B&B in a great location, a stone's throw from the beautiful Poetto beach. The cleanliness is also excellent.

Certainly the position near the beach is a great thing, comfortable mattress with the necessary utensils.

Cozy and clean facility. Smart room with everything you need. Spacious shower. The rooms are cleaned every day. Great location, a stone's throw from the promenade and Poetto beach as well as from the bus stop that takes you to the center and Cagliari station. The manager Giorgio is truly kind and helpful, he will answer all your questions and if possible will solve any problems you may have. Good breakfast, we requested the Italian one. Served in the garden. I would come back.

La struttura, moderna e pulita, si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia del Poetto. Il signor Giorgio è una persona molto disponibile e sempre disponibile a venire in contro ad ogni richiesta. Fortemente consigliato!

Giorgio est un propriétaire extrêmement sympathique et de très bon conseil. Il est a vos petits soins. Il prend de son temps pour indiquer les meilleurs endroits à visiter, comment y accéder. Je recommande cet endroit!

Giorgio war ein sehr zugewandter und hilfreicher Gastgeber, sein B&B liegt nahe am Strand, trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Umbedingt empfehlenswert - herzlichen Dank.

Très bon accueil de la part de Giorgio, le propriétaire du B&Beach qui a été à notre écoute tout au long de notre séjour et qui nous a donné les meilleurs bons plans: les lieux à visiter à tout prix,, des conseils pour se rendre aux endroits que l’on souhaitait et les bons resto ! Une chambre propre, luxueuse (climatisation, télévision, articles de toilette fourni) et nettoyé tous les jours, digne d’un très bon hôtel 4 étoiles ! Des petites intentions très appréciées comme un petit déjeuner très varié pour satisfaire tout le monde avec des pâtisseries typiquement italiennes. Le B&beach est très bien situé: arrêt de bus devant le B&B, 20 minutes en bus du centre ville de Cagliari et sur le meilleur côté de la plage de Poetto (près du port marina et et se trouvant autours de nombreux petits resto) Pour résumer, je recommande à 100% le B&beach. Merci Giorgio pour votre écoute et tous vos conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n’hesiterons pas à revenir (pour visiter encore plus d’endroits et de choses) ou à vous recommander auprès de nos proches. Estelle et Sophie.

Very clean B&B with a nice surrounding. The host is very attentive and helpful! He thinks about everything - has umbrellas, sunbeds and bikes for rent. What I liked the most: He asked us what we like for breakfast and in the next morning, it was all there! Thank you for this pleasant stay- we enjoyed it very much!

La struttura è molto carina con arredamenti moderni ed è situata in una posizione strategica, molto vicina al mare ma anche alla fermata del bus per chi volesse spostarsi. La stanza pulita ma poco luminosa. Per colazione una scelta giusta tra dolce e salato. Il proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. Sono stata molto bene.

Accoglienza familiare. Camera e bagno ordinati e pulitissimi. Colazione abbondante e squisita. Veramente a due passi dal Poetto. Voglio sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Proprietario della struttura, sig. Giorgio. Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno.

The best B&B to visit Cagliari, and the beautiful beach Poetto (30 seconds from the B&B by feet!) many great restaurants in the area, the bus stops just in front of the B&B, and it takes only 15 minutes to arrive to the center of Cagliari where the big stores and historical sites to visit, the host gives the best advices to optimize the stay, and enjoy all the activities in Poetto and Cagliari, we felt like home, very comfortable rooms, we will come back for sure. Struttura molto bella e nuovissima, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile ci ha accolto calorosamente. Tutto perfetto.

Ci accoglie Giorgio, un gestore professionale e gentile, generoso sia per accoglienza che per dovizia di tutte le informazioni necessarie per godere al meglio del luogo, e della città. La struttura è molto accogliente e in un posizione unica. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero difficile da trovare. Il B&Beach è situato in riva al mare, davvero splendido; è inoltre molto facile comunque raggiungere il centro storico e le strade di shopping, o l' aeroporto, dato che i mezzi pubblici sono efficienti e frequenti, e la fermata è a pochi passi dall'ingresso della struttura stessa. Un luogo che mi è rimasto nel cuore, e dove merita tornare!

Moderna ed elegante struttura situata ad un minuto di cammino dalla spiaggia del Poetto; tutti i servizi presenti nelle vicinanze. La cordialità e preparazione del gestore della struttura signor Giorgio sono il valore aggiunto oltre che la pulizia e tranquillità delle stanze. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole godere del bellissimo mare di Cagliari ospite di una struttura di ottimo livello.

Il proprietario del B&Beach è stato molto premuroso. La struttura dista 100 metri dal mare, ha un bel interior designe e trovato la camera molto confortevole.

La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata con sobrietà e buon gusto. Il gestore è gentile e disponibilissimo ad ogni richiesta inerente il soggiorno ma anche molto competente e preparato nel fornire preziosi consigli sui luoghi di interesse dell'intera Sardegna. La struttura si trova in posizione strategica vicino alla marina piccola e al lungomare. Unica pecca, non ha vista sul mare e si affaccia su una strada piuttosto trafficata. In compenso si può godere un'ottima vista sul parco naturale delle saline e sui fenicotteri oltre a bellissimi tramonti. Insomma, un posto nel quale ci si sente accolti da una persona che ti apre le porte della propria casa e quindi un posto nel quale si ritorna volentieri.
