I would definitely recommend the structure. Mrs. Anna is very cordial and kind, as well as being a good pastry chef. She knows how to pamper you in the morning with her cakes, bread, and homemade jams. The place is amazing with an exceptional view. If you feel like getting up early, the sun rises in front of you. I will definitely come back.

We stayed 5 days in this bed and breakfast at the beginning of August. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the beautiful panoramic view, the cleanliness, the excellent breakfasts and last but not least the kindness and availability of the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet, the view is enchanting. A warm welcome and the owner is truly helpful, even in suggesting places to visit. There is also the possibility to put the car in the garage. A fantastic breakfast, abundant with various homemade products, such as jams, bread, and pastries. I highly recommend going there.

It's a paradise, absolute tranquility. We had a small double room, in line with the very honest price for the week of Ferragosto. Varied and very good breakfast, all homemade, served under the portico. The donuts made by the mother of one of the owners were truly appreciated, as well as the inevitable piadina filled with Nutella and homemade jams with the fruit from their gardens. I really relaxed and regenerated.

We spent three wonderful days at the property, with lots of greenery around the house. Fantastic view in the Leonardo room, from the window you could see the Alba sul Mare. There are many games for children, abundant breakfast, there was everything and more. Vincenzo and Fabio, who manage the property, are fantastic people and Nonna Anna prepares fantastic pies, all with fruits from the garden. So true that on the way back we wanted to stay for one night but everything was booked, maybe next year. Bye Vincenzo and Fabio, best regards.

Weekend with the family, spectacular! The managers of the structure are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is super wow! I still have the piadine with Nutella or fig jam all strictly homemade in my heart! Our little girl would go live in their tree house!

A holiday with a young child is hardly synonymous with relaxation, unless you choose a place that caters to children. Alba sul Mare is baby-friendly and highly recommended for families with children, both in terms of spaces and managers. We were looking among the facilities that accepted the holiday bonus and we fell madly in love with the tree house, which for us (and especially for our son) will always remain the symbol of our vacation. The garden is really well-kept and spacious, children can move around in complete safety and the landscape is breathtaking! We adults also enjoyed swinging on the swings and enjoying the view while our son played with the slide and ran in the meadow, and we relaxed on the sun loungers or in the hammock while the child jumped on the inflatable clown. We stayed in the Gaia room which is very bright, fresh (we didn't need air conditioning), tidy and clean, with a large wardrobe and spacious enough. The real strong point, that extra something that makes the difference, are the managers! Vincenzo, Fabio, and Nonna Anna! They knew how to measure themselves and tune in to our needs and characters: they were present without being intrusive, welcoming and helpful but not insistent, and above all they were tender, patient, and affectionate with our son, who told them “I miss you” when we left! We had a family vacation and felt like part of a family, where breakfast is enjoyed with homemade cakes and jams made with the fruits from the garden. All accompanied by the utmost professionalism in service, scrupulously respecting the use of distances and masks that unfortunately the anti-Covid19 regulations imposed on us. This prevented us from saying goodbye with a hug, which we would have genuinely given them, for having pampered us and leaving us with beautiful happy memories.

I can beautiful, quiet, ideal for families, exceptional owners, very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Staying here was not like staying with family, but even more: an attention, a kindness and a reception out of the ordinary. I really have no words to express our gratitude for these days. We have one of the children with special needs who was welcomed not as a guest, but as a son... Vincenzo has become "Vincenzino" for him and I'm sure he has taken up an important piece of his heart! Fabio illustrated to us in great detail the beautiful things to see in the area and where to eat, with particular attention to being suitable for children, in fact we then had a great time! Special mention also for Anna's cakes and the piadinas for breakfast besides the beautiful garden with many games. Great location for tranquility and splendid panorama. We already miss it! Thanks again for everything.

Rarely, if ever, have we found such high levels across the board: reception, room, breakfast, parking, etc. From arrival to departure everything was perfect with maximum kindness and professionalism from the managers.

We arrived at this Bed and Breakfast last Friday for the B&B Day and we were very satisfied both with the place, a very large room with a clean and functional private bathroom, and with the welcome we received from Mrs. Anna and Mr. Vincenzo, very kind and friendly. In the morning they prepared a fabulous breakfast with many things made personally by Anna, jams, bread, flatbreads, biscuits. Vincenzo made us cappuccino, coffee, tea at the moment, and made us feel at home, talking with us and telling us about their lives. The structure is located about 200 meters above the sea and offers a splendid view of our beautiful Adriatic Sea. Various types of rooms with private bathrooms are available to customers, a large and bright living room where you can have breakfast, a beautiful garden with an orchard, chickens, and olive trees from which they extract their olive oil. A stone's throw away you can find quality pizzerias, it is close to San Marino, Rimini, Riccione. I highly recommend staying at the Bed and Breakfast Alba sul Mare, you will not regret it but you will want to come back. A kiss. Daniela.

