For the second time I chose Festina Lente B&B and confirmed the judgment of my first experience. Everything perfect. I love the Terra room, but also the Sky room of this year was not less. The managers are very kind, very helpful and very discreet. All this just steps from the sea. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

The room is not very large but everything is very well-kept and optimized, the bathroom is spacious. The location is very central. A small common area with tea, coffee, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, water always available is a very appreciated customer attention. The management is kind and attentive. Pets allowed at no extra charge.

Very welcoming and well-kept environment. Great location, very close to the sea. In the common room there was a snack corner: coffee, tea, snacks, and water always available to us! In addition to the excellent breakfast included at the nearby bar. Marco and his parents always discreet and friendly. I highly recommend this property! I will definitely come back.

Great welcome, the room and the bathroom are very spacious, very good also the location, very close to the sea and the main street.

Functional, comfortable and well-kept room, surprisingly spacious bathroom. In the heart of the city, very close to the sea, some difficulty with parking in the area, but the kindness and availability of the manager surpasses everything (I had a personal need promptly even resolved before my arrival). Coffee corner available and always stocked for free, also the walk to the bar for breakfast very pleasant, personally I prefer breakfast at the property but it was still a not unpleasant novelty.

Friendly and helpful managers for any request. Welcoming, tidy structure in an optimal location for both commercial activities and the sea. If I may offer a suggestion, in the room, next to the armchair, a small table with a chair would be needed. So that guests can enjoy a good coffee in privacy.

New, cozy, very clean and meticulously cared for structure. Great taste in the decor. Very friendly, kind and helpful manager.

B&B literally 20 steps from the beach. Excellent welcome and owners always present and available for any need. Excellent choice of the affiliated bar where breakfast is served, probably the best in the area. Spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. Shared "kitchen" corner very useful and always stocked with snacks and water/juices to be consumed at any time of the day. Excellent soundproofing and very comfortable bed.

Cozy, clean structure with a large bathroom. Excellent location just a few steps from the sea and the center. Courteous and helpful owners.

Great location, 50 meters from the sea and very close to restaurants, markets and everything you might need on vacation. Spacious room and bathroom, above average, minimal but comfortable and pleasant furniture, excellent cleanliness. Breakfast at a bar near the property, sufficient, but definitely not abundant. Only downside, being on the ground floor it is affected by noise from the street, cars and pedestrians, which is sufficiently resolved by closing the windows. In the room and bathroom, there is a lack of support areas, I would recommend a few more shelves and a rack for swimsuits and towels. Overall judgment: excellent.

Una splendida struttura comoda e con un servizio eccellente. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili e attenti, forniscono ogni informazione utile su locali e attrazioni turistiche. Consiglio vivamente! 10+.

Struttura a due passi dal mare di Porto Recanati, impagabile poter arrivare in spiaggia facendo solo pochi passi. In centro, vicinissimo al corso principale della cittadina, con tutti i suoi negozi e locali, comodissima da raggiungere per chi arriva in treno. Nuovissimo e ben arredato; bagno spaziosissimo e curato. Ambienti tenuti puliti in modo impeccabile, ogni 3 giorni cambio della biancheria. I gestori persone accoglienti e disponibili, riservati, ma sempre rintracciabili all'occorrenza. Spazio ristoro all'interno del B&B a disposizione dei clienti, con occorrente per preparasi un the o caffè e frigorifero. Se devo trovare una pecca, forse il servizio di colazione offerto dal bar convenzionato: un po' essenziale, forse meriterebbe di essere un pochino più abbondante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura vicinissima al centro ed al mare I proprietari sono persone squisite, gentilissimi e molto disponibili La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime. Beatrice e Andrea.

Proprietario di una gentilezza unica. Molto ospitale, a modo, e con un certo arredamento di vero gusto. Si vede proprio che ci tiene moltissimo. Posso veramente solo consigliarlo a tutti. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia.

Mia moglie ed io siamo stati in questa struttura per dieci giorni. Tutto ottimamente organizzato, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, posto vicino praticamente a tutto (negozi, bar, spiaggia, stazione ferroviaria), in pieno centro ma al tempo stesso in una via tranquilla.

Fantastica struttura per trascorrere le ferie nel massimo della comodità perché la posizione è centralissima e super servita (100 m dal corso con tutti negozi 20 m dalla spiaggia supermarket e mercato della frutta di fronte farmacia banca tantissimi ristoranti intorno ecc). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Le camere sono nuovissime ristrutturate nel mese di aprile 2016 tutto perfetto funzionale curato nei minimi dettagli e con ottimo gusto il bagno è enorme e bellissimo. Pulizia 10 e lode (ve lo dice una malata per l'igiene). Rispetto ad altri preventivi che avevo richiesto in altre strutture questo è risultato il più vantaggioso. La colazione compresa viene servita al bar li sul corso convenzioni con lo stabilimento balneare li di fronte con tanto di ristorante. Insomma, consigliatissimo non vi resta che provare per credere.

Bed and breakfast nuovissimo e molto pulito, un gigantesco bagno con una fantastica doccia. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ci ha anche consigliato un ristorante per la cena dove siamo stati molto bene. La colazione è un un bar convenzionato, mentre la. struttura a 2 passi dal mare. Unica pecca: il parcheggio. Noi a inizio giugno abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare lì vicino, ma non so dire come possa essere la situazione più avanti nella stagione. A parte questo tutto assolutamente positivo, torneremo senz'altro.

Camere di nuova ristrutturazione eseguita benissimo, arredate con gusto e attenti ai particolari. Il gestore è molto gentile e attento, accoglienza perfetta. Allo stesso tempo molto discreto e totale indipendenza e libertà A due passi dal lungomare, centralissimo vicino a tutto ciò che serve, mare, ristoranti, bar. Consigliato.
