Very nice, well-kept and clean place, with a splendid view over the hill and immersed in the greenery. Very kind and friendly managers, fantastic breakfast with homemade products and excellent sweets made by the landlady. We arrived passing by for one night but we will come back for a real holiday in lush Umbria. Recommended.

We enjoyed a spectacular view for a week, even at night with certain star-studded skies, as we no longer see in our cities full of lights. Hospitality, courtesy, and availability of Enrica and Veriano, who made us feel at home. Exquisite breakfasts with Enrica's fantastic cakes and requests always promptly accommodated. What can I say? Just, thank you!

My husband, our two daughters and I had the opportunity to stay at Sant'Annunziata this summer (2023) as we traveled through Italy for the first time. We could not have been more grateful for the stay - the hosts, Enrica and Veriano, are absolutely lovely and we felt very well cared for. The rooms were orderly, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast (all prepared by Enrica) was amazing. Furthermore, although there is no air conditioning, the rooms remained nice and cool due to the stone construction. In a scorching hot summer, we were very comfortable and slept well. Even though the hosts do not speak English and we do not speak Italian, we had a lovely time conversing using Google Translate; they were very patient with us. The property has a lovely view of Orvieto, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. We highly recommend and hope to return someday!

We stayed at the property managed by Enrica and Veriano for a few days. We were thrilled with the environment, a cozy and charming place: a practical and easily accessible structure, very close to Orvieto and Bolsena. We immersed ourselves and "lost" in nature... a place where you feel like time stops. A stunning and comfortable apartment. We recommend this holiday home to all travelers, even those staying for long periods and with children. The owners are delightful, always ready to help their guests... Mrs. Enrica delighted us with her sweets in a unique breakfast experience never tasted elsewhere. Mr. Veriano, an excellent cook, prepared the famous "umbrichelli" for dinner, and as a second course a fabulous "trippa" and rabbit... what can I say, it's impossible not to fall in love with their exquisite cuisine... Gulnara and I were more than satisfied with everything... and we will definitely return...

We stayed for just one night, having chosen Orvieto as a mid-way stop on our trip that had Genoa as the final destination to spend Christmas with the family. The welcome from Veriano and Enrica was splendid, their Bed and Breakfast a pleasant confirmation of the reviews read for the choice of stay. The dinner eaten by the warmth of the fireplace was exceptional, so we greatly enjoyed the chat with Veriano. We will definitely return in the spring because the B&B enjoys an invaluable position and view.

Exceptional structure, wonderful landscape. Excellent gluten-free cuisine, nothing is missing for celiacs (the important thing is to always advise beforehand), very genuine food. The education and warmth of the owners make the difference, you really feel at home. Experience to be repeated for sure just for the excellent gluten-free food, gluten-free desserts, all homemade.

The location, both in terms of traffic strategy and the view directly over the city of Orvieto and its Cathedral, is top-notch! We spent a weekend here and will gladly come back. The hosts Enrica and Veriano are very courteous and helpful. The food (all self-prepared!) tastes exquisite and the location (either in the breakfast room or in the beautiful garden with a picturesque view directly over the Cathedral of Orvieto and the Paglia Valley) is simply dreamy! After a day of exciting sightseeing through the many beautiful Umbrian villages in the surrounding area, we could relax wonderfully here. There were no wishes left unfulfilled with the culinary delights! Thanks for the lovely holiday!

Great facility, surrounded by greenery and very peaceful with many dogs and cats, perfect for children. The owners were extremely kind and accommodated us in every way, very sociable and humane and above all they do things with passion! Our little apartment had a bedroom, a small living room with a single bed and a small kitchenette and bathroom. Found by pure chance while looking for accommodation for 5 people over the Easter weekend. Compared to other places we've stayed, it offers privacy in mini apartments with private bathrooms, all the comforts and a large outdoor space with a pergola, table, chairs, and deck chairs that, unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy due to the weather. For breakfast, there is a dedicated room with a fireplace, much appreciated given the weather. We knew from other reviews that it would be rich and delicious, but in this case, they outdid themselves with a table set with typical Easter foods: cheese pizza, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs all homemade. The next day they surprised us with ricotta cake and other delicacies. Favorable location for visiting Orvieto and surroundings, in an oasis of peace with kind hosts and genuine smiles. Rating 10 in all categories.

