The B&B Clelia is located practically on a very busy street and in an area full of shops, but zero noise in the room. I booked a very cute room with an attached panoramic terrace. The staff is very kind and easy-going. I will definitely come back.

The B&B Clelia, besides being located in a very quiet area, is strategically positioned, in fact the metro can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. We were greeted by the manager, Giovanni, impeccably thanks to his kindness, availability, and professionalism. We did not encounter any problems in the room and the cleanliness was good: every morning the room was tidied up and cleaned. For breakfast, toast, Nutella, milk, jam, and packaged snacks are offered. The price is excellent. We will definitely come back for future stays.

We chose this property for its extreme proximity to a sports event I had to attend. \n\nIt can't certainly be defined as a Bed & Breakfast, rather a house that rents out rooms. And probably I wasn't attentive enough to read information and/or previous reviews, I don't know; in any case, the disappointment was total on some aspects, first of all the cleanliness. \nThe shower was all dirty with mold on the water pipe and rust mixed with limescale everywhere. \nSame rust on the towels that I asked to replace. They do not accept card payments (I believe this is vital information to include in the presentation of the property). \nThe front door of the house opened by itself; both managers told us they were aware of the problem, but perhaps it's too expensive to call a locksmith. In any case, we slept by locking the door. \nThe breakfast consists of a tray left in the bedroom with two packs of rusks, jam, Nutella, mini plumcakes, and 1 liter of milk. No fresh fruit, no cookies, no croissants, no yogurt, no cereals, no savory alternatives, but okay, we settle for it, for that convenient price. \nThe first day we had a shower mat, from the second day onwards no shower mat. \nIn general, professionalism is quite below sufficiency. \n\nMy grandmother taught me that things are worth what you pay for them, so I would say that for the price paid and for the need I had to be so close to the sports competition, in general, this property worked for me, but I would not recommend it...

The owners were very kind, friendly, hospitable, and flexible with my check-in time. The room was as described. The common kitchen was very welcoming and clean. The area is close to the metro line. The parking situation, a bit like many parts of Rome, is not great. However, you can take advantage of a secure paid parking right next to the property. I highly recommend this B&B.

We stayed for 4 nights, everything was perfect. Very strategic location both for the metro and the bus. The manager was very kind, hospitable and caring towards us, also accepting our request to leave the luggage even after check out time. The room was very cute and especially clean. I highly recommend it.

Just fix the shower, everything else is fine.

La struttura è accogliente, pulita è dotata di ogni confort. Ritorneremo per la prossima tappa a Roma.

Ottimo soggiorno e ottima struttura. Posizione centrale a pochi metri dalla fermata metro Furio Camillo. Stanza con bagno privato in camera pulitissima. Il Signor Giovanni si è dimostrato una persona gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Il B&B è molto bello, ha uno stile moderno ed è tutto molto ben tenuto, come se fosse nuovo anche se il proprietario mi ha detto che sono 3 anni che è aperto. Nella stanza c'era il bagno privato con finestra sul cortile, un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio, scrivania, wi-fi e aria condizionata. Sulla scrivania viene lasciata la colazione che ho consumato poi in cucina. La pulizia devo dire perfetta, sia quando siamo entrati io e mio marito sia il giorno dopo quando hanno fatto le pulizie giornaliere. Il gestore è molto simpatico e disponibile e la zona tranquilla e ben collegata. Non mi sono potuta lamentare su nulla.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Il signor Giovanni, gestore del B&B, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione ottima e vicino metro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura è nuova e molto silenziosa, ben collegata sia con il centro (metro Furio Camillo a pochi passi) che con l'aeroporto, facilmente raggiungibile tramite la stazione tuscolana (10 minuti a piedi). La zona pullula di supermercati, farmacie e negozi vari. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, la pulizia impeccabile della camera. Consigliato vivamente!

Camera ampia, bagno non cieco e silenzioso, arredamento moderno, semplice ma funzionale.

Posto molto bello, situato nel quartiere Appio Latino, pieno di negozi e a poca distanza dal centro storico. Siamo arrivati a Fiumicino e abbiamo preso da li un trenino che ci ha lasciati proprio vicino al B&B. Il proprietario Giovanni è stato molto disponibile nel consigliarci ed accoglierci. La stanza era molto carina, di un bel colore lilla, spaziosa quanto basta e con bagno interno. I letti, comodi la tv nuova e l'aria condizionata, indispensabile vista la stagione, rendono la stanza molto piacevole. Il bagno della nostra stanza era interno e sempre ben pulito. Manca un salone ma c'è una cucina attrezzata dove si può stare in compagnia degli altri ospiti o bersi un caffè. Mi ha colpito la silenziosità del palazzo e la cura dei particolari. Considerando il prezzo un ottimo affare!

Molto simpatico il proprietario accoglienza perfetta. Struttura pulita e nuova. Comodità ai massimi per la vicinanza della metro. Veramente da consigliare!

Arrivato con la mia famiglia siamo stati accolti molto bene, il gestore si è preso tutto il tempo per spiegarci come muoverci, dove e come visitare al meglio Roma. La stanza era spaziosa, molto carina e pulitissima. La zona è eccellente perché tranquilla e perfettamente collegata con tutte le zone turistiche dal Colosseo a san pietro. La colazione viene servita in un bar accanto al B&B ma comunque dentro ci sono caffè tè ed in generale la cucina a disposizione. Wi-fi bagnoschiuma e biancheria gratuita. I pregi più importanti sono che è tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante e le comodità della zona. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Posto di recente costruzione o ristrutturazione, personale cortese e disponibile, ambienti ordinati e puliti, buona posizione vicino metropolitana e tram, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare a Roma, sia per la posizione: stazione ferroviaria tuscolana, fermata metropolitana, ed a poca distanza da piazza San Giovanni. Consigliata.

Mi novio y yo estuvimos en Roma cuatro días y tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia. La habitación es estupenda muy hermosa y con cama super cómoda. También la ubicación es genial: cerca del metro, en un barrio muy tranquilo, lindo y céntrico. Le agradezco al propietario porque fue muy amable y gentil con nosotros durante nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo!
