This place deserves a 20+ rating. Antonio and Rossana were phenomenal! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is such a welcoming place. And the the terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset and hear the church bells while drinking a glass of wine. But the most important part of this place is Antonio and Rosanna, they make you feel like you are a family friend. From the moment we arrived Antonio showed me where to park and walked me to the best focaccia (hello Daniele), the best pizza, the best fruit and gelato. You get a special discount at some restaurants in town. Antonio went above and beyond for my girlfriend who is lactose intolerant by finding lactose-free milk so she could enjoy a cappuccino. This was the best place we stayed in Italy and we can’t wait to come back. If you are thinking of staying here you should, I'll recommend it to all of my friends.

We were welcomed by Rosanna and her husband as if we were family, and this made our stay more comfortable. Excellent breakfast. They advised us on what to visit and where to eat. The property is very beautiful, well renovated, and spotlessly clean, located in the historic center next to the Cathedral and therefore a few steps from the sea. I would definitely come back willingly!

Cozy. Clean. Central and panoramic location. Rosanna and Antonio are exquisite. She is a great pastry chef as well as a sweet person and he is kind and helpful, he carried my very heavy suitcase to the room! They are in my heart and I will return. The structure is highly recommended.

Courtesy, kindness, and passion are the order of the day with Antonio and Rosanna. My wife and I felt at home in the few days we stayed in Monopoli. Rooms always clean, excellent breakfast with the genuine touch of Mrs. Rosanna's donuts. What can I say, the place is very central, close to the sea (cala porta vecchia) and all the venues, bars, restaurants, and attractions of the Historic Centre. As promised, we will see each other soon. Highly recommended.

Great experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Cattedrale. Large and beautiful room. There is a small disadvantage if you are somewhat older: steep stairs to the rooms on the higher levels. Beautiful breakfast location on the roof of the accommodation. Here you can also spend nice hours reading and/or enjoying the sun; wonderful view over a part of the old city. The owners of the B&B are very helpful. Unfortunately, they speak only a very little English.

A very good address to enjoy Monopoli and its surroundings. Very warm welcome and many tips to discover the region. The terrace also turned out to be a real little haven of peace to enjoy the sun at the end and beginning of the day.

Our weekend was fabulous thanks to the kindness of the managers, the wonderful structure, and the gastronomic tips. We will definitely come back.

Cozy place, very well-kept, clean, romantic, in a strategic position in the historic center. Antonio and Rosanna, the owners, are two special people and then the breakfast carefully prepared by them, with sweets and jams made by Rosanna herself. I will definitely come back.

Tutto perfetto, camera all'ultimo piano con vista sul campanile della cattedrale, pulitissima, letto comodo, tv e wifi veloce, colazione abbondante e con prodotti fatti in casa dalla splendida padrona Rosanna, torte ogni giorno diverse e super, marmellate e tanto altro. La location poi è perfetta per sposarsi tranquillamente a piedi in centro e nelle calette vicine.

Very nice host, nice house in the countryside of Monopoli in the middle of the olive tree. The area is beautiful, and you can easily access to monopoli or Polignano a Mare (7 minutes driving each). Vincenza was very nice and helpful, she provided local food at our arrival, and was always available for information. Thanks a lot!

Siamo stati in questo B&B una fantastica settimana. In realtà più che un B&B è una vera e propria famiglia! Il comfort delle camere è unico, per non parlare della fantastica colazione abbondante in terrazza dove lì ci aspettava la fantastica Rosanna. Una signora spettacolare, disponibile, simpatica e ospitale. Il B&B si trova vicino al mare, al centro storico e alla città, una posizione perfetta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Pulizia, cordialità, ospitalità e amore questi sono gli aggettivi che caratterizzano questo fantastico posto. Ci rivedremo presto. Siete davvero eccezionali. Un bacione da Napoli. Giusy e Antonio.

Siamo stati in questo B&B per una fantastica settimana.. Ma in realtà non era più un B&B ma era come una famiglia. Le camere sono dotate di un comfort eccezionale, pulizia al massimo. Una colazione abbondante ci aspettava tutte le mattine sulla magnifica terrazza, dove lì ci aspettava Rosanna. Una persona fantastica, piena di amore, disponibile, altruista. Ospitalità, simpatia e amore queste sono le 3 qualità che distinguono questo posto fantastico, gestito da persone fantastiche. Il B&B si trova in una posizione perfetta, tra il centro storico, il mare e la città, tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. È stata una settimana fantastica, grazie mille ancora per tutte le "coccole" che ci avete dato. Con la speranza di vederci presto. Un bacio immenso da Napoli. Giusy e Antonio.

Struttura nuovissima arredata con molto gusto, in pieno centro, colazione ottima con dolci e marmellate preparati dalla proprietaria. Un po' scomodo per trovare parcheggio e per le scale. Sicuramente da provare!
