Everything was perfect!

Tiziano is a great host offering help and advice. We were easily communicating through Whatsapp. The mini-apartment is spacious, cozy, and has all necessary modern utilities. It is located in the main square but it is quiet because the apartment faces the small courtyard. People with mobility problems need to be aware that it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. Suggestion to Tiziano: it would be great to add an electric kettle to your kitchen utilities.

The location was perfect! The room was super clean, the sheets and towels smell very good and also in the room there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules, which we loved! The host was very kind and friendly.

10/10 best place to stay in Bologna. Tiziano is very kind and an awesome host, the room was perfect, we loved the little touches that it has, it surely feels like being home. My wife and I were satisfied with the room, clean and suitable for our stay. Very strategic location, right in the center of Bologna in front of the house of the famous "Lucio Dalla". The contact with Tiziano (manager of the B & B) was very efficient, we were well received from the ground floor and he kindly carried my wife's suitcase to the room. The only drawback is that the room is located on the third floor without a lift, but we already knew this. We are very happy with the place and highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

Very nice and comfortable little flat in the city centre of Bologna. 1-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and about 20-minute walk from the train station. Will definitely stay there again if I come back to Bologna.

The bed is comfortable, the AC was a huge relief during this heat wave, the shower and hairdryer are fancy, and the little kitchen is perfectly stocked. The location, of course, cannot be beat. There is no better place to stay in Bologna than this one. When you walk out of the door you immediately find yourself in the bustling centre of the city, just 30 seconds walk from Piazza Maggiore. Within the same timeframe, you could walk to the pastry shop on Piazza de' Celestini. You're literally in the center of Bologna and places like the Margherite Gardens, the university district, and the train station are all within a half-hour walk. From the station, you can take the Frecciarossa train to comfortably reach Florence in less than 40 minutes. \n\nI thoroughly enjoyed my stay just because of the location. If you'd like to go for an evening walk or a late dinner, for example, you wouldn't have to rush to get home. It allowed me to have dinner in some restaurants further away, outside the tourist area. \n\nThe apartment is perfect during the hot summers, as you could easily return to stock up on water from the fridge or cool down. I never had any problems with the city noises, as the apartment faces a quiet courtyard. A high-end restaurant is located near the building's entrance, but I never experienced any noise from it. \n\nYou have the possibility to relax in front of your apartment and catch some sunshine in the morning and afternoon. There is also good-working Wi-Fi, a television, and even a washing machine, in case you need them. \n\nThe air conditioning in La Colombina worked wonders for the heat, as I stayed during the summer month with temperatures up to 35 degrees Celsius. The apartment is clean and very cozy. There are spacious closets and the shower works as it should. In case you'd like to cook dinner yourself on the stove, there are wonderful cooking books available, full of authentic Italian recipes. \n\nWhat struck me was the personal touch. Not only in relation to the apartment, but host Tiziano will also do his best to make your stay unforgettable. Apart from being friendly and kind, he remains available for any requests or problems that you might run into. It's that personal touch that really solidifies my positive review of this apartment.

Excellent structure in an enviable location. Nothing is missing, in fact there is more than there should be; all possible comforts and services. The manager Tiziano is a delightful person and ready to solve any problem he is faced with. In short, absolutely recommended as a structure. I will return with pleasure. Charming apartment in the city center, very quiet. Within 20-25 minutes walking distance from the train station (day trips to Florence, Modena, Parma,..) and perfect for exploring the historic center of Bologna. The apartment is very well kept and is very clean. It has all appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: fridge with separate freezing compartment (to stock up on that wonderful Italian ice-cream: -)), washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. The host(s) are very nice and helpful and immediately follow-up if one has questions. Highly recommended for your stay in Bologna.

We stayed for 4 days in the mini apartment and we were extremely satisfied. Everything was perfect for us: 20 minutes walk from the station, ideal location in the historic center of Bologna, 4 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, third floor with a view over the rooftops of Bologna. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully furnished, spacious, the hob contains everything necessary and is extremely functional. Ideal situation to visit a truly magnificent city. The owners, Tiziano and Milena, are very friendly, helpful, and provide good advice. Good pastry shop for breakfast just steps away and excellent typical restaurants nearby (always on foot). We will definitely come back.

Beautiful room with all comforts, great location to visit Bologna.

I stayed for two days in the studio apartment at La Colombina. Saying that I felt good is an understatement. The place is tastefully decorated and gives the feeling of being in a safe, intimate, and comfortable space. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a good lunch and dinner, and it is extremely functional. If you prefer to relax after a long walk through the city, you can sit in the living room to read the books from the home library, or play cards, chess, or Scrabble. In short, nothing is missing. The full availability of the owner and the absolute centrality of the structure, just a few meters from Piazza Maggiore, definitively confirm it as one of the cutest and most welcoming accommodations in the city.

I stayed in the double room with bathroom and nothing was out of place. We had many comforts at our disposal, such as the coffee machine and the folding table for breakfast (with a mini fridge it would have been great). The environment is very clean and tidy and the location is very central: two minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. Tiziano, the manager, was clear, helpful and friendly with us, but above all very helpful. Beautiful Bologna, beautiful La Colombina, beautiful experience.

I stayed at this property for one night (29th July 19) and I had a very good time. Tiziano who welcomed us was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was equally welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Great location right in the center just a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore. Being in a small alley, there were no problems with traffic noise, just a bit of noise from the restaurant below, but of limited annoyance. Excellent value for money considering it's in the center and during high season. Recommended.

Great bed and breakfast in a central and strategic location. Extremely clean and lovely. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B for one night. Completely renovated structure, modern and clean. The only flaw is the lack of breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the room where you can make great coffee. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back when passing through Bologna.

