Very nice room, new and clean. Not very soundproof and pillows not too comfortable. Great location and self check-in simple and functional. Convention with bar not great, asked for a supplement of 1.90€ for a pastry instead of a croissant.

A bed and breakfast that is well located if you arrive by train or are going to other cities because it is next to the station. From the center it is about 10-15 minutes walk. Elena is very kind, she provides you with tickets to have a small breakfast at the downstairs cafeteria (by the way, not very friendly at the cafeteria) and also helped us by booking a taxi for the return to the airport as we were leaving very early. It is very clean, there are teas and a kettle available if you wish, and complimentary water bottles when you arrive. Thank you Elena.

The structure is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Elisa who, after quickly handling the check-in process, showed me the room and explained the operation of doors, keys, etc. The room upon my arrival was pleasantly warm, spacious, and clean. Two bedside tables with a lamp, power socket near the bedside tables and the desk with a chair, wall-mounted TV, slightly uncomfortable bed, comfortable pillows, fridge, space to hang clothes and shelves to place various items, two luggage racks, spacious bathroom with a window and a door that leads to a small balcony. The B&B is quiet, also thanks to the good manners of the other guests. In the room, there is also an electric kettle with cups, tea or herbal tea bags, sugar, candies, teaspoons, a very useful map of the center of Bologna. The B&B is very close to the train station and the bus stop. Near the B&B, there are tobacco shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias, vending machines for drinks, snacks, pharmacy, and a supermarket. Breakfast is available at two bars near the B&B. We chose the River bar, the bartender was helpful and told us that we had two euros each for breakfast and so we had to pay a small difference. The breakfast is a bit poor, as you can only have a simple croissant and a coffee. For a juice, a fresh juice, or a tea, you need to pay the difference. The room is not cleaned and tidied up daily, but I already knew this because it was indicated in the B&B's features. However, I believe that a minimum of daily tidying up should be done, making the bed and tidying up the bathroom would give remarkable prestige to the structure. The wifi was intermittent, perhaps due to bad weather. The quality-price ratio is slightly high, however, I believe that in my next stay in Bologna I will consider this structure again.

Comfortable B&B in a strategic location, 2 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes from the historic center. Price a bit high, probably due to events and essential breakfast. Recommended!

The property is clean and decent, very close to the station and the center of Bologna. I found it uncomfortable to have the bathroom outside the room, even though private (but the manager had told us it was so), and I found the room very noisy because it was adjacent to another apartment rented, apparently to students who until late at night were shouting and making a lot of noise. Additionally, on the day of departure, our 9-year-old son who was terribly needing to pee, the manager prevented him from doing so because the rooms had been reassigned, except that it was Monday and therefore I don't think they had all been really reassigned, but then to stop a child who is feeling unwell from peeing on himself, maybe you could let him. In a hotel he could have done it. Next time we will definitely choose a hotel.

The rooms are wonderful, cozy, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the breakfast, which only includes croissants and a hot drink to be consumed at the adjacent bar. Otherwise, great location and connections to the city.

Great solution. Just a suggestion: the breakfast voucher only includes a hot drink, maybe for the summer a cold one could be included.

Struttura vicinissima alla stazione, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, molto pulita, camere ben arredate e comodissime, buona colazione presso due bar convenzionati adiacenti alla struttura e proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile in tutte le eventuali necessità. In una parola perfetto.

Stanza molto curata e pulita. Personale cortese. Posizione ottima per chi viaggia perché a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

A pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale, stanze comode, pulite e allegramente decorate, bagno grande, con doccia sensoriale. La proprietaria è molto gentile e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Accueil très sympathique, autant pour les chambres que le petit déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas assez complet pour les personnes habituées à un repas plus complet en début de journée; par contre, les croissants et le café sont excellents.

Camera posta al 4 piano in palazzina dotata di piccolo ascensore. Stanza confortevole, arredata in modo grazioso, molto bello il bagno con finestra e decisamente comodo il letto. Buona posizione molto vicina alla stazione, personale cordiale e disponibile. Per la colazione c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra due bar tra cui consiglio quello più vicino alla stazione. Forse l'unica pecca è che via Amendola è un pò rumorosa complice anche la pizzeria sottostante. Cmq struttura che consiglio ed in cui tornerò.

A due passi dalla stazione di Bologna. Piacevole sorpresa all'arrivo, molto bello e curato nei dettagli proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutarci per gli spostamenti e dover mangiare. Camera luminosa arredata con gusto biancheria pulita e finalmente un letto dove poter dormire bene. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e quando tornerò a Bologna saprò dove dormire.

La nostra permanenza nella struttura è stata ottima. La camera è molto comoda, più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo e molto bella. La zona, vicino alla stazione, è molto comoda per visitare il centro storico e facilmente raggiungibile. I parcheggi sono a pagamento e la colazione è al bar accanto alla struttura. Personale molto gentile.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale (a due passi dalla stazione, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi), la proprietaria puntualissima, gentile e disponibile. Tutto nuovissimo, camera calda e accogliente. Molto buoni i cornetti dei due bar dove è possibile fare colazione. Davvero consigliato.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per 3 notti, mi sono trovata benissimo, la camera spaziosa pulita e ben arredata, il personale gentile e disponibile e la posizione è strategica vicino alla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Consigliatissimo.

Le stanze ed il bagno sono spazi molto ampi per un B&B, la colazione non viene offerta all'interno della struttura ma presso due bar convenzionati.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione. Camera accogliente e pulita. Molto disponibili. Nella nostra camera si sentiva un po' di rumore per la presenza sotto del ristorante.

Bellissime stanze in questo B&B dall'ottima posizione. Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare nella camera San Luca: spaziosa, moderna, belle finiture, calda, pulita e luminosa. La posizione è strategica: 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ottimo ristorante sushi (per gli amanti del genere) ad un minuto a piedi. Gestore del B&B gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze dell'ospite. La colazione è convenzionata con il bar a fianco e la qualità è discreta. Ci tornerò. Consigliato.

Abbiamo trovato una buona ospitalità in ambiente ristrutturato e ben curato. Se posso dare un consiglio, metterei un distributore automatico di caffè ed altri prodotti.

Ho passato un fine settimana piacevolissimo presso questa struttura, ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. Camera meravigliosa, silenziosa, arredata con gusto e spaziosa. i proprietari sono gentili e disponibilissimi ed anche il loro dipendente che è sempre disponibile e gentile. La posizione è ottima, a 100 m dalla stazione, vicinissima al centro e con una comodissima fermata d'autobus proprio di fronte per raggiungere, ad esempio, l'ospedale Rizzoli. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che ottimo.
