Small but very functional room, located in a very well-served area of the city. I would gladly come back and recommend it.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Cagliari, Sardinia. The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The value for money was excellent, and communication with the host was smooth and very friendly.

Certainly an ideal solution. It is a small but not too small studio apartment with a nice private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a small balcony in a semi-peripheral area of Cagliari. The owners have created three or four of these studio apartments from a large apartment and have furnished them with everything useful to have in this type of accommodation. Therefore, the intercom and the entrance door are electronic and can be opened with codes or keys, just as the rest of the accommodation offers a series of excellent home automation solutions. The shower box is majestic, the cleanliness is impeccable, the furnishings are new, functional, and pleasant. We were also pampered with the possibility of checking in beyond the usual hours, a little extra that was offered to us without even asking for it. Truly a perfect accommodation and, in November, very economical.

Great bed and breakfast that has nothing to envy to a normal 3-star hotel room. Cinzia, the owner, is very kind and precise in directions and information, plus an unusual mutual trust to find. Highly recommended and we plan to return.

Very nice room and super equipped, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. Very kind managers. Close to the Fair.

I highly recommend this apartment which is very comfortable, well located and well arranged. The mattress is of very good quality and the apartment is very well soundproofed, allowing for quiet and restful nights. Communication with the owner is easy (in English) and the accommodation has all the amenities within 200 m (bus, supermarket, pizza place, restaurant, bakery, bar, ice cream shop... and even a hairdresser. In short, everything to have an enjoyable stay without any hassle.

Highly recommended! Beautiful room, equipped kitchen, I could cook Polish dishes 😊 very kind owner, close to shops, cafes, perfect place, beautiful! I will come back in November.

Everything is clean and as shown on the pictures. Communication with the owners was always friendly and uncomplicated. Nice bathroom and a kitchen with the most important stuff you need for cooking. Wonderful balcony with beautiful, typical Italian view. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a bus station in front of the house, you can easily get to the beach or the city centre. We had a very nice stay at Cinzia's apartment.

Perfect for short stays, excellent value for money.

Very charming apartment in a well-served area. Equipped with home automation and all necessary services. Breakfast is not provided, but the rest makes up for this small lack, already known before arrival, so you can easily manage by independently doing a bit of shopping at the nearby supermarket. It is well equipped with induction hobs and a microwave. You need to insert a badge to do everything autonomously. Very satisfied. I would gladly return if I needed accommodation near Binaghi, just 400 meters away. Worth mentioning the kindness of the owner Cinzia and her husband.

I stayed for three days in one of these studios managed by Cinzia and Giacomo, a very pleasant stay, extremely clean, new, modern structure, home automation system with all the comforts: from the coffee machine to the smartphone provided, from the iron to the electric kettle, from the fridge at the entrance with badge and/or numeric code, from the TV to the shower with hydromassage: kitchenette with induction hob, equipped with the necessary dishes; washer-dryer and barbecue on the balcony. The area is central, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bank, newsstand, pharmacy, public transport stops (in Cagliari they work very well) all within walking distance from the house. Already booked for a summer vacation. Highly recommended!
