short, don't hesitate, go there!
