We spent three nights (from 30/12 to 2/01) in this magnificent gem located in Corigliano, a nice village that lacks nothing. The Manipinta Bed and Breakfast is located in the central square, truly characteristic. Clean, welcoming and equipped with every comfort. What makes this place special, in addition to the aesthetics and the furnishings, are the owners, two extremely attentive, welcoming and very helpful people. They provided us with numerous tips on places to see and things to do. The owners made themselves available immediately for any type of information or request, at any time of the day. The breakfast is delicious, made up of sweets that vary from day to day, strictly homemade. I highly recommend this place if you want to be hosted in a clean and well-kept structure, and be "accompanied" during your stay with attention and extreme care.

The stay was very pleasant, with all the possible comforts. The room is spacious and comfortable even with a bunk bed for the children. The bathroom is equally spacious, with a large shower. The service for changing towels is impeccable. Furthermore, if the room is vacated by a certain time, daily cleaning is guaranteed. The breakfast is abundant, based on delicious homemade products and different every day. But above all, the owners are the pride of the place, as they are available not only for the structure but especially for advice on places to visit. The location of the property allowed us to visit all the places of interest with about 30-minute journeys. Honestly, we were very satisfied with the choice.

The breakfasts are hand made with very local cakes. The place is very nice, pleasant. Located in the old town, very close to the Castello. The place has many restaurant opportunities around. Corigliano is a well-located town to move around and benefit from the best of the Adriatic and Ionian Sea and places. Go go go! You will have good memories for sure!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in June. We felt at home. Nice structure and room with all the comforts and very clean. Marta prepared excellent homemade breakfasts for us and served them with great courtesy. And what about Giuseppe, always there ready to give you a world of advice and suggestions for beaches, cities to visit, etc..., but both always very discreet. Highly recommended! In our opinion, the property is in a great location to visit Salento! Marco and Carmen.

I am always skeptical about very high ratings sometimes given with great superficiality, but this Manipinta B&B deserves a solid 10. Located in a historic building in the town center, the B&B has been recently restored. The rooms, furnished with taste and simplicity, are equipped with all comforts (mattress and pillow included). Certainly Corigliano is not close to the sea, but Marta and Giuseppe put all their passion and experience into making you experience all the pleasures of Salento: beaches, places and art cities to visit, and many places where you can taste the best food and wine products.

Recommended by a friend, we booked at this property, and it was worth it! Lovely place right in the historic center of Corigliano, with elegant rooms, very convenient for the local places and a stone's throw from the castle, as well as being a strategic point to reach the beaches of Salento both on the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, depending on the wind. But Manipinta B&B's strong point lies in the staff: Giuseppe is the perfect host, lavish every morning with advice on the best places to visit, the best beaches to sunbathe, and always ready during the day to suggest the best places to enjoy excellent meals, all thanks to the unconditional love for his land that he knows like the back of his hand, and Marta churns out delicious breakfasts that are just the prelude to the fabulous days you will spend in those parts if you entrust yourselves to their loving care! (There are also very pleasant chats with them, they are also friendly 😆).

This structure is a gem in the heart of Salento, practically equidistant from the best seaside resorts on both the Adriatic and Ionian sides. We spent 4 days in an enchanted place! A beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking San Nicola square, located in a house in the historic center of the village, renovated with great taste. Very clean, well organized, practically nothing is missing, it's a gem! And then its location is the cherry on top, in practice Corigliano d'Otranto is at the center of everything. In less than half an hour you can visit the beautiful city of Lecce or reach the beautiful beaches of Otranto. Giuseppe and Marta can recommend fantastic places for unforgettable swims away from crowded beaches, and point out the best restaurants in the area where you can enjoy excellent dinners. We were a group of 3 friends and we felt truly pampered by Marta's rich and well-crafted breakfasts (in my opinion, she should open a pastry shop!) and by Giuseppe's precise and always spot-on directions. For 4 days, we did without TripAdvisor! A big hug guys for everything you offered us, availability, cheerfulness, and friendliness, as well as a lot of professionalism. See you soon because 4 days were too few and we still want to breathe the serene and cheerful air of your home and immerse ourselves in the hospitable and kind atmosphere that you are able to create for your visitors.

Staying at the Manipinta B&B with Giuseppe and Marta means abandoning any guide, weather forecast, search for activities to do, TripAdvisor research because they will suggest everything based on the interests of the guests. Their hospitality is exceptional, the B&B seems open since yesterday for the attention to details and cleanliness. Corigliano d'Otranto, besides being an orange flag, is in a strategic position and you can reach the Adriatic or Ionian coasts in the same travel time, which is definitely an added value considering the constant wind that will inevitably force the visitor to choose one sea over the other. Marta is the modern version of a manipinta from Salento who has maintained tradition in the recipes of fantastic typical sweets (torta pasticciotto and fruttone above all). Giuseppe is the manager one would like to find in any B&B. His precious advice will steer guests away from mass tourism to experience the most authentic Salento possible. Activities, beaches, recommended trattorias are the result of accurate 'selections' and are not suggested just for the sake of it.

