To recommend. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Excellent everything, namely connection with the Railway station and bus stop under the B&B, close to the bus for the Rizzoli Hospital, with a market always open under the B&B, a splendid park nearby, in an elegant neighborhood where you can walk towards the center, with a stop near the artistic wonders of the church of San Domenico, Santo Stefano and San Petronio via Torri symbol of the city. Excellent management and anti-Covid sanitization. Worthy, calm, welcoming, quiet structure, also with easy parking in the area; excellent for overnight stays or for staying for medical visits or assistance to patients at the Rizzoli Orthopedic Hospital. The managers are attentive, available, clear.

The structure is well-kept, the common room is welcoming and tastefully furnished. A small kitchen is available to prepare a hot drink or, if desired, cook something. I stayed in the single room, small but well-equipped. Impeccable sheets, acceptable mattress. I did not use the breakfast service, so I cannot comment on it.

We stayed for three days in a studio apartment near the B&B, where we instead went in the morning to enjoy a great breakfast.\n\nWe had a great time. The location is excellent for easily reaching the city center on foot; the apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and offers autonomy and tranquility.\n\nThe managers, Francesca and Andrea, were very kind and helpful, whom we thank.

Often people write: "like at home!", in this case no, it's not like at home but: "at home!".\n\nLocated on the top floor of a well-maintained building, this attic offers a beautiful view of Porta Castiglione and the city of Bologna. In a warm, welcoming, and familiar environment, Mrs. Francesca is the mastermind behind it all. Decorated with taste and refinement, both the common areas like the dining room and the living room, and the rooms make you want to spend the whole day in this place.\n\nAs soon as you enter, you immediately perceive a good clean scent and this feeling is fully confirmed when you come into contact with everything in the house. Believe me, hotel cleanliness is nothing compared. I can say that two things I won't forget about this B&B: the first is cleanliness, the second I'll tell you about shortly. The rooms are just the right size and equipped with everything you need. We spent one night at Francesca's when the weather outside was very cold, but our room was really warm and equipped with a truly warm and fragrant duvet. The bathroom is equipped with soaps and towels for every need: also clean and fragrant: a rarity. Now, though, I'll write about the second thing I won't forget: Breakfast, yes with a capital letter. The table set up as if it were a party and with a wide variety of products, rigorously made by Francesca. Delicious is an understatement. Cimbella, pie, small bundles with jam, just the thought makes my mouth water, dried and fresh fruit, homemade jams: forget about hotel buffets. The location, even though it may seem far from the center, is actually perfect. Right on the outer ring road and a 5/10 minute walk from the center. Last, but not least, the courtesy and availability of Francesca and her husband are truly noteworthy: two exquisite people. What can I say: recommended, indeed, much more.

Excellent accommodation, from all points of view, from comfort to cleanliness, from location to the kindness of the owners. Recommended.

Very welcoming, very kind and helpful managers, very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The 7 rating for the location is due to the fact that the pitch it overlooks, during the night, perhaps due to a market open until 24, in the morning is rather dirty. It's a shame because in front there is a wonderful park where you can also park. 10 and praise for breakfast.

Beautiful environment, spacious and well furnished, very clean and on the edge of the historic center, so very convenient for visiting the heart of the city.\n\nThe large apartment is well lit and despite being in a busy area, no noise is heard as it has double windows. The sleeping area is well separated from the living area so as not to disturb any other guests of the property (and not to be disturbed in turn).\n\nThe owners live on the same floor as the apartment, so a good point of reference; they are also very helpful in providing directions. Excellent structure, highly recommended.

Excellent bed and breakfast just a short walk from the center of Bologna. Cozy and clean rooms, private bathroom in the room, superb breakfast, kind hosts, reasonable price. We will return.

The location is very convenient for moving around the city center on foot. Nearby, there is parking in the blue lines (payment for the whole day 7.50 euros). The structure is very well-kept, comfortable rooms, and very welcoming common areas. Excellent breakfast with fresh cakes every day.

I recommend the B&B to all those looking for a strategically located accommodation to explore what the city of Bologna offers (museums, exhibitions, monuments, churches) easily and conveniently accessible. I stayed two nights at this fantastic Bed and Breakfast in Bologna and I had a great time. The welcome from the owners (Andrea and Francesca) was exceptional; I didn't know Bologna at all, but the owners were extremely helpful in providing me with all the information about the city. As soon as you enter the Bed and Breakfast, cleanliness and the fresh scent take over, making you feel at home, not to mention the carefully curated decor (such as the antique map of Bologna hanging on the wall). My room was spacious, elegant, with a very clean bathroom and a truly huge shower. The location is excellent: a stone's throw from the historic center, in front of the Giardini Margherita in Bologna; moreover, right below the Bed and Breakfast there is a supermarket open 24 hours a day. I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Bed and Breakfast Al Parco Giardini Margherita in Bologna, to feel at home even though you're in another city and to be pampered by the immense hospitality of Andrea and Francesca.

I wanted to express my satisfaction in finding a welcoming, clean house with large spaces. The place allows for all movements, whether arriving for tourism or for visits to hospital facilities. The quality of the breakfast products, the elegant way they are placed on the table, make it pleasant to linger at the table. The owners, being a family unit, welcome customers as family friends. I highly recommend this property: central, very well organized from a hygienic point of view, essential and sober furnishings, convenient prices. The managers are very simple people, welcoming, friendly, really good. Perfect location for shopping, the historic center is easily reached with a pleasant walk. A must try!

Very convenient place to reach the Rizzoli. Next to the park where you can walk and park 24/7. Very kind and helpful owner. Very clean and cozy house. Fantastic breakfast. Great for visiting Bologna, a stone's throw from the center.

To recommend, the place is beautiful, furnished with care and the managers are kind and very welcoming, I will be back soon.