Location in the countryside with a panoramic view of the city of Orvieto, with many animals: sheep, dogs, cats, geese, hens, and roosters. The owners are very kind, superb breakfast with genuine products made by them. They recommended and directly booked us a great restaurant for dinner.

Writing a review is never easy, one should be extremely objective without being carried away by emotions, feelings experienced and especially by the mood being experienced regardless of the vacation, so having said that I will try to be as impartial as possible. It is undeniable (and I challenge anyone to say otherwise) that the structure is surrounded by a breathtaking panorama and that the location is a dive into a now faded past, where the countryside, the animals, the sounds, and even the smells, make us imagine how one could live in the past. We stayed four nights at the B&B Sant'Annunziata, enjoying a rare welcome in its simplicity mixed with exquisite courtesy, a very large room, like a mini apartment, extremely clean and full of carefully curated details, an incredibly abundant breakfast, with sweets that seemed to come from a pastry shop, an outdoor environment completely immersed in the greenery and peace of the Orvieto countryside. The hosts are respectful of the guest's space and always available, even for very pleasant chats at the end of the day. Rating 10 out of 10, we will definitely come back to visit! It's a magical, quiet, welcoming place, full of well-kept greenery and a simply fascinating landscape. As soon as you reach the estate, literally in the middle of the vineyards and olive groves of the Umbrian hills, the owners will give you the keys to enter truly fairy-tale rooms: wood, stones, and a scent of freshly hung laundry will give you the impression of never having slept better in your life, in an atmosphere halfway between a country cottage and a suite with all the comforts. In the morning, the gentle sunlight wakes you up and you exit the room into a corridor of greenery and scents... a round table, projected on the Orvieto hill where the cathedral stands out with its majesty, is ready for breakfast. A table laden with various fruit cakes: ricotta and figs, blueberries, peaches... muffins, croissants, freshly baked amarena and/or peach jam, milk, coffee juices and a lot of sympathy from Mrs. Enrica. You leave with melancholy and the promise to return.

Exceptional. Veriano and Enrica both welcomed us, making us feel immediately at ease, the house is stunning, in stone, the room very clean, excellent mattresses, clean bathroom. Just outside the room, where breakfast is served, you can enjoy a stunning view. The breakfast is spectacular, all the pastries are prepared by Enrica, excellent and varied. What we appreciated very much was the maximum availability of the owners, they pampered us in every way. Enrica and Veriano welcomed us with great kindness and availability. Fantastic breakfast, stunning panorama, familiar and relaxing atmosphere, we will return soon.

Anyone looking for relaxation, hospitality, good food, and much more, can only rely on Veriano and Enrica. Their B&B in the heart of the countryside, in a strategic area between Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany, is the ideal accommodation for both couples and families, pets included. We (a couple with a child, young aunt, and medium-large size dog that not everyone likes to host) stayed during festive days, tumultuous and theoretically complicated to manage: on April 26 and 27. But the welcome we received was truly unique. The place is enchanting, the hosts courteous, extremely helpful, and at the same time professional, who pampered us with a thousand attentions and made us truly feel at home. The property is spotless, the cuisine excellent and genuine, with truly 0 km products, including cheeses, jams, and cold cuts homemade by the owners, and the generous and tasty breakfast prepared every day by Enrica, with homemade sweets and delicacies. Finally, for animal lovers, the discreet and very pleasant presence of the cats living in the house is a final detail that adds value to this special B&B. So what can I say? We will definitely return and spread the word, because it truly deserves it!

Per la 2° volta abbiamo soggiornato in questo luogo incantevole; nel bel mezzo della campagna umbra, fronte la magnifica Orvieto meta di turismo anche d'oltre oceano. Con i nostri 2 quadrupedi al seguito abbiamo assaporato la vita rurale, nonché le bellezze paesaggistiche, per non tralasciare i sapori enogastronomici, i proprietari del B&B molto carini, ci hanno messo a disposizione una "stanza" tipo miniappartamento rustica, ordinata, pulita molto accogliente, accompagnata da una ricca super colazione preparata con le sapienti mani della sig. a Enrica che ci ha offerto una carrellata di dolci, dolcetti eccelsi, unici per cosi iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. Per terminare: (se riuscite, fatevi ospitare almeno una volta a cena, vi leccherete i baffi). Sicuramente torneremo, la simpatia e la disponibilità di Veriano ed Enrica ci hanno conquistato.

