A great house full of charm... however, the breakfast is very modest.

We had sent a message to the owner to inform her about our hour of arrival. When we arrived at the house, everything was closed and nobody was there to welcome us. After few minutes, I called the owner who requested us to wait for 2 hours! So we left for visiting the city. When we came back, a woman gave us the keys of the bedroom without any welcome. She just adviced us to request a discount? That is only during the breakfast that we met the owner. She did not make any excuses for her absence the day before and she did not speak with us. The breakfast was OK, maybe because I requested it to the woman the day before. Regarding the bedroom, this is very basic and the furnitures are very old. We were 3 of us and the bed for our soon was very small and in bad conditions. In conclusion, this is not a B&B but a basic hotel at a too much high price. The house is not maintained at all and I understand that the owner tries to get money only. This was a very bad experience for us and I hope that B&B Italy will not keep this adress in its offers.

Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Hübsche Zimmer, Villa und Gartenanlage. Interessante Kunst und Kultur. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ambiente accogliente, curato in ogni particolare, sensazione di grande armonia. Quadri, manifesti, oggetti e libri artistici, che sorprendono e incuriosiscono. Molto gradevole il anche il giardino intorno. Cortese la proprietaria, disponibile a rispondere a domande e a raccontare vicende della famiglia Buzzati e la storia della casa.

Posto delizioso pulito accogliente e caldo, lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Ottima posizione, bel panorama, spazi verdi e giardino, Valentina la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato un sacco di dritte.

Villa Buzzati è un luogo pieno di fascino, per la sua storia, i libri che abbiamo letti, i disegni che ricordiamo, ma soprattutto per il suo stato attuale, la patina dei muri esterni, la vegetazione, i suoi fabbricati così diversi e armoniosi, il suo giardino, la cornice delle montagne, il silenzio della notte, l'accoglienza gentilissima senza essere invadente, il fatto che non sia stato rifatto tutto ma che abbia mantenuto la sua autenticità, i segni del tempo, i colori dei muri resi così delicati, il parquet che scricchiola della camera.