If I had to make a commercial to advertise Salento's hospitality, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Giuseppe and Marta with their B&B, I thank them here, once again for their courtesy, availability, kindness, sweetness, and discretion that made our stay with them perfect. Pampered by Marta's sweet treats at breakfast, even when we were the only guests she always prepared several different desserts every morning, from the morning chat during which they helped us organize our days and gave valuable advice, to the attentions to enjoy the day to the fullest, from providing us with the cooler bag to the phone call to the farm to inquire about the reservation! To all this, add that Corigliano d'Otranto is in an ideal position, in the center of Salento, and that you can decide every day, depending on the winds (another Salento magic!) which coast to go to. It is a precious village with many treasures to discover, I would say that you have nothing else to do but discover this wonder as we did, and you won't regret it.

Soggiornare nel B&B Manipinta è stato fantastico. Un B&B gestito da Giuseppe e sua sorella Marta, una cake chef. Giuseppe di contro, la disponibilità fatta persona. Ogni volta che ti consigliava un posto si evinceva l’amore puro ed incondizionato per il “suo”Salento. Alla fine ce ne siamo innamorati anche noi. Tornando alla struttura è tutto nuovissimo e funzionale, pulito, comodo ed ubicato al centro di Corigliano a due passi dal famoso castello. Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questo magnifico B&B, camere nuovissime e arredate decisamente con gusto, colazione eccellente e varia (ogni giorno almeno tre dolci freschi fatti in casa, eccezionali!). Ma il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura è l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Giuseppe e Marta, sempre pronti a dispensare consigli per rendere la vacanza migliore, indicazioni di spiagge meno affollate, di ristorantini tipici dove mangiar bene, di feste e sagre dei paesi vicini, di escursioni. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente e sarà come andare a trovare vecchi amici: la posizione è perfetta, nella piazza di un paese ben curato e a mezzora dalla costa, che sia ionica o adriatica, così in base al vento si trovano le condizioni migliori ogni giorno. Siamo convinti che chi deciderà di trascorrere le vacanze qui non potrà pentirsene.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere ospiti di Giuseppe e Marta per tre giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Accolti come amici di vecchia data ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto. Le camere sono stupende e ricavate da un meraviglioso edificio di fine '800 elegantemente ristrutturato nel centro di Corigliano D'Otranto a pochi metri dal Castello. Le colazioni preparate da Marta sono ricche e buonissime e includono vari dolci rigorosamente homemade. Nel servizio sono inclusi anche i preziosi consigli di Giuseppe che saprà indicare i posti più belli da visitare in tutto il Salento. Se vi va di passare una bella vacanza in Salento il B&B Manipinta è quello che ci vuole. Consigliatissimo!

Il B&B Manipinta è nuovissimo e bellissimo proprio come lo si vede nelle foto. Stanze grandi, pulite, arredate con gusto, all'interno di un palazzo meraviglioso. Corigliano D'Otranto è un punto strategico per visitare il Salento, il paese è una chicca, e l'ospitalità del gestore Giuseppe è totale. Una persona che ti segue da prima della prenotazione se necessario, durante il soggiorno e pure dopo perché rimane un amico. Le colazioni fatte in casa con prodotti freschi tutte le mattine, la cortesia nel dare indicazioni, consigli, nel venire incontro ad ogni necessità ad un prezzo eccezionale non possono che farmi dare il massimo del punteggio sotto ogni punto di vista a Giuseppe e a sua sorella. Consiglio questo splendido B&B per visitare Otranto e dintorni, il borgo di Corigliano è un piccolo gioiello e se cenate nella vicina e ormai famosa Masseria Scagnito (migliore Masseria del Salento decretata da Alessandro Borghese) non dimenticherete facilmente il vostro soggiorno. Weekend indimenticabile in una graziosa località, Corigliano d'Otranto, ospiti di un B&B curatissimo nei dettagli, pulito, centrale, arredato con gusto, in posizione strategica per visitare lo storico paesino ed i meravigliosi dintorni. Giuseppe, il gestore, è persona accogliente, cordiale, disponibile, prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti di ogni tipo; Marta, invece, propone ogni mattina a colazione una ricca coccola di dolci fatti in casa, marmellate e ogni sorta di bontà per palati esigenti e golosi. Sicuramente una tappa da ripetere e assolutamente da consigliare a chi ama curiosare le bellezze del Salento e sostare in eleganti B&B.

