Structure with beautiful garden, very well-kept and panoramic: the Panorama room is very spacious and comfortable, the most beautiful we have ever encountered among all the B&Bs we have used. The managers are very kind, reserved, always ready to meet any need. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very helpful staff, clean and tidy room, bathroom in good condition. The exterior of the B&B Villa nel Parco left much to be desired, full of old things to throw away. The private small beach was dilapidated, comparable to an entry to a pond. Pungent smell at the entrance, but not in the bedroom where it was comfortable.

Welcoming and friendly host; on-site, easily accessible via WhatsApp, and always available. Exceptional private access to the lake: a small lakeside garden, protected by a tall hedge, tree-lined and flowery. Pay attention when crossing the provincial road behind! The villa and the beautiful front lawn, also tree-lined, are shaded for much of the day. Breakfast is served outdoors, on a terrace adjacent to the lawn. The property has only two rooms, so the atmosphere is familiar and the common areas, both indoors and outdoors, are never crowded.

We appreciated Villa nel Parco very much. If you are looking for a five star hotel with spa etc, this is not your place to be. If you are looking for a real bed and breakfast, homy feeling, a clean room, contact with local people, in a green environment with a nice town a short drive away: please and enjoy your stay in Villa nel Parco! We highly recommend this place for many reasons: - first and foremost: very friendly hosts who are willing to help you with whatever you need. And I mean whatever: advice on the area, food, make up the room, toys for the kids, even some hugs:) Roberto and Stefania made us feel at home and were really charming people. - a big room, we had the panorama room and stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids - comfy and spacious beds - good and abundant breakfast and coffee - very good wifi (in the room, on the property and on you private beach at the lake) - childfriendly: toys available, a garden and beach to play. The garden and the beach are closed by a decent fence, so the kids can play around. But be aware you have to cross the road to go to the beach. We didn't think of it as a problem, but kids cannot go by themselves from the garden to the beach. - a nice town, Aguillara Sebazia, is only a five minute drive. You can find lots of places to eat/drink, nice strolling, Carrefour and other shops,.. - you can visit Rome easily. It will take you a 15' drive and 60' trainride. - great view on the lake, also from the garden Recommended.

Posizione bellissima e Roberto e Stefania persone splendide.

Struttura adatta per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di un meraviglioso spettacolo della natura, con vista sul lago e spiaggia privata. Camere accoglienti ed eleganti con vista lago, con giardino e terrazza per la colazione vista lago, veramente una struttura che merita il soggiorno. I due proprietari inoltre, Roberto e Stefania, sono due persone veramente eccezionali, molto cordiali e di una simpatia e gentilezza infinita, che fanno di tutto per rendere il soggiorno nella struttura il più piacevole possibile. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto.

Accoglienza ottima dei proprietari Roberto e Stefania, simpatici ospiti con i quali condividere gustosissime grigliate di ottimi pesci pescati di fresco. 5 giorni di bellissimi tramonti goduti dal bel giardino al profumo del limone. Mariolina, Luca, Camilla, Davide e Giulio.
