Staying at L'Usignolo was a great choice. A very beautiful location, with plenty of outdoor space, all located on a hill a stone's throw from Ascoli. Cozy and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and a friendly and nice owner. You feel good at L'Usignolo.

Very welcoming structure in the company of beautiful kittens. Excellent advice on where to dine.

I really liked the structure for how it was furnished in shabby chic style, which fits well with a countryside yet charming environment. The room, although small, was very well taken care of, with a good bed, mosquito nets, and a clean bathroom with a window. We slept very well. I won't say anything about breakfast because it's worth the trip, spectacular.

We stayed 8 nights at L'Usignolo and it was really very pleasant. The structure is really beautiful and cared for with love and attention by Marianna, a truly exceptional host. The house is in a splendid position, very close to the center of Ascoli (a two-minute drive from the very convenient city parking) and at the same time in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, woods, and cheered by the singing of cicadas and nightingales. The breakfasts are fantastic, a real "treat" to start the day. The attentions, the availability, and above all the friendliness of Marianna made the stay very relaxing in a family atmosphere. It really deserves to be tried.

At breakfast I would have given 11 but there was no option! Marianna welcomed us with fresh blackberries from the neighbor's garden, crepes, homemade jams and cakes. Under a wonderful patio. Heavenly wake-up call.

Stay of only one night, I would say up to expectations. Only downside: the access to the rooms at the top of a staircase, a bit challenging for someone like my wife who has some trouble with one knee.

The Bed and Breakfast "L'Usignolo" is located on a hill, a few kilometers from the Torricella parking lot which is about a hundred meters from Piazza Arringo: basically you park, take the elevator, and you're already in the square! The rooms are on the first floor as the ground floor is occupied by the owner Marianna, a very kind person who is always present on the property. She prepares breakfast (excellent and abundant) which is served under the portico, and if you happen to want an aperitif, you can always arrange it: she is very helpful in this regard. The room is clean and furnished in an original way, there is a "common" fridge available to store water or other food to keep cool; we also had a small column fan, useful given the hot days, external shutters, practical mosquito nets, and internal windows (always left open) kept the room cool as soon as the sun went down. In the garden, in addition to a small sofa with cushions, there is a grill (!) for those who want to have a barbecue instead of going down to dinner in the city. The train station and the post office are just over 5 kilometers away. It was a pleasant discovery: I will definitely return!

Posto spettacolare con un ottima ospitalità dei gestori. Il posto è veramente accogliente e fantastico se si desidera un po di tranquillità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Organizzazione perfetta, non manca nulla per trascorrere un buon soggiorno, tutto ciò che serve è al posto giusto. Gestione professionale e cordiale.

Consiglio tutte le persone di andare a trovare questo posto magico, troverete pulizia ad altissimo livello, accoglienza favolosa, tranquillità, un posto veramente impeccabile. Sono rimasto veramente contento di tutto grazie soprattutto a Marianna e Corrado che sarebbero i gestori che mi hanno fatto veramente sentire come se fossi a casa mia.

Marianna, Corrado e i loro figli conducono con simpatia e disponibilità questa bella struttura in campagna a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Ascoli Piceno. Siamo stati bene e abbiamo gustato il nostro breve soggiorno. Se ritorneremo in zona ci faremo di sicuro rivedere.

Le foto non rendono giustizia alla struttura che risulta molto più bella e accogliente. I gestori hanno la capacità di farti sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la discreta presenza e gli utili consigli che ci hanno dato per la visita di Ascoli e dintorni. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Camilla e Luca.

B&B di recente realizzazione, sulle colline attorno Ascoli Piceno. Posizione fresca e tranquillissima, camere realizzate con cura ed attenzione per i particolari. C'è un giardino a disposizione degli ospiti con sdraio e qualche gioco per i bambini. Nella bella stagione si fa colazione fuori con prodotti artigianali e gustosi. La proprietaria è attenta, gentile e premurosa.

In occasione di una gara automobilistica sul Colle San Marco alla quale partecipavamo, abbiamo prenotato qualche giorno in questa struttura, trovata per puro caso su internet La struttura è davvero incantevole, un gioiello di rara bellezza incastonato tra i verdi pendii delle colline..la vista che si gode dal giardino che circonda il casolare è mozzafiato e il mare si spinge oltre l'orizzonte Gli interni, curati e di gran classe, rendo il soggiorno come quello di casa vostra. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e cortesi e hanno allietato il nostro breve soggiorno che resterà indimenticabile Un sincero e doveroso complimento alla signora Marianna, che ha cucinato per noi in maniera splendida Auspichiamo di ritornarci non abbiamo alcun dubbio! Provare per credere!

Meine Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren hier Gäste in der Osterzeit. Das B&B befindet sich nur 5 Minuten ausserhalb der Stadt, in einer ruhigen und schönen Lage. Ausser auf die wunderbare Hügel- und Berglandschaft hat man an klaren Tagen Aussicht bis zum nahegelegenen Meer. Das gesamte Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist nun ein romantisches, gut gepflegtes und mit Stil eingerichtetes Landhaus. Die 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind groß und hell, auf Sauberkeit wird sehr wert gelegt. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und schauen sehr auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Jeden Tag zum Frühstück gibt es von der Gastgeberin frisch zubereitete typische Köstlichkeiten. Wir werden sicher gerne nochmal vorbeischauen.

La mia famiglia 2 adulti e 2 bambini ha soggiornato in questa struttura nel periodo pasquale. Il B&B di trova in una posizione che offre una tranquillità e pace totale, è stata recentemente ristrutturata con grande gusto, attenzione dei dettagli ed è curata con grande amore, offre inoltre un panorama stupendo e tra le colline si riesce ad intravvedere perfino il mare. Le camere e il bagno sono molto pulite e dotate di tutti i confort, sono molto spaziose, ben illuminate e arredate. La famiglia che gestisce il B&B è molto educata, gentile, premurosa e attenta ad ogni esigenza. La colazione è preparata in modo eccezionale tutti i prodotti sono fatti in casa con prodotti naturali e genuini ed ogni giorno le sorprese non mancano. Il tutto preparato su una tavola addobbata in modo impeccabile. Sicuramente un posto in cui ritorneremo molto volentieri e che Consigliamo a tutti.
