The accommodation B&B Villa Rosa is fantastic! Its location is perfect, in a very quiet neighborhood zone, just about 5 minutes from Prato della Valle square! The house itself is very modern, clean and the yard (garden) is so beautiful to enjoy peacefully and relaxed. The space inside the house is exquisite - so cozy, decoration is magnificent and very well aesthetically arranged! The kitchen is fully equipped, clean and for everybody's needs. The room is very comfortable with excellent design, with all accessories, but most importantly, it is CLEAN! On a scale from 1 to 10, for the cleanliness of the room and entire property, I would say 13! All in all, there is no lack of anything! The hospitality of Alberto is excellent! He is so attentive, kind and trustworthy. We were informed about every single detail about the accommodation and the city, the days before our arrival and during our staying. We are so delighted by his attention! Just a kind of a perfect host! I would put him and his hospitality on a very high level and as a role model for most of them that are in this business. We are so grateful for all of this! Next time when we come to Padua, we will, definitely, choose again B&B Villa Rosa. It is such a luck to get this kind of, just a perfect, a 5-star B&B! Nice property, excellent cleanliness, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Perhaps some fresh bakery products are missing at breakfast, and a lighter alternative to the padded duvet. Being heated very well at night, it's a bit sweaty. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Welcoming, tidy, detailed environment. The outside is equipped with a small garden full of plants. The entrance has tables with books available to be consulted during the stay, and the rooms have a minimal look, are spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom inside. The kitchen area is intimate. Breakfast is based on packaged sweet products, brioche, toast, biscuits, yogurt, butter and jam, sliced bread with the possibility of toasting, tea and herbal tea bags, milk, fruit. Savory products are missing to allow the choice of breakfast type and make it richer and more delicious, within reach of every visitor's taste. The area where B&B Villa Rosa is located is very quiet and peaceful, about a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza Prato della Valle, and nearby the B&B there are free parking spaces.

Stay in a newly renovated mini-apartment on the ground floor of an elegant and finely finished Liberty-style building. Perfect size for 4 people for a short stay, rest guaranteed by the tranquility of the area and very comfortable mattresses. Breakfast could be improved, consisting only of packaged and exclusively sweet products. Manager available and kind. Free street parking and nearby. Slightly high value for money, but compensated by the beauty of Padua.

Beautiful property 10 minutes walk from Prato della Valle, the room is cozy, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed only two nights and we had a great time. Very comfortable beds, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom in the room, towels, hairdryer. Quiet area and very close to the center. The self-service breakfast is consumed in the kitchen where the table is already laid out and in the fridge there are several yogurts and fresh fruit. Alberto, the owner, was very friendly and provided us with some useful tips. Good price. We will definitely come back.

Charming villa in an excellent location, quiet and within a short walk of the center. Spacious rooms, well furnished with all comforts. The host was very attentive to our needs. I would absolutely recommend staying here to explore the city and surrounding area. I hope to return soon.

As soon as I saw the property on the website, I liked it immediately and had confirmation as soon as I arrived. A Liberty-style villa beautifully renovated. The B&B Villa Rosa is located on the ground floor of this villa consisting of three rooms, each with a private bathroom (we were in the Verbena), and a kitchen for breakfast. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a modern style, complete with every comfort, very quiet, and the bed is really comfortable. Mr. Alberto, the owner, was extremely exquisite and kind! He welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the room, breakfast, and check-out. Breakfast is served in the fully equipped kitchen of the apartment, where on the finely set table you can find all sorts of goodies: jams, brioches, rusks, cookies, toast bread, various types of tea, coffee, honey, nesquik, cereals, and in the fridge fruits, milk, water, in short, nothing is missing. We were really pampered and can't wait to go back. The only flaw, if we really want to call it that, is the parking that is not available at the property, but there is a fairly large parking lot at the end of the street, so I would say the problem doesn't exist. The Villa, elegant and new, is located in a central area, close to the main points of interest such as the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, San Leopoldo, and Santa Croce. Also nearby are the main public transport stops. The cleanliness of the property is a distinctive feature along with the availability, hospitality, and kindness of its owner. The breakfast is also rich and well served. Highly recommended for short or long stays!

If I really have to find a flaw... the lack of a shower cap, but just to be picky. We only spent a weekend, but when I return to Padua, I will definitely stay here. Thank you Alberto.