Excellent accommodation, excellent food, extraordinary hospitality. We felt welcomed like old friends although we hardly speak Italian.

Struttura accogliente così come i proprietari che ci hanno coccolato con tante piccole attenzioni. Relax assicurato offerto dalla location: piena campagna, lontana da strada trafficate, ordine e pulizia della camera (spaziosissima) ineccepibili. A poca distanza da Orvieto e da altri borghi che meritano di essere visitati, come quello di Allerona. La colazione, abbondante, è stata preparata con cura dalla padrona di casa e servita in una stanza con il caminetto acceso, niente di meglio! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Alla prossima e ancora grazie.

Bellissima struttura dotata di camere grandi che sono in realtà mini appartamenti con angolo cottura. Posizione ideale per rilassarsi tipo "fuga dalla città" ma a solo 15 minuti di macchina da Orvieto. Pulizia perfetta. La grande differenza la fanno i proprietari con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Per non parlare delle loro cucina. Colazione super abbondante e di rara bontà, direi alta pasticceria. Spero di tornare presto. Super consigliato.

Siamo a casa nostra, a Modena, abbiamo appena cenato bevendo il vino bianco di Veriano. Ottimo. E ci prende la nostalgia della magnifica accoglienza e dello splendido paesaggio di cui abbiamo goduto durante il nostro soggiorno. Speciali ed abbondanti le colazioni preparate dalla signora Enrica, attenta e rispettosa della cura delle relazioni umane.

Semplicemente perfetto. Pace e tranquillità della campagna a poca distanza da molti luoghi d'interessante, casolare in pietra e travi in legno ottimamente ristrutturato, colazione sotto un pergolato abbondante e con ottimi dolci, torta, brioches fatti a mano, cordialità e simpatia genuina. Dovessimo ricapitare da quelle parti certamente ci ritorneremo. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Abbiamo appena trascorso alcuni giorni in questo B&B e abbiamo trovato una coppia che lo gestisce veramente eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Sono persone gentilissime, disponibili e molto attente alle esigenze di chi soggiorna lì, riescono a instaurare un ottimo rapporto umano nonostante il poco tempo a disposizione. La suggestiva location in cima ad una collina a pochi km da Orvieto regala un panorama mozzafiato dal giardino che circonda la casa, su Orvieto e dintorni. Si respira un'atmosfera sempre rilassante. Non ci sono parole adatte per descrivere la squisita e abbondante colazione preparata ogni giorno dalla Signora Enrica con la bravura di un grande pasticcere. C'è la possibilità di mangiare anche la cena che consiglio di provare in quanto sia il Signor Veriano che la Signora Enrica sono abili cuochi nel cucinare piatti tipici con prodotti a km zero. Ottimi l'olio, il vino, le marmellate e la ricotta di loro produzione. Ritorneremo sicuramente lì quando vorremo rivedere l'Umbria.

Struttura in posizione tranquilla con vista su Orvieto. Gestori speciali, veramente gentili e disponibili. Colazione ottima, (sembra di essere in una pasticceria) preparata con cura dalla signora Enrica. Consigliamo anche la cena, a km zero e con ottimi prodotti. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Ho letto recensioni molto enfatiche, che però si perdono in giudizi positivi (meritati) ma che non esprimono (a mio dire) un giudizio generale che può aiutare gli eventuali soggiornanti. Il posto è in buona posizione ma raggiungibile solo con l'auto ma a pochi chilometri da Orvieto. Gli alloggi disponibili sono due, molto accoglienti e ben arredati. Location molto tranquilla e rilassante. La cucina è superlativa. La colazione è affidata alla bravure di Enrica, al punto che ha indotto uno come me, abituato al solo caffè, ad assaggiare le varie proposte, dai cornetti, tortine di mele, biscotti farciti, tutte preparate da lei. Sapevano che il posto offriva la possibilità di mangiare e trovandoci per il weekend di pasqua, io con la famiglia e i miei amici abbiamo deciso di fare lì il pranzo di pasqua. In realtà abbiamo già avuto idea della estrema qualità della cucina di veriano fermandoci a cena la sera del sabato santo. Non ho parole per definirla, direi superlativa, al punto che ci siamo ripromessi di tornarci. Consigliatissimo.

