We were welcomed by Mrs. Ileana, with kindness, availability, and sympathy. The Cottage B&B welcomes you in an authentic English atmosphere, thanks also to the details of the furnishings. Beautiful garden.

As soon as you cross the gate, you find yourself catapulted into Great Britain! The place is really nice in a quiet environment. The family that runs it is super... makes you feel immediately comfortable and pampered. \nBreakfast deserves a 10 out of 10.

We had a great time at this beautiful English-style cottage. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely garden. Ileana and Giulio were courteous and caring. We hope to be able to come back soon. Highly recommended.

Well-kept and clean environment, Ileana and Giulio welcoming and very helpful. Very pleasant stay.

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast with a gracious host. Ileana warmly welcomed us. There is a private entrance to the bedroom which has a spacious private bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated, and there is space to move around. There is good storage for your clothing and other items. You have good Wifi access. The bed was very comfortable, and we fell asleep instantly. The B and B is located in a quiet neighbourhood, so you will surely get your rest. Breakfast was wonderful, and Ileana asks about your preferences but make sure you try her homemade jams! The breakfast room and table set up are beautiful, as seen from the pictures. You have a lovely view of the owner's well-maintained yard. Ileana goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. You can tell she takes great pride in her B and B and wants nothing more than to make her guests happy. I would definitely return to this B and B because of the gracious host, her high standards and her extra finishing touches.

Actually, I don't like doing reviews. But if something is really good, then others should know about it. Everything was just perfect.

The owners of the property are very kind, helpful, and very nice, they were generous with information on what to see in the area. The room is very beautiful and everything is in perfect British style, obviously very clean and equipped with everything. Great stay.

Iliana & Giulio were amazing hosts, making us feel at home and helping us have a wonderful stay for our family reunion in Friuli.

Everything perfect, including the mini DIY course by the very kind husband of Ileana, thank you, we will definitely see you again, we still have a lot to tell about your trips in England.

Dalla A alla Z, eccellente. Ileana e Giulio sono la ciliegina sulla torta di un luogo che resta nel cuore e appaga qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Cortesia, premura, pulizia, dettagli curati e massima personalizzazione in stile British/Scottish del B&B rendono il soggiorno più che gradevole e indimenticabile.

I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, la colazione abbondante con prodotti naturali e genuini, particolari e ricercati, l'atmosfera delle camere riesce a farti sentire davvero sia in Scozia che in Inghilterra a seconda della camera in cui alloggi, e si respira la cura e l'amore per la cultura anglosassone.

Posto ben tenuto, i proprietari sono molto gentili e si fanno in quattro per gli ospiti. Colazione abbondante e molto curata.