Definitely one of the most beautiful B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The structure is new and very clean with all the services to be in complete relaxation. My wife really appreciated the free wifi and the proximity to the Basilica of Saint Anthony. The breakfast is plentiful and I recommend this excellent structure to everyone, especially for those arriving by car but want to be in the center of Padua. Highly recommended.

Il B&B Villa Rosa è una villa stile liberty perfettamente ristrutturata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort, pulitissima, ben riscaldata, in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro città. Alberto il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, anzi! Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per una visita a Padova, che è una città meritevole di una visita.

L B&B è all'interno di una dimora storica in stile Liberty a pochi passi da Prato della Valle e la Basilica di Sant'Antonio. Ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato Alberto che ci ha fatto soggiornare in un una bella camera con bagno privato e letti veramente comodi. L’ambiente è fresco, pulito e con arredamento di buon gusto. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente di fronte al B&B e per noi che giriamo in auto è stato molto comodo. Il wifi gratuito e la colazione abbondante sono un “punto in più” di questo di B&B che consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno nel centro di Padova. Un vero piacere. Grazie.

Struttura moderna, molto ben tenuta, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comodità (compreso condizionatore autonomo - e silenziosissimo). Bagno bene attrezzato con doccia ampia e comoda. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. A 500 m. (6 -7 minuti a piedi) fermata del tram, che passa di frequente e consente di raggiungere agevolmente tutti i punti di interesse a Padova (peraltro raggiungibili anche a piedi). Assolutamente consigliata: se avrò l'opportunità di tornare a Padova sarà la mia prima scelta.

Siamo stati ospiti della villa per una breve permanenza a Padova, ma di certo se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo a richiedere di alloggiare in vicolo camelie, perché oltre che godere di un soggiorno confortevole e tranquillo la villa consente di essere subito in centro. La consiglio vivamente.

Casa stupenda e vicina al centro, proprietari cortesi e disponibili: ci sono B&B più economici a Padova ma questo vale sicuramente quanto richiesto. Solo due osservazioni: 1) in bagno non erano presenti prodotti per la doccia 2) è possibile parcheggiare davanti casa ma i posti disponibili sono pochi (per completezza, segnalo che sono comunque presenti a poca distanza altri parcheggi, quindi è un problema trascurabile). Nel complesso, assolutamente consigliato.

Ringrazio molto il Sig. Alberto per questo B&B. Arredato con gusto, pulizia ottima, arredamento nuovo e una buona colazione. Non mancava proprio nulla per il nostro soggiorno. Un B&B sicuramente da consigliare in centro a Padova.

My stay at Alberto's Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful and very much like in the pictures (probably the prettiest residence in the neighbourhood). Alberto was a great host. He called to make sure my plane had landed and even waited around till past midnight to welcome me and show me around. He provided me with with a map as well as useful indications of what to visit in Padova and where to eat. Everything in the villa was clean and comfortable. It's a 10-15min walk to the big square (Prato della Valle) and the old town. The tram stop is also nearby but personally I thought walking was faster. Going to Venice is very straight forward as well (tram to the station, then train for about 5euros) and only takes about 25 minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I'll definitely stay in Alberto's villa again should I find myself in Padova again.

Ho soggiornato nella stanza a tre letti di questo B&B due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo avendo la sensazione di trovarci nella nostra abitazione. Massima pulizia e buona insonorizzazione delle stanze al punto che ci siamo accorti di non essere gli unici ospiti solo a colazione. L’immobile, ristrutturato di recente con la parte destinata agli ospiti arredata con molto gusto in stile moderno, è situato in una zona tranquilla appena fuori dal centro storico della città che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Avremmo preferito trovare una TV per rilassarci un poco dopo i giri in città ma forse la sua assenza è una scelta del proprietario per evitare di turbare la tranquillità dell’alloggio. Se dovessi tornare a Padova sarà la prima struttura che contatterò per fissare una stanza.