Fare una recensione per questo B&B non è facile, non si sa da dove cominciare. Si può parlare del posto, immerso nella natura ed a pochi minuti dal centro di Orvieto ma anche da altri borghi come Allerona, bella e caratteristica. Un B&B con un panorama stupendo, una tranquillità di altri tempi, una serenità che ti pervade. Alloggi semplici ma essenziali nei quali non manca nulla; e il risveglio, immerso nel verde, ha un altro sapore e ti fa iniziare la giornata sorridendo. Ma si può e si deve anche parlare di coloro che lo gestiscono, Enrica e Veriano. Due persone di una gentilezza estrema, di una disponibilità ed educazione purtroppo, oggi, dimenticate, di una discrezione particolare. Ti accolgono come se ti conoscessero da tempo, si mettono a disposizione e, come benvenuto, a noi è capitato, ti offrono ciò che loro producono. Sono grandiosi e ti fanno rivalutare il rapporto umano. E non si può non parlare della loro cucina, ti lascia senza parole. Enrica prepara con le proprie mani, e ogni giorno, dolcezze dai sapori unici. Cornetti fragranti, brioche, tortine di mele, biscotti, zeppole, rotoli alla marmellata, ovviamente, di produzione propria. Quando disponibile, la mattina, si può gustare anche dell’ottima ricotta fresca di pecora. E ho descritto solo la qualità; la quantità è abbondantissima e, dopo una colazione del genere, si può tranquillamente passare alla cena. E qui, lo scettro, passa a Veriano: un maestro! Bisogna però fare una premessa: la materia prima, tutta loro e di loro produzione, è di qualità eccelsa. Quando si parla di kilometro 0, qui troviamo la più alta espressione. Pasta all’uovo fatta in casa (sempre Enrica), sughi freschi, cacciagione (cinghiale) trattata sapientemente e cotta divinamente, polli ruspanti che credevo non esistessero più e di cui non ne conoscevo il sapore. Il tutto cotto, laddove possibile, nel forno a legna. Verdure squisite, antipasti goduriosi. Queste leccornie sono sempre innaffiate da ottimo vino umbro. Difficilmente un pranzo o una cena trasmettono emozioni; in questo caso ho provato vibrazioni particolari che ancora oggi regnano dentro di me. Quando saluti e vai via ti sembra di lasciare un pezzo di cuore li ma sai anche che sarà solo un arrivederci e non un addio. Non si può non tornarci.

Ospitali e discreti i proprietari offrono una colazione ottima e abbondantissima con cibi fatti in casa. La struttura è proprio bella, non vicina ad Orvieto ma immersa negli ulivi e nelle viti offre un panorama stupendo.

Sono stato due volte nel giro di pochi giorni in questa magnifica ed accogliente struttura. La pace ed il silenzio regnano sovrani oltre ad un armonia più che familiare da parte dei gestori che con sapienza e maestria ci hanno accolti come fossimo parte della loro famiglia. Tutto è più che perfetto per non parlare della colazione abbondante e gustosa preparata personalmente da Enrica. Prodotti sani semplici e di elevata qualità danno vita a prelibatezze uniche. Un grazie di cuore a Enrica e Veriano che hanno davvero saputo coccolarci. Torneremo presto in quell'angolo di paradiso da cui si ammira un panorama mozzafiato.

Ho trascorso qui qualche giorno con la mia famiglia nell'agosto 2016: accoglienza calorosa, panorama spettacolare, gestione impeccabile da parte di tutto lo staff. Una menzione a parte merita la colazione, con i dolci preparati al momento dalla signora Enrica. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo prenotato anche quest'anno.

Durante un viaggio verso la Basilicata abbiamo fatto tappa, sia all'andata che al ritorno in questa piacevole struttura. Bella casa con uno splendido giardino dove abbiamo fatto una eccellente colazione godendoci il fresco e il panorama. I gestori ci hanno accolti con calore e ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Speriamo di tornare per un soggiorno più' lungo per visitare meglio Orvieto e i dintorni.

I punti forte di questo B&B sono: 1 - senz'altro la posizione strategica in campagna, ma molto vicino alla città di Orvieto. Vista su Orvieto e sul fondo valle spettacolare. 2 - la colazione abbondante e di estrema qualità, preparata dalla proprietaria del B&B la mattina presto, quindi freschissima. Io sono stato con moglie e bimbo di quasi 2 anni. Tutto ciò che desideravo da un B&B. Veramente consigliatissimo a chiunque. Ci torneremo di sicuro solo se ci prepareranno ancora quei deliziosi dolcetti. Grazie.

