Respects everything it promises. What it says to have and to be respects it fully. I spent here, 12 nights with my daughter (and a friend of hers) and we had a "super" holiday! The rooms, equipped with a kitchen, are spacious mini apartments furnished with taste. We found kindness, availability, cleanliness, tranquillity. The friendliness of the owner and the whole context made us feel at home. The location is also strategic, both for the proximity to the "sea" and for the proximity to the center. I recommend the structure. And as soon as possible, I will definitely come back.

We stayed at Francesca's bed and breakfast, we had a great time! Like at home! Francesca offers her availability with attention to detail. Nothing is missing! Even a space to cook. The property is centrally located but away from the chaos, in a green area, an oasis of peace! I recommend everyone to stay here, we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Francesca.

A stone's throw from the center and the sea but in a quiet area. Nothing is missing, in fact, you can even cook in a small but complete little kitchen. Top car parking. I recommend it. Francesca, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the welcome.

Kind and helpful owner (with 2 sweet little dogs). Newly renovated, clean and tidy structure. Located in a central area but away from noise. The room is large, the bathroom and a nice kitchen/breakfast corner with fridge, table, and sink. Small outdoor space to enjoy breakfast. We will definitely come back and recommend it. Parking available.

Very comfortable structure, well furnished and renovated, very clean. Excellent location to reach the beach and both sides of the town as it is centrally located. Francesca, the owner, is very helpful and kind. I had a great time.

It is the first time we stayed with Mrs. Francesca, we had a great time. Excellent welcome, great availability and familiarity. Renovated structure with independent, well-furnished, clean and bright rooms. Excellent location for those who want some tranquility just a few steps from the center and the sea. We will definitely come back willingly! Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious, and quiet room, despite being a stone's throw from the center and the beaches, also greatly appreciated the garden where you can have breakfast or an aperitif upon returning from the beach! Mrs. Francesca is very nice and helpful, we will definitely come back if we have the chance, highly recommended.

It is the second time we have stayed at Mrs. Francesca's, we are very happy and we will definitely come back again. It is one of our favorite places in Varazze.

I found a lot of hospitality, availability, and familiarity. I felt very comfortable and will definitely return. I'm happy to have found my base even in the Ligurian west where I hadn't been for many years.

At Fanny, you stay splendidly, very close to the center and the sea, with a good owner who asks if you need anything and is available, of course within her possibilities. What can I say, I was fine.

Molto accogliente e tranquillo, una bella energia.

Camere accoglienti ben arredate e in stile "mare" e pulite. Ottima la posizione, in centro e attaccata al mare. Ottima la colazione e proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile.

Posso assolutamente raccomandare questo B&B a tutti. La posizione e perfetta. In 8 minute ci is raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia ed in 5 minuti il bellissimo centro storico. Tuttavia, è così tranquillo e accogliente, con il bellissimo giardinetto e la piccola terrazza. Ci si può rilassare meravigliosamente. E Beatrice, la proprietaria, fa di tutto per sentirsi a proprio agio. Ha tanti buoni consigli e sempre pronto ad aiutare, disponibile, simpatica e svolge il suo lavoro con tanta passione.

La proprietaria è disponibile, gentile, la struttura è molto bella, centrale. Sicuramente consigliato!

Ospitale e confortevole. Vicino al centro città. Ampia e luminosa la camera a noi riservata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ci vorrebbe una colazione più ricca; ma comunque nel complesso è un ottimo B&B, poi la proprietaria ti mette a sua agio.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dall’8 al 9 settembre 2018 e ho passato un piacevolissimo weekend! Il B&B è piccolo ma molto carino e pulitissimo. Beatrice è disponibile, gentile e simpatica! Consiglio a tutti vivamente un soggiorno all’Albatros!

Siamo stati bene, io, mio marito e la figlia di 14 anni. B&B pulito, silenzioso e vicino al centro. Buon punto di riferimento per un week end al mare. Brava la proprietaria.

Struttura semplice ma carina, in ottima posizione. Molto accogliente la simpatia della proprietaria, che fornisce tante indicazioni utili per visitare Varazze. La consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Beatrice è stata gentilissima, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro weekend. Abbiamo trovato la colazione abbondante e completa. La posizione è nella prossimità della via centrale (il "budello"), il posto auto riservato è un notevole valore aggiunto.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per una notte con due bambini piccoli. La struttura è collocata in buona posizione vicino al centro di Varazze, dotata di comodo parcheggio auto. La struttura è pulita ed è presente tutto il necessario. Beatrice, la ragazza che gestisce la struttura, è gentile e disponibile; mette molta passione nel suo lavoro pertanto è attenta ai piccoli dettagli. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole

Davvero una bella struttura, arredata con cura molto pulita, con bagno veramente spaziosi e nuovi. Regna il mare nell'arredamento e questo contribuisce notevolmente a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. La proprietaria Beatrice una persona attenta e gentile, sempre disponibile. Sinceri complimenti e continuate così.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Albatros per due notti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Francesca e Beatrice sono molto simpatiche, cordiali e disponibili. La camera era pulita, in ordine, molto ben arredata e spaziosa, il bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Il giardino molto carino e rilassante. Siamo stati accolti con calore e ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Posizione molto vicino al centro e al mare. Possibilità di parcheggio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posticino carino. Camera ben tenuta con letto comodo. Doccia grande. Rimane vicino al centro. Un pochino alto il prezzo (€ 80 a notte per stanza) ma per una notte o due direi che va bene.

Tutto bene in considerazione delle limitazioni tipiche della Liguria (Spazi). Un po' umida e poco arieggiata la camera. Forse per questo aspetto sono migliori le due stanze fronte giardino. Per la colazione OK, un po' scarsa la frutta. Buona la vicinanza al mare. Insomma va bene per un breve periodo, ma è stata inferiore alle nostre aspettative soprattutto in termini di rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.

Calme. Très près des rues piétonnes et de la plage. Chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées. Pas de wifi.

Struttura semplice ma funzionale, arredata in modo carino dalla proprietaria che ha avuto un ottimo gusto e la capacità di far sentire l'ospite subito a proprio agio. Colazione ottima con prodotti del posto assolutamente consigliato.

Locali ampi ed accoglienti con un gradevole giardino. Ideale per famiglie. Gestori molto cordiali. Ci torneremo di sicuro e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo in una splendida località di mare della riviera.