Grazioso villino liberty ristrutturato di recente, in zona tranquillissima ma centrale, a 10 minuti di gradevolissima passeggiata da Prato della Valle. Nessuna necessità di spostarsi coi mezzi se si ama camminare, e Padova è città accessibile, sicura e piena di scorci inattesi. A due passi le vecchie mura, la cinquecentesca porta d'accesso alla città, un quartiere primo novecentesco di deliziose palazzine liberty, il vecchio e glorioso stadio Appiani. Stanza assolutamente comoda e funzionale, arredata in modo essenziale ma con gusto; bagno ineccepibile, pur se privo di set di cortesia, con doccia spaziosa. La cucina molto accogliente e luminosa, per una colazione ricca e varia, pur in mancanza di cibi preparati in casa. Ci siamo permessi di utilizzarla per caffè e tisane anche nel pomeriggio. Nessun problema di parcheggio, gratuito e sotto casa. Il signor Alberto, estremamente discreto e cortese, sempre sorridente, ci è apparso al contempo di settentrionale precisione e meridionale elasticità. Un bellissimo soggiorno, senz'altro da consigliare e da ripetere.

La colazione è in autogestione, con un'ampia scelta tra cibo salato e dolce. Facile trovare posto auto gratuito vicino al B&B. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Grazie anche per il ristorante consigliatoci per la cena. Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Padova a piedi (5-10 min da Prato della Valle). Ho trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a al B&B Villa Rosa. Il B&B è all'interno di una bellissima e prestigiosa Villa ma l'arredamento interno è nuovo e tutto pulitissimo. devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene dalla posizione centralissima al rapporto qualità prezzo corretto. Colazione molto buona e wifi gratuito. Io che giro molto per lavoro in tutta Italia questo è sicuramente uno dei migliori che ho trovato e lo consiglio a tutti. Maurizio.

Sono capitata quasi per caso  in questo B&B…e che fortuna direi! Un super B&B in una Villa storica a due passi da Prato della Valle e la Basilica di Sant'Antonio. Per me letti e pulizia sono fondamentali e qui tutto è nuovo e pulito. Colazione abbondante e camere silenziose con vista sul giardino. Per noi è il terzo soggiorno a Villa Rosa, a conferma di tutto il bello che è stato espresso nelle altre recensioni. Villa Rosa porta il segno dell'accoglienza progettata e realizzata con cura, del sorriso e della gentilezza di Alberto.

L'alloggio era così come descritto, super! Posizione ottima, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. L'interni erano ben arredati, moderni e anche con una certa attenzioni per i particolari. Alberto sin da subito si è mostrato molto disponibile, mostrandomi la stanza e la casa e mettendosi a mia completa disposizione. La colazione è stata per altro inclusa nel prezzo: abbondante, the per gli amanti del tè, caffè per chi preferisce il caffè. Per altro saponi e asciugamani erano già presenti in bagno e usufruibili. Che dire, come se fosse un albergo, senonché non lo era:).

Mai scelta è stata più azzeccata! Il B&B Villa Rosa è la sistemazione ideale per andare alla scoperta di Padova e delle sue bellezze. Alberto, il padrone di casa, è stato di una gentilezza squisita, fornendoci preziose indicazioni sui posti da visitare e su dove mangiare. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, nuovissime e confortevoli più di un 4 stelle. La mattina abbiamo trovato la tavola in cucina apparecchiata con ogni ben di Dio, così da cominciare alla grande la giornata! A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano i punti di maggior interesse della città, così da potersi dimenticare dell'auto per tutta la durata della permanenza. Torneremo sicuramente, magari in una stagione più calda, anche se l'atmosfera natalizia ha reso la nostra visita ancora più magica!

Che gran bel B&B! Direi il migliore che ho provato begli ultimi anni..e credetemi che ne ho girati molti. Camera pulitissima e nuovissima wifi velocissimo, colazione abbondante e finalmente con prodotti buoni e freschi. Letto matrimoniale grande e molto comodo. La Villa è stata restaurata l'anno scorso e sembra nuova. Posizione perfetta a due passi da prato della Valle e dalla Basilica di Sant'Antonio. Un esempio di vera ospitalità (e professionalità) in una Villa Liberty. L'interno della struttura risponde invece a tutto ciò che si vorrebbe trovare quando si alloggia fuori casa: accoglienza, gentilezza, pulizia, comodità (letti fantastici), arredamento, tutto alla perfezione. Insomma sicuramente un esempio di seguire per i gestori di B&B. La colazione ricca e abbondante e si trova sempre tutto già pronto con internet wifi anche in giardino.
