Mir gefallen diese Bewertungen nicht, deshalb werde ich nur diesen Kommentar hinterlassen. Der Ort war in Ordnung und direkt neben dem Dom gelegen. Aber ich würde es nicht noch einmal wählen, weil wir gebeten wurden, bar zu zahlen, einschließlich der Touristensteuern, aber wir haben keine Quittung erhalten, was heutzutage sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Und es wurden uns keine Handtücher angeboten; wir wurden gebeten, sie selbst mitzubringen, was wir auch ziemlich seltsam fanden.

Although we tried to please them by offering them a free shuttle service from the accommodation to the parking and back, and by transporting their luggage to make their stay pleasant.

PS: receipts are done telematically, they are usually sent by e-mail, it might have gone to spam, maybe a system error or where I don't know. As for the towels: since you had known well in advance and not at check in.... I don't see where the problem lies. If you were not comfortable with it you might as well have booked at other facilities. For the next facility you go to remember that: asking is legal and answering is courteous...so ask anything, hosts do not eat guests
