Merci à Gianpaolo pour son accueil dans ce lieu très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellent séjour malgré la pluie. La chambre très agréable au design soigné. Giampaolo est très à l"écoute de ses hotes. La maison est tout proche du centre historique et du centre ville tout court.

This b&b is perfectly located just steps away from the Duomo and baptistry of Parma, in a quiet and charming street. The host, Giampaolo, made us feel very welcome. He made dinner reservations for us at two outstanding restaurants and also for the taxis we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Such a pleasure.

Everything about this property is outstanding, but most in particular is Gianpaolo, who assisted us in every way from the moment we arrived and until we left earlier today. He provided us with the best experience possible including calling taxis for us, making dinner reservations, helping with our luggage, recommending things to do, cooked breakfast for the two of us each morning, and even made our beds and cleaned our room. I might also add that the apartment is very close to almost all of the important places to visit, and can easily be accomplished by simply walking. I have never raved about anyone like this before, and it might be very difficult for anyone to approach his personal touch.

Giampaolo is very welcoming and eager to please. He has limited English (much better than my Italian), but is skilled at using his phone to translate. The location is perfect: 100 yards from the Duomo, but on a very quiet street. I advise being very specific about what you might like for breakfast; otherwise Giampaolo has to guess what to provide. He gave good restaurant recommendations.

We would recommend this B&B because of the friendliness of the owner Giampaolo and its proximity to the main sites in Parma. Giampaolo is incredibly welcoming in spite of his poor English. He booked Restaurants for the nights that we stayed there. Both were a few minutes away and both both excellent. The accommodation was modern and very clean. Beautiful property in historic Parma and tastefully decorated. Seconds from the Duomo and excellent restaurants. Quiet area with lots of local shops all within walking distance. Host was superb and we enjoyed our morning discussions over a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend and if we return to Parma we will definitely stay again!

Giampaolo was a wonderful host! The rooms were very clean on arrival, and we cleaned up daily in addition to making the bed and replacing the used towels with new ones. Breakfast was delicious and included options of scrambled eggs, toast, croissant filled with jam, fresh fruit and coffee/cappuccino. This was a business trip, but if I return again in the future, I will re-book here!

This is a truly special rental: perfect location, interior with exquisitely refined decor in a gorgeous period building, wonderful bed and bedding, and a fine breakfast — in short, quality throughout. Giampaolo was a charming, responsive, and perfect host, and also incredibly kind: he drove us to our parking garage in the driving rain. We had a delightful night there and wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful, well-preserved city. Highest recommendations.

We have been staying there twice, last 2017. It was a perfect stay for visiting Parma and this region. Our host was very attentive and helped us with wonderful advice concerning places to go and restaurants. The apartment is nearby the duomo and it is wonderfully equipped.

The host Giampaolo was extremely helpful in suggesting and making dinner reservations for me. The restaurants were excellent. I also appreciated his suggestions for art museums and specific exhibitions. Highly recommended!

Spacious, charming, clean, comfortable, with excellent service. Strongly recommended. Giampaolo was a very gracious host. He showed great flexibility in meeting our special requests for breakfast. He also acted as a concierge, making restaurant recommendations and reservations, pointing out special events in town that we would not have otherwise known about, and offering general guidance on enjoying Parma. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and good light from large windows, and they are tastefully decorated to a high standard. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and works well. The location is very central, just a few steps from the Duomo. This is an historic building in the old town. Breakfast is served in the room and is generous and filling: we had eggs, cheese, yogurt, berries and other fruits, coffee, and bread every morning; one morning there was also a little Parma ham.

This was our second year visiting Parma and we would not consider staying any place else. Giampaolo, the owner is wonderful, he so helpful and a delight to converse with. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom shower spacious, too. The apartment is centrally located near good restaurants and shops.

Giampaolo was a wonderful host! He helped us with parking, restaurants, etc. The pastries we had in the morning were the best we had on our whole trip and he also made delicious eggs with fresh squeezed orange juice. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

This is a delightful place to stay in Parma. The location is perfect, our suite was absolutely beautiful, and our host utterly charming. Tucked away behind the Duomo, it's just a few steps from everything. Our room was elegant and spacious, and it included a large, comfortable living room as well. Breakfasts were great: we chose savory (vs. sweet) and had our choice of meats and cheeses, as well as rolls, fruit and yogurt--and our host prepared some lovely eggs as well. Our host Giampaolo was friendly and welcoming. All in all a wonderful experience! We have friends in Parma and will definitely stay here next time we visit.

A perfect location in Parma’s historic district. Gianpaolo is a gracious and accommodating host with excellent recommendations for the best sites to visit and excellent restaurants in the area. Particularly ideal when attending the annual Verdi opera festival.

Bellissima. Giampaolo's elegant B&B is situated in the heart of historical Parma where you can visit all on foot. From wonderful breakfast to gorgeous bedroom with ensuite bathroom, extremely design, to his excellent advice on what to do & where to eat, Giampaolo is a quality host.

Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll. Der Gastgeber zuvorkommend, die Lage unmittelbar am Dom ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Räume sind mit exzellentem Stil äußerst sorgfältig und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Der aufmerksame Gastgeber Giampaolo empfing uns herzlich und gab uns tolle Tipps für Parma und die Weiterreise. Das B&B wird mit soviel Freude und Leidenschaft geführt, dass wir uns als Gäste fast wie auf Besuch bei Freunden fühlten.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura. Centralissima, a due passi dal duomo, camera spaziosa con mobili curati e soffitti affrescati. Bagno di buone dimensioni con ampia doccia e con tutto il necessario (anche phon!). Colazione preparata dal gentilissimo proprietario Giampaolo, persona deliziosa sia per l’ospitalità che per la gentilezza nel consigliarvi locali e ristoranti o monumenti da visitare.

Bellissima struttura rifinita molto bene in posizione centralissima.

Struttura suggestiva e ben arredata (porta e finestra avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati per migliorare l'insonorizzazione). Personale molto presente, preciso, puntuale e disponibile. Comodissimo per la visita della città. Perfetto se avesse un parcheggio privato. Unica nota: sarebbe da trovare una modalità alternative per servizio della colazione per garantire un po' più di privacy.

Piacevole soggiorno in un appartamento che ben mescola preesistenze settecentesche a inserti di arte contemporanea. Ottima accoglienza da parte di un host molto disponibile e cordiale. Posizione ottimale per la visita del centro della città. Ottimo giudizio".

La camera è incantevole e l'hotel è situato in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Ma il bagno è piccolo.

Location molto bella in un palazzo d'epoca coniugato da un design raffinato e moderno, zona molto tranquilla direttamente in centro, parcheggio fuori dalla ZTL a 6 minuti a piedi. Giampaolo è un gestore eccellente, disponibile a darti informazioni e consigli su tutto quello che può riguardare il soggiorno a Parma, già alla prenotazione mi aveva dato la scelta di alcuni ristoranti così da potermi organizzare per tempo. Ho potuto dedicare poco tempo alla colazione perché avevo un impegno, ma Giampaolo è venuto incontro alla mia richiesta facendomi trovare comunque tutto il necessario. Se tornassi a Parma non cercherei altro!

Proprietario accogliente e super disponibile. Davvero un soggiorno piacevole.

Siamo stati benissimo! È un luogo di vera ospitalità con un gestore chi vizia gli ospiti con attenzione, idee, discussioni interessanti ed una colazione fatta con cura. Vale la pena tornare! Grazie! Parma poi e una città interessantissima, ricca di attrazioni e nello stesso tempo una città dove si vive bene.

Location stupenda, in palazzo d’epoca ma con tutte le comodità, posizione comodissima a due passi dal centro e dai parcheggi principali ed al tempo stesso molto tranquilla, gestore gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni informazione e consiglio.

Struttura molto bella, in pieno centro, camera molto grande con salotto privato, pulizia ottima, gestore disponibile, gentile e discreto. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Struttura molto bella, arredata molto bene, silenziosa molto comoda e silenziosa e localizzata a pochi passi dal Duomo. Proprietario molto cortese ed efficiente.

Bellissimo B&B in centro Parma, camera curata nei minimi dettagli e bagno regale. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza come ha dimostrato con la colazione a base di prodotti senza glutine.

Struttura di charme, vicinissima al Duomo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile.

Ambiente curato, gestore cortesissimo, no rumori zona pedonale, qualche difficoltà con ls propria auto.

Posizione, pulizia, tranquillità, ampiezza dei locali, qualità degli arredi e soprattutto gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza del gestore al top. Consigliatissimo.

Piccola struttura in palazzo d'epoca adeguatamente adattato. Comodo al centro ed ai parcheggi esterni alla ZTL. Ottima accoglienza e supporto durante il soggiorno.

Nel cuore della città, ma in una via tranquilla, due camere ristrutturate con gusto e attenzione, senza inutili appesantimenti. Letto comodo, bagno ampio, pulizia assoluta, accoglienza cordiale, utilissimo parcheggio, a un costo ragionevole.

Ottimo ed accogliente. Il gestore è una persona simpatica e cordiale. Un punto da ricordare per le prossime gite a Parma. Grazie.

The B&B is in a great location. Super close to the duomo. Giampaolo was very helpful in telling us things about Parma, including having walking tour maps and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was served in the large sitting area attached to our room. He worked with our schedule, which was early 1 morning due to a food tour. Giampaolo also took care of paying a parking ticket we received, which we really appreciated. We paid the fee, but he took care of turning it in for us, etc.

Siamo stati tre giorni in questo B&B molto accogliente, in un edificio storico a due passi (proprio due!) dal Duomo, ristrutturato con gusto, con sapienza ed eleganza. Gli arredi moderni si integrano piacevolmente con gli spazi di un ex-monastero, dove qua e là si affacciano affreschi, recuperati da un'attenta ristrutturazione. Giampaolo è un padrone di casa disponibile e premuroso, che si è prodigato di concordare e personalizzare le nostre colazioni. Le sue segnalazioni in merito a locali e luoghi della città sono risultati assai preziosi. La camera è ampia e luminosa, ben riscaldata, e ci ha reso doppiamente graditi i rientri dalle lunghe passeggiate nella splendida Parma, in quei giorni (2-5 gennaio) decisamente freddina.. Altamente consigliato!