Struttura molto bella e curata. Buona accoglienza, siamo arrivati alle 22 e nonostante l'orario hanno cucinato un'ottima cena a base di prodotti di loro produzione. Ottimo olio. Un po' lontano dall'autostrada però valeva la pena fermarsi.

Che dire... Un posto da 10 e lode! Sul viaggio di ritorno verso casa ci siamo fermati per una notte e siamo restati due giorni! Accoglienza semplice ma molto garbata, due persone molto carine e gentili. la sera abbiamo cenato in giardino, un'atmosfera meravigliosa, la cena a base di prodotti dell'azienda stessa di ottima qualità. Vivamente da consigliare. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Soggiorno indimenticabile in location molto romantica, proprietari squisiti, semplici ma attenti ad ogni particolare, considerevole lavoro nella preparazione di una colazione totalmente casalinga. Vista mattutina e notturna splendida. Sorpresa unica nella cena di arrivo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Siamo capitati qui per caso e ne siamo rimasti conquistati! È stato tutto perfetto, dalla bellissima struttura con vista incantevole sulla campagna che la circonda ai titolari che non solo ci hanno accolto con la massima gentilezza, ma senza essere preavvisati e in pochissimo tempo hanno saputo offrirci una splendida cena, tutto a base dei prodotti loro. E che dire della ricca colazione fatta in casa e servita sotto l'ombrellone in giardino? Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Ritorneremmo senz'altro, una notte sola è troppo poco.

Peccato fermarsi solo una notte.. è un posto molto romantico, ogni particolare è ben curato: dalla pulizia, ai fiori freschi, all'acqua in frigo per una accoglienza eccellente ! Per non parlare dell'ottima colazione, con prodotti freschi e genuini ! I proprietari sono due persone carinissime e molto accoglienti ! Da ritornarci! Sabina e Daniel.

Soggiorno breve purtroppo, abbiamo trascorso una sola notte, il posto è eccellente sia come collocazione che come struttura. Appartamento pulitissimo, arredato con gusto con all’esterno un magnifico giardino, colazione ottima con i dolci preparati dalla signora Enrica, cortesia, educazione, disponibilità, cordialità, umiltà ed autenticità dei proprietari Enrica e Veriano, due persone veramente splendide, grazie di cuore. Ritornerò e lo raccomanderò agli amici.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni e siamo stati accuditi meravigliosamente. Il B&B dista 8 km da Orvieto ma la sua posizione è incantevole e pratica. Per raggiungerlo impostate: Via sant'Abbondio - Allerona Scalo. I titolari Enrica, Veriano e famiglie sono stati a nostra totale disposizione. Hanno mani d'oro in cucina con risultati sorprendenti.

Siamo stati c/o questo B&B nel periodo di Pasqua e, fin da subito ci siamo sentiti come "a casa nostra". Durante il nostro (purtroppo breve) soggiorno abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cucina locale e, tutte le sere abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare piatti della tradizione locale, con contorni a "km 0", colti e preparati dal signor Veriano. I titolari, Signor Veriano ed Enrica, sono di una gentilezza, disponibilità, cortesia, premura quasi unica! Bravi! Ci torneremo senz'altro e, lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la natura, il paesaggio, la quiete, uniti alla bravura descritta dei titolari.

Soggiorno breve, una sola notte, insieme ad amici con figli. Posizione strategica per Orvieto, in zona periferica, tranquilla, con un panorama mozzafiato su Orvieto. Per chi intende soggiornare come punto di appoggio e girare l'Umbria e la Toscana, lo consiglio vivamente. Colazione abbondante, con biscotti e dolci tutti fatti in casa, preparata dalla signora Enrica. Il marito Veriano, gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per fare le visite turistiche nella zona. Da tornarci.

Un bellissimo soggiorno, in un'ambiente piacevole e a nostro agio con i gestori. Sicuramente ci torneremo presto!

I proprietari sono eccezionali molto cortesi e disponibili, colazione eccellente soprattutto per gli ottimi dolci della signora Enrica ci torneremo presto grazie ancora a Veriano ed Enrica.

