Excellent facility, organized to ensure guests comfort and privacy. Close to the historical center, reachable on foot or by public transport. The breakfast is plentiful and well assorted. The manager, Gabriella, is friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay in a beautiful and well-kept property, managed by a delightful person. Recommended.

Exceptional! Quiet location but close to the center and in front of the public transport stop. Warm, welcoming, clean, elegant and tastefully furnished structure. Extremely spacious and bright room and complete services with everything and more. Common space for breakfast spacious and equipped with an infinite range of products for breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay, we felt pampered even when the manager was not present in the structure. Gabriella was outstanding towards us, always available, always smiling and full of advice on what to do during our stay, it's really nice to find managers like her, who carry out their activity with so much passion and enthusiasm. I highly recommend it, if I had to pass through Trento again, I would already know where to go!

We have been guests at various B&Bs but we have never had such a warm welcome! Mrs. Gabriella is a wonderful person, attentive to all needs, of a kindness beyond common understanding. She reiterated several times to behave as if we were at home; actually it was not possible because the little apartment where she hosted us was nicer and more equipped than our home! I highly recommend it to those who need to stay in Trento, a very pretty city, for work or tourism. Gabriella helped make our mood serene and carefree, even though our short stay in Trento was not due to tourism. The breakfast room is wonderful and super equipped. The decor is very nice and functional. Cleaning and facilities of the highest level. Thank you so much!

Beautiful clean and spacious Ortensia rooms with a fully stocked kitchenette including everything for breakfast drinks, sweets, milk, and herbal teas. Shame that the Dalia room, although spacious and very nice, does not have a TV or air conditioning which would have helped in this unusually hot week. Recommended structure for cleanliness and proximity to the center in a very quiet area!

The B&B Residenza Iris has been recently renovated and the rooms offered by Mrs. Gabriella are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. We had a super-equipped kitchen with every accessory for breakfast and every drink - very delicious croissants and biscuits - in addition to the internal parking within the structure. Gabriella is a very kind and helpful person, always ready to give precious advice during the stay. A B&B so well organized, illuminated and enriched with taste details we had never seen, worthy of a high-standing hotel. Impossible to find a fault: brand new, very clean and super organized apartment, safe and convenient parking, in 10/15 minutes you can reach on foot the major attractions of the city of Trento, in a few minutes you can take the main roads to visit all the beauties of Trentino. Mrs. Gabriella is much more than a manager, you can see that she carries out this activity with passion and takes care of every detail, highly recommended!

I stayed for a few days at the B&B Residenza Iris. Nothing to complain about: very convenient private parking, bus stop right under the B&B, extremely clean and sanitized rooms! Being attic during the summer period it turns out to be a bit hot. Air conditioner available but we couldn't use it due to lack of the remote control.

My stay at B&B Residenza Iris was extremely pleasant. Gabriella welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with a room equipped with all the comforts: private bathroom, very comfortable mattress and pillows, towels at will, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and much more. Many small touches surprised us and made us feel pampered: for example, the bathroom was equipped with various types of shower gel, shampoo, soap and there were even hair gel, toothbrush, body creams. There is really nothing missing. The same can be said of breakfast: between yogurt, milk, tea, biscuits of all kinds, jams, juices and brioches we were spoiled for choice. Finally, all the environments were extremely clean and Gabriella was extremely kind and gave us a lot of useful advice, which made our stay in Trento even more beautiful. The facility is equipped with a parking space (an indispensable requirement for us) and is located in a well-served area: nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy. Highly recommended.

In my experience as a traveler, both for tourism and for work, I have rarely found a location so well-kept in all its aspects. Mrs. Gabriella, who manages the property, was extremely kind and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism by giving us precise directions on the city's traffic, great advice on where to have lunch and dinner, and 'pampering' us with excellent breakfasts, during which she entertained us with pleasant conversations making us feel at home. I highly recommend this property for both work and tourism stays.

