I really enjoyed my stay: the rooms are clean and bright, and Alessandra's management has always been characterized by maximum availability. I definitely recommend it.

In the heart of Venice, but located in a quiet area, it allows you to savor the most 'real' and authentic rhythm and atmosphere of city life. The structure, new and tastefully furnished, respecting the architecture that houses it, is run with courtesy and attention to detail by the host. Highly recommended stopover!

Everything was perfect, very warm welcome, we had an excellent stay.

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home during my stay in Venice. The neighborhood, while a little ways away from the train station, was incredibly lovely and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the city center. The views of the islands were gorgeous; Alessandra was incredibly helpful getting me checked in. I'm only sorry I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely be staying here again if I ever make a return trip to Venice.

The property value for money was high. The location was very close to the water (which is quite helpful for direct passage to the airport). We came from Ravenna so there are some hoops to go through to get bags to a boat coming in. But from the airport this is all quite simple. B&B is away from high traffic areas and the bedroom and bath are very good. Host is most accommodating. Thank you. We would stay again.

Our room was very nice and clean, breakfast was very good and Alessandra was very welcoming, helpful and we received very good communication from start to finish.

I stayed at this peaceful Bed and Breakfast for only one night, it is located 10 minutes on foot from San Marco. The structure is new and very clean, we slept really well. The room has everything you need, excellent breakfast and then what can I say about Mrs. Alessandra: very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Brand new and very well located B&B, a stone's throw from Fondamente Nuove which allows you to move to the other islands and connects you to the train station and Piazzale Roma. Alessandra has been a great host, very kind. Varied breakfast tailored to intolerances, in my case gluten-free. The accommodation is clean, the bed very comfortable and the place is quiet. Of the times I have been to Venice, this is the best accommodation, no doubt.

This is such a beautiful B&B, so comfortable and Alessandro is a wonderful host. It's the perfect location for catching the waterbus straight from the Airport (2nd stop) and is only a 10/15-minute walk from St. Mark's and many of the other central sights. I really couldn't fault it and I had an amazing few days here.

Excellent location in a very quiet area away from mass tourism. The accommodation has been recently renovated, taking care of every detail for a pleasant stay. The cleanliness is impeccable.

Great place to spend a few days in Venice. Alessandra is an excellent host: kind, attentive, and helpful with advice about the city.

B&B Al Pozzo di Luce is really charming, well connected to public transport in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host, Alessandra, is very nice and helpful and pays attention to details. Last but not least: beds and shower are very good. We recommend it 100%.

Alessandra is a perfect and available hostess. \nOn the 14th in the morning we had to leave very early and she prepared us a take-away breakfast the night before. \nHowever, please note, wearing a mask IS MANDATORY on public transport.

We spent two nights in this B&B, which is very nice and well-kept. The rooms are new and very clean. The breakfast is very good. The owner is very kind and helpful. The B&B is in a very convenient location for the vaporetto boats to Murano, Burano, and Torcello. The location is also convenient to quickly reach the area of Fondamenta della Misericordia or Strada Nuova. The area around the B&B is always very quiet and not very touristy. This is definitely a plus for us. If we have the chance, I will certainly return.

B&B in a less touristy area (Fondamente Nuove) but easily accessible (recommended to take the vaporetto from the parking lot of the FS Santa Lucia station), one minute walk away. Very discreet but very efficient Alessandra, who welcomed us and made us feel at home. Recently renovated, with very well-kept details, abundant breakfast, very comfortable bed and well furnished. The B&B is small, 4 rooms but very cozy, in a very quiet area. A less touristy but equally interesting Venice, small alleys and squares unknown to us, equally small restaurants where we ate typical Venetian food. Highly recommended for those who want to 'lose themselves' wandering among the less frequented canals in addition to the wonderful Venice. We will definitely come back.

I really loved staying at B&B Al Pozzo di Luce. The owner, Alessandra, made us feel at home immediately. She arranged to receive our pocket wifi from DHL before our arrival, and also allowed us to check in early, which we were so appreciative of after our long flight. Alessandra gave us many excellent recommendations and even provided us with breakfast to go on the day we left early to catch our train. Thank you so much for the stay! We will recommend you and the B&B to all of our friends coming to Venice!

A wonderful B&B, run by the lovely and welcoming Alessandra. I was alone and felt really at home at B&B Al Pozzo di Luce! I loved the neighborhood, so quiet, close to the Vaporetto stop. My room was lovely, newly renovated, beautiful modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, electric window shutters. I have been to Venice several times. This B&B was way better than the others I stayed in. A different experience.

We stayed at this B&B over the weekend of June 2nd and we had a great time! B&B Al Pozzo di Luce in the heart of Venice, beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the owner was very helpful too! Highly recommend it!

Que du bonheur. Les échanges avant notre arrivée avec Alessandra (en français) étaient dès plus claires et efficaces, et son chaleureux accueil à notre arrivée avec beaucoup de gentillesse et professionnalisme. La localisation, les chambres, la salle de bain ainsi que le petit-déjeuner, un sans faute. Très belle rénovation, bravo et merci Alessandra. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Al Pozzo di Luce is a wonderful B&B, which we can highly recommend! Alessandra and Francesca are two marvelous hosts, the communication went smoothly and without any problems, both were absolutely kind and made our stay just perfect. The house was newly reconstructed, the furnishing is new and of high quality. We found it modern but still cozy. The room and the bathroom were cleaned every day, we had the feeling of staying in a 5* hotel. It is perfectly located 1min from the Fondamente Nove. From there it is only 10 min to The Rialto Bridge, or 17min to Piazza San Marco. In the quartier of Cannaregio you will find quiet streets, nearly no tourists, but a bunch of wonderful restaurants and hidden sights. Our final thoughts: we will come back soon.

Un séjour merveilleux dans un endroit superbe. La tenue des locaux est irréprochable. Les conseils et les adresses de visites sont excellents. Un super séjour.

Tout est parfait! Magnifique maison d'hôtes! A la fois très au calme dans le Venise authentique et tout près des sites touristiques. Alessandra est adorable: je recommande vivement cet endroit!

Francesca and Alessandra were really great hosts! Alessandra arranged our late arrival at the BB, while Francesca gave us advice to visit Venice and a really good restaurant address next to the BB for lunch. We only stayed one night but, for sure, we'll come back to this BB if we visit again Venice.

Un séjour parfait au sein de ce B&B. La chambre est très jolie, des matériaux de qualité et une propreté parfaite. La situation est stratégique. Tout est faisable à pied tout en aillant le calme. Petit déjeuner frais et varié, Les hôtes sont de très bon conseils et toujours disponible Un seul mot parfait Merci Alessandra et Francesca.

Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La posizione è buona, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali e alla stazione ferroviaria. Il prezzo un pò alto ma visti gli standard della città direi che era uno dei più bassi. Sicuramente è un B&b da considerare se si vuole fare una vacanza a Venezia.

Posizione molto comoda ai traghetti, vicina al centro storico tuttavia isolata e tranquilla. Struttura rinnovata da un anno, molto accogliente e funzionale. Molto disponibili le due titolari con colazione semplice ma con prodotti freschi.

B&B molto bello ed accogliente, a pochi minuti dalla stazione, si distingue per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza che vi accoglie. Colazione ottima! Sicuramente un posto dove tornare, anche perché si trova a quattro passi da tutto.

Tutto voto 10 spero di ritornarci presto, le camere sono curate in ogni dettaglio dall'arredo alla pulizia, la posizione ottima perché in pochi minuti si raggiungono Piazza S. Marco, Rialto o la stazione ferroviaria. I proprietari sono delle persone splendide!