Weekend indimenticabile in un eccellente B&B, accogliente, curatissimo nei dettagli, ristrutturato con gusto, pulitissimo, nel cuore pulsante di un delizioso centro storico..assolutamente da ripetere e mille volte da consigliare. La colazione, opera di Marta, è ricca di marmellate e di una grande varietà di dolci tipici fatti in casa, ogni giorno diversi, una autentica coccola per il palato più goloso ed esigente. Giuseppe, il gestore, è una persona ospitale, molto disponibile e cordiale, prodigo di suggerimenti che spaziano dai locali dove mangiare ai punti turistici più belli del Salento da non perdere (cava bauxite, faro palascia, faraglioni Sant'Andrea). Coragliano d'Otranto è strategica se si vuole scoprire la grecia salentina e le sue meraviglie e il b&B Manipinta rappresenta la soluzione ideale per muoversi, senza rinunciare a nulla, anzi costituisce un'occasione imperdibile per godere delle bellezze di un paesino piccolo ma ricco di storia.

Una recensione molto semplice, ottima la camera, pulita e spaziosa; bello il B&B in generale, giovane e molto ben curato. Logisticamente si trova in pieno centro paese con possibilità di parcheggio di fronte, anche non sempre facile. I proprietari Giuseppe e Marta sono stati strepitosi nella fin dall'accoglienza, con il loro aiuto non abbiamo mai usato la guida, ci hanno trovato ristoranti, spiagge ed ombrelloni in luoghi impensabili a prezzi vantaggiosi. Molte sono infatti le convenzioni a disposizione e le loro amicizie sfruttabili; non è semplice vivere il Salento, i consigli ed il supporto sono stati necessari e preziosissimi. Colazione dolce più che varia ed abbondate con prodotti e variazioni quotidiane, tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa, amando i dolci me la sono spassata. Siamo rimasti 10 giorni e se tornassimo in Salento ci torneremmo di certo.

Dire che io e mio marito siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti di questo B&B è riduttivo struttura meravigliosa, arredata con grande stile, con camere spaziose, funzionali e di una pulizia unica! Il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità e dalla solarità dei titolari Giuseppe e Marta che fanno di tutto per farti sentire a casa tua! Che dire poi delle colazioni che ogni giorno ti sorprendono con dolci artigianali sempre diversi e tutti ottimi davvero! La cornice di Corigliano D'Otranto non fa altro che contribuire a valorizzare il tutto una bomboniera di paese, ospitale e carinissimo da visitare e da vivere anche la sera, ottimo punto di partenza inoltre per spostarsi e godersi il mare di tutto il Salento! Sicuramente non perderemo occasione per tornarci il prima possibile e consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questo fantastico B&B! Grazie.

This B&B is certainly one of the most friendly places I ever visited: Giuseppe and Marta do everything you might wish for when staying abroad: they show you around in their picturesque village, take you to good restaurants and provide very useful info of things to see in the region. Situated on the very cute village square, in a completely renovated typical house, this B&B is impeccably clean and decorated with good taste. The rooms are very comfortable, with good mattresses and there's even a little fridge! Breakfast is quite unbelievable with 100% home made ingredients (Marta bakes everything herself and even the marmalade is handmade). In short: I don't know how it's possible to keep such high standards for such a (very) reasonable price.. Stay here and you will feel immersed in a local community, due to the central location, you will feel welcome you will sleep well and in the end will only pay a very modest sum. Go!

Veramente tutto eccellente, gestori disponibilissimi, struttura nuovissima, pulizia eccellente, prezzo competitivo, una colazione ottima con dolci squisiti fatti personalmente dalla gestione, posizionata nel centro storico dove tutto e a portata di mano (ristoranti, pizzerie, castello etc). Ve lo consiglio assolutamente!

La dimostrazione tangibile di quanto tanta passione porti a fare bene, ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso Manipinta a inizio dicembre, in una struttura perfettamente ristrutturata che fonde tra loro la freschezza del rinnovamento con la tradizione delle volte a stella con pietra a vista, il tutto sapientemente condito dalla cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari. Grazie Giuseppe e Grazie Marta per la genuinità con cui ci avete fatto sentire a casa, a noi non resta che il felice compito di creare nuove occasioni per tornare a farci coccolare da voi.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido B&B e ce ne siamo letteralmente innamorati. La gentilezza, la cura dei particolari, la bellezza delle camere e le meravigliose e abbondanti colazioni di dolci (e non solo) fatti in casa ci hanno convinto a prolungare il nostro soggiorno per più notti quando, inizialmente, Corigliano d'Otranto doveva essere una tappa di passaggio. La struttura è in posizione centralissima, facile da trovare e da raggiungere. La camera e la sala della colazione sono curate sin nei minimi particolari, segno evidente della passione dei titolari. Marta e Giuseppe sono presenti per ogni necessità e consiglio sui luoghi da visitare e su come spostarsi senza però essere invadenti. Si sono presi cura di noi dall' inizio alla fine non facendoci mancare nulla e aggiungendo calore alla nostra vacanza. Senza alcun dubbio consigliamo di soggiornare al Manipinta per chiunque volesse visitare il Salento in quanto la posizione é strategica e il Manipinta ne sarà la splendida cornice.