It is a family-run Bed and Breakfast, the owners are very kind and prepare fantastic breakfasts with homemade products. The cleanliness is excellent. I recommend it to those who love tranquility and nature.

Very nice structure, quiet area. The owners are very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at 'Alba sul Mare'. If I come back to Misano, I will definitely come here.

Structure in a panoramic position, overlooking the sea, the hills, and the racetrack. Quite easy to reach. Good welcome and excellent and abundant homemade breakfasts. Clean and functional rooms.

Very helpful and friendly managers, they provide you with all the necessary information for your stay. A fabulous breakfast with everything and more, like homemade cakes or Nutella piadinas. Definitely every time I go to Misano, I will return.

We stayed at Alba sul Mare this weekend, with a warm welcome from Fabio, Vincenzo, and their respective families. Upon arrival, we were greeted excellently by Fabio, who explained everything that could be seen from the terrace of the structure, everything that could be useful to us. The managers are extremely available for any request. The place is peaceful with a sea view. We were there to watch MotoGP, it was perfect, the circuit is reachable on foot in about half an hour if you don't want to drive. Riccione is about 10 minutes away. Exceptional breakfast, with many products handmade by them, such as piadinas, pizzas, jams, cakes. The room was perfect, as well as the cleanliness. Outside there is a garden with sunbeds and games, surrounded by many olive trees. We will definitely come back. Thanks to Fabio, Vincenzo, and Sarah (if I'm not mistaken) for pampering us.

It's a shame not to be able to give more than 10 to this structure in particular for the courtesy and kindness of the owners and the quality of the breakfast prepared with care by the mother. In short: exceptional.

Struttura deliziosa, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Sono andati oltre le nostre aspettative, grazie infinite.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura un anno fa con mio marito, e i miei due bimbi che allora avevano 5 ed 1 anno. Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio dopo un viaggio di 500km. Fabio - il gestore - ci ha accolto con modi familiari e calorosamente. Abbiamo potuto occupare subito la stanza, ben ombreggiata e pulita. La nostra camera prevedeva un bagno esterno a nostro uso esclusivo, ben pulito anche quello, dotato di asciugamani e phon. I bimbi hanno potuto sgambettare per un paio d'ore nel bel giardino attrezzato con altalena e scivolo, sono impazziti per la casa sull'albero. Il giardino è ben curato ed è stato piacevole per me seguire i bimbi giocare mentre sedevo su una delle tante sdraio. Fabio inoltre ci ha consigliato dove consumare la cena. Un bel ristorante in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Al mattino dopo, abbiamo consumato secondo le nostre abitudini - ma con lo sgomento di Fabio - una colazione frugale ed abbiamo ripreso il viaggio. Fabio, sua mamma e sua moglie sono stati veramente cordiali ed accoglienti. Il B&B è in ottima posizione rispetto all'autostrada. Da tenere a mente e ritornare.

Soggiorno di due notti in questa struttura con ambiente accogliente e pulito, alta professionalità e disponibilità dei suoi gestori, facilità nel raggiungere la struttura, colazione abbondante e varia, giardino con zona giochi per i più piccoli e panorama mozzafiato. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo sia a coppie giovani che a coppie con figli come noi.

Sono andato ad intuito nello scegliere questa struttura leggendo le recensioni. Che dire io ed i miei tre figli siamo stati benissimo tanto che non volevamo andare più via. Soggiorno breve ma intenso. Accoglienza calorosa e familiare da parte di Vincenzo e Fabio due persone veramente gentili e discrete. Colazione abbondante e molto gustosa nonché addolcita da una torta di mele ottima. Dalla recensione e dai voti posso sembrare di parte ma non è così ve lo consiglio. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti dal mare e dal Acquafan nonché dalle discoteche Ultima cosa e non da poco il panorama e l'alba sul mare. Questa altra estate sicuramente verremo di nuovo per stare di più.

Tutto bellissimo e ci siamo divertiti molto e ci siamo trovati molto bene con i gestori della struttura, alla prossima.

Ottima struttura ben tenuta. Ampio spazio comune per colazione con balcone che affaccia vista mare dalla collina di Misano. Colazione abbondante e ben realizzata/servita. La stanza assegnata dall'arredamento non modernissimo ma comunque pienamente fruibile, prevedeva annesso un bagno privato cieco con doccia, credo di recente ristrutturazione o comunque recente ammodernamento. Vincenzo e moglie simpaticissimi e molto disponibili nell'assecondare le esigenze. Ottimi e bellissimi spazi esterni, possibilità di box al coperto. Panorama splendido.

Panorama meraviglioso, zona tranquilla, in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge di Misano di Cattolica e di Riccione. Struttura curata, tra i punti di forza la cordialità e la gentilezza della signora Anna e del figlio Fabio. Colazione abbondante e varia con torte fatte in casa, piadine alla Nutella, marmellate. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, peccato esserci fermati solo una notte. Torneremo molto molto volentieri.