Excellent accommodation in the Ortensia room, very welcoming and equipped with a kitchenette. Mrs. Gabriella, very kind and helpful, left us a welcome kit. Impeccable cleanliness, autonomous heating, recently renovated building with new furniture. The city center can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes, otherwise there is a bus stop right outside the house. Private parking space in the courtyard with a closing bar. Excellent breakfast with fresh bakery products.

We only stayed one night, but we were very happy both for the room and for the breakfast. Very helpful host, new and well-kept room. I definitely recommend it for the tranquility. Rest assured. We will come back.

Residenza Iris proved to be strategic for our short vacation. Very close to Parco delle Albere, which we comfortably reached on foot for a concert, and near the Historic Center just enough for our Sunday visit. A special mention to Gabriella, our host, extremely caring and of great help in organizing our stay.

It's hard to find words to describe the perfection, taste, and love that Gabriella put into decorating her B&B Residenza Iris. We felt like we were at home. The best we could wish for! There wasn't a single detail out of place! In addition to the already abundant buffet of cookies and sweets (fruit juices, non-alcoholic drinks, milk, yogurt in the fridge) that greeted us, in the morning Gabriella added exquisite warm croissants. Even the 'zirele'. 10 minutes walk from the center and the Muse. Private parking. We will definitely come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana scorsa presso bb Iris, lo stabile è nuovo e le camere curate nei minimi dettagli, pulite e funzionali. La proprietaria Gabriella ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e cortesia. La struttura è poco distante dal centro città, in una zona tranquilla. Colazione abbondante e ricca di dolci specialità. Consigliatissimo.

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere telefonicamente la Signora Gabriella più di un anno fa, quando cercavo una sistemazione in occasione dell'adunata degli Alpini. Probabilmente a pelle ci siamo piaciute, e nonostante l'iniziale titubanza per la richiesta con anno di anticipo, è stata così gentile da affittare l'intero B&B per il mio gruppo di persone. Il B&B è semplicemente bellissimo, curato in ogni particolare, accogliente e ti fa sentire a casa. Dotato di ogni comfort, permette agli ospiti di trascorrere una vacanza speciale. Colazione con ogni ben di dio (consiglio i biscotti tipici di Trento con farina tostata, Gabriella aveva proprio ragione a consigliarli!), e per tutti i tipi di palato, servita dalla perfetta padrona di casa a cui si può chiedere qualsiasi consiglio sulla città di Trento me dintorni. Bright, clean, airy and modern B&B a 15-20 minutes' walk from the historic city centre of Trento and from the modern theatres and concert halls on the edge of town as well. Super friendly and helpful host. It was a pleasure staying at her B&B.

L'ambiente è molto caldo ed accogliente. La signora Gabriella, che lo gestisce, è gentilissima e sollecita. Andavo via presto tutte le mattine e lei mi coccolava conservandomi la colazione. Grazie davvero di cuore. Liviana.

La struttura è veramente bella, praticamente nuova e pulitissima, la signora Gabriella è un host veramente gentile e disponibile. L'abitazione si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall'Ospedale S. Chiara, arrivando in treno si può comodamente raggiungere con l'autobus n°4 che vi lascia di fronte alla struttura. Purtroppo dovendo uscire molto presto la mattina non ho potuto approfittare delle ottime colazioni ma la signora Gabriella mi ha fatto sempre trovare un croissant la sera al mio ritorno. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite come pure il bagno. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo B&B, nuovissimo, tenuto benissimo, ottima pulizia. Complimenti alla signora Graziella perché veramente gentilissima e cura nei minimi particolari tutto il B&B. Da veramente un sacco di prodotti da stuzzicare, comprese le mitiche mele del trentino. Ottima anche la colazione con brioche fresche da pasticceria, con tantissima altro cibo da gustare.

Soggiornato solo una notte ci siamo trovati benissimo, la signora Gabriella gentilissima e disponibile, tutto molto pulito ci siamo trovati benissimo!
