Non mi piacciono queste valutazioni, quindi lascerò solo questo commento. Il posto era accettabile e situato proprio accanto al duomo. Ma non lo sceglierei di nuovo, perché ci è stato chiesto di pagare in contanti comprese le tasse turistiche, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna ricevuta, il che è molto insolito al giorno d'oggi. E non ci sono stati offerti asciugamani, ci era stato chiesto di portarli da soli, cosa che abbiamo trovato piuttosto strana anche.

PS: receipts are done telematically, they are usually sent by e-mail, it might have gone to spam, maybe a system error or where I don't know. As for the towels: since you had known well in advance and not at check in.... I don't see where the problem lies. If you were not comfortable with it you might as well have booked at other facilities. For the next facility you go to remember that: asking is legal and answering is courteous...so ask anything, hosts do not eat guests
