Clean and well-kept place. Very friendly environment, well managed and in a very central location. I highly recommend.

Excellent location just a few steps from the center. Considering that the center is very small and reaches the main square where the pontifical palace is located. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and nice. The room in excellent condition and well heated. Spacious bathroom with a beautiful shower. Breakfast at the only bar nearby, a bit below average expectations. Overall very positive.

We really enjoyed our time at the Atlantis Inn. The apartment was lovely and spacious and stayed nice and warm in the cold weather. The views from the living room and bedroom were spectacular. It was nice to have a little kitchen where we could make tea. Roberta, who greeted us, was kind and helpful, and responded promptly when I had questions. We we definitely stay here again. \nThe only thing to be aware of is "Bed & Breakfast" is different in Italy than in the US. Breakfast was a croissant and a cup of coffee at a nearby bakery. It was delicious and easy, but not quite the variety that one expects from an American B&B. My husband is gluten free and there wasn't anything he could eat for breakfast - so that was a bummer. But that was something we encountered a lot of places in Italy, not just Atlantis Inn. \nThe property was right in the middle of the town center and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

What a gem of a place, right in the heart of Castel Gandolfo! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Worth noting that parking (and really driving in general) within this town is a challenge, but Francisco went above and beyond in helping us get our car sorted out. We would go back again in a heart beat!

Very central location in the historic center of Castelgandolfo, spacious, clean and air-conditioned apartment. Breakfast at the very close bar. Recommended.

Stunning and excellent availability.

The property is well located in a quiet back street parallel to the main street of restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the Papal Palace. An Italian breakfast is included and served at a local bar, and there is free water in the room. The top rooms have views of the very pretty lake. Prices are very reasonable.

Exceptional location, quiet with panoramic view, restaurants within walking distance (literally). Ten for cleanliness, facilities and furnishings to feel at home. Recommended experience to be repeated. Congratulations Francesco.

Un'ottima accoglienza da parte del titolare Francesco che da subito ci ha fatto sentire come a casa in una bellissima struttura con camere ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Che dire, fantastica. Top. Il gestore Francesco è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile, la mia stanza (single) è molto bella tutto nuovo e moderno sempre ben pulita. Il panorama di Castel Gandolfo è spettacolare si vede il lago e tutto risulta anche romantico i locali dove mangiare sono tutti vicini alla struttura essendo in pieno centro. Ottima vacanza sia per il sole al lago, con una passeggiata ci si arriva in 25 minuti in discesa, che per vedere gli edifici culturali. In finale la consiglierei a tutti da chi è solo a una coppia alla famiglia e agli anziani. Sicuramente dovrò ritornare.