Posto meraviglioso, massima ospitalità e disponibilità, circondato da spazi verdi con piccola area giochi molto apprezzata dal mio bimbo, vista mare in lontananza..torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottime sia la struttura che l'accoglienza. Troverete dei gestori molto disponibili, gentili e amichevoli, in un ambiente nuovo, pulito, ricercato e che offre molteplici servizi. È ideale sia per coppie che per le famiglie, con un parco giochi all'altezza delle aspettative dei più piccoli. La colazione è ricca e abbondante e propone le specialità del luogo e i prodotti coltivati nel giardino del B&B. Il panorama è davvero suggestivo: l'alba sul mare è per i più romantici, mentre gli amanti delle due ruote apprezzeranno la vista dell'autodromo Misano World Circuit, il tutto immerso nel verde delle colline di Misano. Inoltre la posizione è strategica per raggiungere facilmente tutte le località più ricercate della zona, mare compreso. Nel paese ci sono tutti i servizi necessaria alla vita quotidiana, raggiungibili tranquillamente e in comodità. Io e la mia famiglia siamo persone molto esigenti e questa gestione a conduzione familiare ha soddisfatto a pieni voti le nostre aspettative, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Consiglio a pieni voti questo angolo di Romagna.

Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma se ne avremo l'occasione ritorneremo sicuramente!la colazione è ottima, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del Signor Fabio e della sua mamma sono speciali. Posizione della struttura ottima, vicina al paese, circuito di Misano e mare; camere pulite e spaziose; colazione preparata con torte fatte in casa, la cortesia e disponibilità del sig. Fabio imparagonabile. Siamo stati veramente bene, già abbiamo avvisato che l'anno prossimo saremo di nuovo ospiti. La consiglierei sicuramente.

Prenotato nella struttura solo un giorno toccata e fuga.. peccato! Ottima location con angoli esterni per il relax e giochi per bambini (particolare e singolare la casa sull'albero dove voleva dormire mia figlia!), ottima accoglienza e ambiente; posizione panoramica incantevole; ordine e pulizia perfetti; sig. Fabio gentilissimo e disponibile; colazione ricca e abbondante; sicuramente se si ricapita nella zona ci ritorniamo; adatto e consigliato a famiglie.

Il bed and breakfast è posizionato in una zona fresca, silenziosa, circondata dal verde delle colline dalle quali si gode una splendida vista mare. Dal posto sono facilmente raggiungibili non solo la spiaggia, ma anche tante attrazioni: l’Italia in miniatura, Oltremare, l’acquario di Cattolica, la fiera di Rimini. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera bella e pulita. La proprietà è circondata da un grande giardino, pieno di alberi da cui potevamo raccogliere liberamente i frutti maturi. Ci sono anche un’amaca, delle altalene e perfino una casetta di legno sull’albero. Ci ha colpito la gentilezza del proprietario Fabio e di sua madre che la mattina preparava le piadine alla nutella, ci faceva trovare sul tavolo le sue torte genuine e le sue squisite marmellate fatte in casa. Grazie Fabio!

Struttura nuovissima, posizione incantevole. Fabio e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Le torte fatte in casa e le piadine con la nutella fatte al momento sono state un dolce risveglio. Eravamo con due ragazzi di 15 anni e sono rimasti entusiasti. Ultimamente abbiamo girato diversi B&B da Nord a Sud ma questo li ha superati tutti. Sicuramente ritorneremo a trovarli e soprattutto lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

Posizione magnifica, ad un passo dal mare, dai parchi ma in un'oasi di pace e tranquillità! Locali puliti, spaziosi, belli, funzionali uniti ad una colazione fatta di cose semplici, genuine, biologiche! La cortesia della proprietà, la simpatia, l'infinita disponibilità ne fanno un posto non solo da provare, ma da considerare per tutte le occasioni. Ho riportato in Abruzzo il ricordo di un posto splendido, con una vista mozzafiato, in un paese dove la tranquillità e la pace la fanno da padroni. Un grazie ai proprietari per aver creato una struttura del genere. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

La gentilezza, la cordialità, l'accoglienza sono i punti di forza della struttura! I locali nuovi e ben puliti, l'ottima colazione casalinga (e molto ricca) ti fanno subito sentire a casa!

Il B&B, recentemente ristrutturato, è in ottima posizione, vicino al mare, Oltremare, Aquafan e l'Autodromo di Misano. Camere ampie e pulite, colazione buona e abbondante. Viaggiando con bambini abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente le attenzioni riservate a loro e i giochi messi a disposizione nell'ampio giardino che circonda la casa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend, immersi nella tranquillità e coccolati dai gestori. Grazie!
