Close to Termini Station and various Roman attractions. Marco, the manager, exquisite, kind, and super helpful even in our most delicate requests (he allowed us to cook in the small kitchen area for our child). The bathroom in the room is a bit small, but needs some improvement in cleanliness. The breakfast is good, but the variety could be increased. The only drawback is that it's very inconvenient for those with a stroller as there is no elevator, there is no entrance in the doorway to leave it, and the door must be fully opened to access. We will definitely come back!

Clean and well-located accommodation (between Termini Station and the Colosseum), quiet (dead-end street). Very friendly owner and helpful, present every morning for breakfast. Minor drawbacks: poor soundproofing of rooms, bathroom/ WC and common area a bit small.

We stayed three days in Rome and stayed at Marco's property. Extremely kind and helpful manager. Abundant breakfast. B&B located in a strategic area a stone's throw from the metro and the Colosseum area. In the evening full of bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience and Marco was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Rome was great.

From before we arrived, we knew we were going to love staying at A&F Colosseo because our host Marco was in contact, introducing himself and the property through words and pictures. Throughout our stay he was a conscientious host, sharing local insight into several parts of our trip; for example, he shared his insider knowledge on how much time we should allot to arrive at the train station before our train's departure. The property was spotless and comfortable with a nice breakfast each morning that Marco arranged around our schedules. The property had several good restaurants nearby, including an ice cream shop (gelataria) that was just a block away. The property was also conveniently located within walking distance of the main train station and sights such as the Colosseum. All of these wonderful things combined with a very reasonable rate - a true gem! We wished we had more time to stay in Rome at the A&F Colosseo and would stay there again. Highly recommend!

We felt at home. The host was very kind, the establishment very clean and the location great. The place is modest but for us it felt like a sanctuary and we will definitely return.

Rafael and his wife were an amazing couple. They had our requests waiting on arrival. Rafael translated into English via telephone and enthusiastically advised us on where to dine like locals. He also provided advice on all aspects of travel. The couple lives next door, so they were always on hand to help. \n\nThe accommodation was well equipped with good internet and a fridge, etc. There was even a balcony where one could smoke without having to leave the property. The room was spacious, and we stayed for four nights. The air conditioning was one of the quietest I've ever encountered. \n\nAmongst all the B&Bs I've stayed at, this was one of the best places I found. The couple's hospitality was so exceptional that I felt like tipping them, which I almost never do. \n\nThe usual breakfast was served, consisting of pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, cereal with yogurt, and juice. Nothing was too much trouble for this welcoming couple.

Marco was an incredible host and very helpful. He made a simple but adequate breakfast each morning and cleaned every day while we were gone. The bathroom was a bit cramped but overall I felt the space was all we needed! Would recommend a stay here.

I highly recommend this B&B; the location is great. Marco helped us plan our trip in Rome. The downsides were the mattress that needs to be replaced, the steep stairs if you carry a lot of luggage.

The manager Marco is very polite and attentive to the guests' needs. He also provides excellent tips on Rome.

We loved our stay! Marco is the perfect host: easy communication, very helpful and always ready for some good tips. Thank you for the daily toast, cappuccino, espresso and hot chocolate! Our room was very spacious and quiet. The location is perfect: most sights are walking distance, and you're surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

Wonderful host, attentive, kind, helpful.

Marco is super welcoming and warm. He was very attentive and helpful, he texted us before arriving, gave us directions to enter the building, a map with the most important attractions in Rome, restaurant recommendations, clean towels, the room was very nice and clean. He also asked us if we wanted him to clean the bedroom and the time we wanted to have breakfast, he gave us the wifi password and the room also had TV. He came to make us toasts and an excellent cappuccino! We also had juice, bread, croissants, yogurt, cereal, etc. It was GREAT, and the price is very cheap. We totally recommend this place! Thank you so much Marco!

The manager is very kind and the room is very cozy and well heated, equipped with electrical outlets, wifi, kettle. Optimal location to reach any point in the center on foot or with the very close metro.

Nicoletta very kind and super helpful! Small structure but in a strategic position. Excellent value for money. Recommended also with children.

What sets this place apart from other accommodations is the constant presence and assistance of the owner, always ready to provide advice on getting around the city. In addition to being close to Termini, the metro, and the Colosseum on foot, coming back home after a walk under 30 degrees, in a cool house thanks to the thick walls, in my opinion, is priceless. If then you add a manager who prepares breakfast for you and advises you on where to go and how to move around, it makes the stay even more enjoyable! Top Roman hospitality👍. Room with everything you need: fridge, air conditioning, TV. Clean and tidy. Marco is a wonderful person, truly extremely courteous and helpful.

More than good.

Small but well organized, in a central location 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The Monti district is quiet and offers excellent restaurants and bars. You can quickly reach the Trevi Fountain area on foot passing by the Quirinale and also by metro. The host is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable.

Clean bed and breakfast equipped with all necessary services, strategically located to visit the city, very close to the train station, the Colosseum, and the metro. Manager Marco, very nice, extremely helpful with advice and welcoming us in the best way. When we return to Rome, we will definitely come back.

Camera tenuta molto bene e pulitissima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e dai Fori romani, a 5 minuti dalla Stazione Termini. Gestore disponibilissimo. Ci ha consigliato anche un elenco di ristoranti che abbiamo provato e sono stati ottimi. C'era tutto l'essenziale. Nulla da dire. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siamo stati benissimo

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal Colosseo e vicino alla stazione termini, camera molto ampia, confortevole, ed arredata con ottimo gusto. Peccato l'assenza del bidet in bagno. Marco il gestore è una persona, molto disponibile ed accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera più grande per famiglie e siamo stati davvero bene. Lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Roma ci ritornerei. Grazie Marco.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, alla metrò in due parole molto centrale e quindi si può fruire facilmente di tutte le attrezzature dedicate a noi visitatori. Ottima la pulizia e la sistemazione in camera. Nella colazione ho dato nove non perché sia scarsa, ma come stimolo ad un miglioramento complessivo. Tuttavia il mio giudizio è molto favorevole sopratutto per la meticolosità di Marco a cui va il mio ringraziamento.

Ottima la struttura, pulita e arredata con gusto, la posizione veramente ideale per raggiungere il centro storico. Gestito da una persona gentilissima è disponibile, che prepara una ricca colazione con un cappuccino buonissimo, spero di poter ritornare presto.
