I chose this Bed and Breakfast based on the reviews of other customers. I am happy with this choice; characteristic, clean and comfortable apartment, the manager is really courteous and helpful. The price is in line with similar facilities.

Very nice and spacious apartment, about 20/25 minutes walk from the 'Le Due Arcate'. The manager is very kind and discreet, always attentive to meet every request. Truly a great experience.

Le Due Arcate is a guarantee. We had a great time thanks to the welcome of Mr. Antonio and to the comfort, cleanliness, and location of the property, which is not close to the Sassi, but in an area served by all necessary services. Congratulations.

The house is beautiful, on two floors. New, renovated. Two bathrooms, one double bed, 2 singles and a sofa. Living area with kitchen and table. All very comfortable. I don't give a 10 to the structure just because it is 15/20 minutes walk from the center (feasible and pleasant to reach it with a walk), but for the rest... all splendid, including the manager.

The apartment is well maintained and clean, just a bit far from the center (15 minutes on foot). You can easily park in front or nearby.

I believe the price-quality ratio is excellent. Slightly off-center, it's a 15-minute walk from the historic center and the 'sassi'. The apartment is perfect, super clean, with all the comforts including Wi-Fi. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the city without spending excessive amounts and if you don't expect to sleep inside the 'sassi'.

After contacting the facility, I was contacted by the owner by phone and we had confirmed the reservation, receiving reassurances from the owner that he would block the facility for us. The day before check-in, I contact him to let him know what time we would arrive and we find out that the gentleman had given the facility to another family who would stay for several days, leaving us without a place to sleep less than 24 hours before our arrival in Matera, ruining an entire evening spent looking for another place. A very unprofessional behavior that could have ruined our entire vacation. Terrible.

Beautiful structure, everything perfect, I couldn't have found better.

The manager, Mr. Antonio, is an extremely kind person. Mr. Antonio welcomes you as if you were a family member, making you feel at home.

We stayed for 2 days at this property. We had a great time, the staff is very kind and helpful. The property is located in a good position, definitely worth returning.

Very clean and cozy premises. The city center can be reached with a pleasant walk. The manager Mr. Antonio is very helpful and attentive to guests' requests.

Excellent structure located in the outskirts. Ground floor with kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower. In the upper loft there is the bed and a second smaller bathroom also with shower. TV available on both floors, air conditioning and WiFi. Recommended.

The structure is in a great location for those who love to walk, clean and welcoming. The owner was very helpful, providing us with precise and valid information on visits and restaurants in Matera.

Beautiful apartment, the alley is a bit narrow, but well sheltered from the street, very quiet. Great potential for exploitation (we were 7), very clean and well stocked even though we only stayed for one night. The owner was extremely helpful and very kind, also on the table many informative brochures about the area and activities. We had a really great time, highly recommend.

Cozy structure with new furniture. Ideal and spacious even for two families. 1.2 km from the center of Matera. Mr. Antonio is very kind and available to provide any kind of information and to welcome our requests (for example, an addition to breakfast, already abundant) and to restore the Wi-Fi that had disconnected. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, comfortable and clean! Convenient location, with a pleasant 15-minute walk to the center. Very kind and helpful Mr. Antonio who promptly responded to all our requests and needs.

I spent three days with my husband and my two children in this property and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Mr. Antonio was extremely helpful and the holiday home was perfect and very well-maintained. My kids loved it, and they still talk about it. I highly recommend it.

For unforeseen reasons, I did not use the 'Le Due Arcate' facility and the reserved offer. However, they made themselves available to meet my needs.

The apartment is lovely and very clean, Mr. Antonio is very kind and helpful. With a comfortable walk you can reach the center of Matera and the Sassi, we had four children and I must say we couldn't have wished for a more comfortable accommodation.

We stayed at Le Due Arcate last weekend with another couple of friends. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and equipped with every comfort. The location is great for those who want to walk around to visit the city's attractions, which is a charming and fascinating place. The owner, Mr. Antonio, is an extraordinary person, very helpful in providing information and advice on visiting the city's places. Yesterday, at the end of our stay, he gave us a loaf of Matera bread. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a property with a good quality/price ratio.

I stayed at Le Due Arcate during the first weekend of September with my family (two children). The structure is practically new, very clean, well cared for, and original. Available fruits, water, milk, coffee, and breakfast items. The owner, Mr. Antonio, is extremely helpful, punctual, and very kind. The structure is not exactly in the Sassi area but a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. No parking problems either near the structure or in the city area, I followed Mr. Antonio's advice. It deserves!

Practically new structure, that is, the building has been completely restored and furnished with all the comforts, Mr. Antonio, the owner, with his family, was extremely welcoming and available for any need, precise and punctual, made himself available to accompany us downtown without moving our car as well as guided us in purchasing some products. We highly recommend it to those who want to visit the magical Matera.