Every time I come back to Bologna, I always try to stay here, the rooms are very cozy and well furnished, very clean, complete with everything and all the comforts. Upon arrival, the room was already warm making you feel at home immediately. Milena and Tiziano are two very sweet and helpful people, as well as caring and attentive to every request. The location, more central than this Bed and Breakfast would mean staying inside the Basilica of St. Petronio.

The apartment is cozy, meticulously cared for, and brand new. There is everything you need for a short or long stay. The host was very kind in welcoming us, explaining the use of all the appliances in the house. Rating ten, both for cleanliness and location, as well as for the owners themselves.

Perfect location, next to the Duomo and Piazza. We were able to easily walk to all of Bologna's attractions. Our bedroom had the most beautiful furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could make dinner with Bologna's special pastas. We were supplied with plenty of breakfast coffee for the four of us. Our host was delightful and most accommodating, as our flight was very late.

Struttura molto carina e pulita. Posizione ottima, nel cuore della città. Appartamentino caldo e dotato di tutto. Proprietaria cortese e disponibile. Consigliato.

Se fosse prevista la lode darei anche quella. Mai visto un posto più pulito, persino i fili elettrici dietro il forno erano tirati a lucido. Consiglierò chiunque voglia andare a Bologna di alloggiare lì.

Camera e bagno spaziosi puliti e ben arredati, contribuisce ad alzare il livello di valutazione la posizione centralissima nella bella città di Bologna.

Il mio soggiorno a Bologna è durato solo due giorni, ma è stato piacevolissimo anche grazie alla scelta del B&B La Colombina. nLe qualità che ho apprezzato nella struttura sono: la sua centralissima posizione (a due passi dalla casa del grande Lucio Dalla e da Piazza Maggiore); il cordialissimo e discreto il rapporto con i gestori della struttura; il poter gustare in autonomia un buon caffè (per me assolutamente meraviglioso), una tisana o un tè; la camera e il bagno puliti, accoglienti e provvisti di tutto il necessario. Non consiglierei di prenotare la camera: - a chi ha difficoltà nel salire le scale (ma sul sito è specificato che la camera si trova a terzo piano senza ascensore); e a chi non è abile con lo squat (poiché il letto è un po' basso).

Struttura centralissima (dalla finestra della camera si vede il retro della Basilica di San Petronio) ma al contempo situata in un vicoletto silenzioso, camera pulita, gestore gentile, disponibile e molto veloce nei contatti telefonici.

Tutto perfetto. Posto centrale, camera molto bella, pulitissima, tranquilla. Host gentilissima e discreta. Rapporto prezzo-qualità davvero buono. Mi è solo mancato un appoggio per scrivere, essendo a Bologna per lavoro, magari un piccolo scrittoio. Ritornerò senz'altro.

La Colombina è un B&B davvero bello e accogliente, nel centro della città, sarebbe impossibile essere più vicini a Piazza Maggior. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile. La Proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno in città!

Io e mio fratello abbiamo deciso di visitare Bologna e, cercando in rete, abbiamo trovato questo delizioso B&B. Posizione centralissima, ambienti puliti e curati, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Volendo trovare un difetto (ma è sicuramente migliorabile), direi la scarsa colazione. Super séjour, l appartement est idéalement situé, lq literie est de qualité meme sur le lit d appoint du salon, le balcon est fleuri et très agréable. Rien à redire si ce n est que l on reviendra. Mention spéciale au gran bar rue massimo d Azeglio pour un petit déjeuner typiquement Italien avec croissant fourré (crème, Nutella, confiture) et cappuccino.

La struttura è accogliente e pulitissima, arredata in modo spartano ma funzionale unica pecca la mancanza di un frigo e di qualche sedia in più per comodità di appoggio. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima e gentile. B&B consigliatissimo per la posizione.

Appartamento nuovissimo a due passi da tutto centralissimo comodo per raggiungere tutti i posti principali di Bologna tramite mezzi pubblici. Ringrazio di cuore i proprietari che si sono mostrati molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili.

Stanza accogliente e pulita e proprietaria molto simpatica e gentilissima! Posizione ottima, appena dietro Piazza maggiore. Unica pecca se si vuole essere puntigliosi è stata la porta della camera vetrata, che lasciava passare la luce quando gli altri ospiti rientravano a tarda notte mentre stavamo dormendo. A parte questo tutto ottimo, anche la colazione del bar convenzionato con cornetti artigianali molto buoni.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulito, accogliente, ordinato e curato nei dettagli. I gestori disponibili. Posizione assolutamente perfetta. Eccellente.

Il B&B è praticamente in piazza Maggiore, quindi centralissimo. Nuovo, pulito, confortevole. Si ritrova ad un terzo piano senza ascensore, ma ne vale la pena. Si compone di due mini appartamenti, separati da una porta comunicante che normalmente è chiusa. Noi abbiamo affittato l'intero B&B, quindi entrambi gli appartamentini. Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamentino più grande è davvero confortevole, con cucina, tv, macchina per caffè a cialde, frigo e lavatrice. I bagni sono nuovissimi e puliti con arredo bagno e saponi a disposizione. A 2 km dalla stazione. Idealissimo per una vacanza familiare a bologna! Ci ritorneremo! Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Siamo stati nel bilocale: pulitissimo, completo di tutto. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Il posto è centralissimo, non abbiamo mai preso mezzi. A due passi da Piazza Maggiore e da tutte le bellezze di Bologna (compresa la casa di Lucio Dalla che è proprio di fronte). Se torneremo a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui.
