The structure is in an optimal location to reach the main locations. The girl (Alice) who manages it is friendly, nice, and very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent facility, very kind and helpful staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Extremely clean bathroom with all comforts (even samples of face creams). I would give a 10 to breakfast: rich and abundant, as I had never experienced before. We booked with a gift box, but if we have other sporting competitions in the area, we will definitely return to this facility.

We only stayed one night at this property but it was a pleasure to have met Alice, the owner who was really nice. From the beginning, she made us feel comfortable and helped us to get around Foligno and the surroundings. The room was very spacious and cozy with a shared bathroom complete with everything. The breakfast room was very nice with a TV and a relaxation corner. My wife took a lot of photos to recreate a truly unique atmosphere. Everything was very clean and just a short walk from the center of Foligno. It will definitely be a base for our trips in Umbria.

Nonostante il brevissimo soggiorno in questo delizioso B&B, posso dire con certezza che tornerei più che volentieri! Alice, il gestore della struttura, é disponibile e cordiale, mantiene il posto pulitissimo e ne cura i più minimi dettagli per renderlo particolare e gradevole. Il cioccolatino appoggiato sugli asciugamani ordinatamente piegati e adagiati sul letto é stata una carineria che non mi hanno riservato in nessun altro posto.

Ho trascorso 3 giorni in questa struttura e sono stato benissimo come se fossi a casa mia una struttura bellissima ordinata pulita e nuovissima. Il gestore del Bed and Breakfast e una persona gentilissima disponibilissima molto professionale. Cmq lo consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che intendono soggiornare nella struttura.