Il B&B si trova in un posto incantevole e tranquillo, in mezzo al verde ed ai fiori. I gestori sono delle persone squisite che ci hanno accolto con calore e ci hanno fatto sentire come "in famiglia". La colazione è stata una gioia per gli occhi ed un piacere per la gola. Peccato che ci siamo potuti fermare un solo giorno, ma è stato un giorno che resterà per sempre nel nostro cuore. Abbiamo trascorso in questo incantevole B&B la notte del 21 agosto, spezzando il viaggio che ci avrebbe condotto nel Cilento. Avevamo prenotato velocemente e senza grandi aspettative, dato che ci saremmo fermati una sola notte. Una volta raggiunta la struttura, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza del luogo, dalla semplicità ma accuratezza dell'alloggio e, soprattutto, dalla cordiale accoglienza di Enrica e Veriano. Due persone sincere e schiette che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e ci hanno trasmesso, con umiltà ed autenticità, i valori e le peculiarità di questa parte di Italia bella e profonda come l'Umbria. Inoltre segnaliamo la ricca e gustosa colazione che ci è stata servita nel bellissimo giardino esterno. Al momento di partire eravamo dispiaciuti di aver trascorso solo una notte in questo B&B; soprattutto le nostre figlie che hanno avuto modo di apprezzare la natura del luogo e la compagnia di dolci e vivaci gattini. Consigliamo vivamente il Sant'Annunziata e lo promuoveremo ad amici e conoscenti intenzionati a raggiungere queste terre.

È un posto veramente eccellente sia come collocazione che come struttura. Panorama splendido sulle colline intorno e su Orvieto, casa in pietra tipica dell'Umbria arredata con ottimo gusto e con intorno giardino magnifico! e poi non parliamo della colazione! eccellente e abbondantissima, sia salata che dolce. Non si poteva pretendere niente di più. Peccato che era di passaggio e ci sono stata un pomeriggio e una sola notte, ma ritornerò senz'altro e lo raccomanderò agli amici. Proprio ottimo!

Struttura molto accogliente immersa nel verde per chi ama tranquillità vale la pena soggiornare che dire un bel posto.

Struttura tipica, ben tenuta con una bella vista. I locali sono puliti ed ordinati. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare il cucinino e di fare una cena rilassante all'aperto con vista della vallata e di Orvieto. Ci hanno trattato con cortesia ed offerto un vino fresco leggero e gustoso. La colazione è abbondante con piatti vari cucinati ad arte che sono una esplosione di colori forme e gusto. Consigliato, da non perdere.

Siamo stati a Sant'Annunziata in due coppie, io e mio marito e una coppia di amici per 3 giorni di relax e per chi vuole rilassarsi è l'ideale. Leggermente fuori Orvieto ma a pochi chilometri per visitare le belle zone che la circondano. Lontano dai rumori e circondata dal verde abbiamo dormito benissimo. La colazione ottima grazie a Enrica, che è bravissima. Gestori gentilissimi e simpatici. Da consigliare.

Siamo stati accolti da persone molto gentili e premurose. La struttura, molto curata, situata nella campagna Umbra con una splendida vista panoramica. Le colazioni ottime e abbondanti preparate da Enrica. Lo consiglio anche alle persone con intolleranza al glutine.

Siamo stati accolti da persone sincere e affabili. La struttura ricavata da una ristrutturazione è molto curata con il classico stile rupestre. Assolutamente da consigliare anche per un soggiorno più lungo.

Che dire? Siamo stati bene! Una specie di oasi di tranquillità e di benessere nel silenzio della campagna umbra ad un passo dalle bellezze di Orvieto. Un'accoglienza simpaticissima da parte di Enrica e di Veriano sempre disponibili, attenti ad ogni bisogno, ospitalissimi e generosi. Le ottime ed abbondanti colazioni preparate con i prodotti della terra offerti generosamente da "Lui" ma curati anche con passione e maestria da "Lei", la "padrona di casa". Io e la mia signora abbiamo trovato tutto quello che cercavamo come coppia "navigata"! Ma credo che il B&B potrebbe essere adatto anche per l'amante. Anche a lei piacerà sicuramente questo posticino per la più classica delle "fughe romantiche"! Ciao amici e grazie di tutto. Dimenticavo! Ho trovato molto comodo, rapido, efficace anche il sito bed-and-breakfast che terrò certamente in considerazione per eventuali altri viaggetti!
