Just okay. It’s a nice location if you’ve got to catch a plane the next day. It’s not that far from the center, but that’s mainly because Pisa is quite small.

Simple check-in, clear instructions, clean and comfortable room.

The only good part was being near the airport to catch an early flight. Everything else was below ok. This room does not have AC, just has a fan which is very noisy so we preferred to keep it off and try to sleep though it was very warm but could not sleep at all.

Great place to reach the airport on foot.

The bed and breakfast is well organized. The shared bathroom is tidy and clean. Silence is respected and it is very comfortable. The manager is a helpful person and the management is all online. A great convenience. The breakfast is simple but decent and the coffee is good. The clean sheets and the bathroom towels that you find in the room are of good fabric. My personal experience was more than excellent. The strategic location with the airport means that you can be there in no time.

Ideal location for us, close to the airport, very easy to access and with total autonomy. Rocco provided us with all the necessary information for a quick check-in.

The location is excellent. The room provides everything needed for a 4-hour sleep. The breakfast, although indicated, consists of a packaged croissant and a kettle for tea. The bathroom is shared.

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 5-minute walk away. The central station is not far either, about a 15-minute walk. The price is fair. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was good as well. The only drawback is that the bathroom was shared with other rooms and voices from other rooms could be heard. But for us, it was very convenient. Thank you Rocco.

The only good feature about this property was that it is five minutes' walk from the airport, however I will never stay at this property again. The bed was very low and uncomfortable and was more like a camp bed. It was a good job that I am quite a small person. The pillow was rock hard and the floor was wet which meant that the bed cover became more and more damp through the night. I never saw the host although he had texted me on the day to find out what time I was arriving, and it felt more like a doss house than a B and B - I didn't feel completely safe. The breakfast in the morning is a small chocolate/vanilla cake in a plastic wrapper - I didn't even bother with it.

Located practically near the airport. For one night absolutely OK.

If you have to catch an early morning flight, this accommodation is great. It is clean and has a shared bathroom. There is no air conditioning, but it has a quiet fan, wonderful. As in all of Italy, there is no elevator. You have coffee and coffee maker, tea, sugar, a microwave and fridge at your disposal, as well as glasses. All this makes the accommodation great and helps you with the early wake-up call.

Fairly convenient facility for those who need to catch a flight as it is very close to the airport. For the rest, unlike what is written, there is no internet and the TV in my room did not work.

The owner was kind, unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room, I don't know what it was due to, but all in all I had a good time, the breakfast was adequate. The environment was clean.

Perhaps because it was the first time I found myself in this situation, the organization of the reception was a bit difficult, but because it was outside my standard. I only spent one night "in passing", so the evaluation is almost invalid. Breakfast consisted of a coffee capsule... overall Ok.

Gate 52 is very convenient for an overnight stop within walking distance of Pisa Galilei Airport. Simply furnished accommodation with shared bathroom accommodation. A simple breakfast was provided but as we had an early start we did not have it. Price reasonable in line with the standard of accommodation. We did not meet Rocco, the host, but his communications were very good and instructions clear.

Location close to the airport. The train took only about 5 minutes to reach the departure hall. Otherwise, there's nothing to give good ratings to. The room shown may be present in the property, but it doesn't resemble the double room we had. A creaking fan on the ceiling that we didn't dare leave on, fearing it might fall. Two very worn out bathrooms to share with the other guests.

The main advantage is the favorable location compared to the airport. It's difficult to rest, the rooms are very hot, the street is noisy for the rooms facing the front. Breakfast, mentioned in the offer and price, is completely absent.

Never met a more unpleasant person.

Medium-budget B&B, dated structure and not very welcoming rooms with outdated furniture. It's okay for one night, but personally, I would never bring my girlfriend there.

Theoretical bed and breakfast, in reality you pay very little but you don't even have a minimum of breakfast, done outside the structure. Payment in advance of 50% and balance on arrival. Heating on from 9 pm to midnight, lucky that the house is quite warm. We didn't even meet the manager because he was not present. I will return to Pisa but certainly not here.

Great location just a few steps from the train station and airport, quite comfortable bed and a great atmosphere of tranquility. The only downside was finding out on the first day that breakfast was not available on site.

Easy to reach location if coming from the airport. Discreet but clean environment, friendly staff, the uncomfortable thing is the bathroom in a corridor shared with other rooms and the absence of a fridge in the room. Modest price if there are more than one person.

The city tax was not included in the estimate, no payment cards could be used, no invoice or fiscal receipt was issued, inadequate staff, approximate cleanliness of the facility, unappetizing breakfast.

Accommodation close to the airport and the train station of Pisa. Convenient for sleeping one night at most. No breakfast included. There is the option to make yourself a tea or instant coffee in the morning. Good value for money.

Unpleasant manager. Room cleanliness acceptable. Two wall phones, both stopped working after 1 minute. Room with broken shutter. Missing large towels for the shower and no courtesy set provided. Two shared bathrooms for 4 rooms with alarming situations in the morning. An experience definitely not to be repeated.

Rude manager, you cannot scold someone over the phone just because they don't answer when you call, maybe one has a particular job and can't answer you. When I read the email message and called him, he was very aggressive and annoyed. My goodness, if you want to do business, you're making a big mistake with your attitude! I had said I would arrive by 7:30 pm at the station, I tried to call him for 30 minutes while reaching the structure in the meantime, and waiting outside in the cold. Impatient, I tried to ring the bell and a guest opened the door for me. There were rooms prepared with keys hanging and invoices and receipts with sensitive data in plain view for everyone. Long live privacy. Soggy towels thrown here and there in the bathrooms and rooms that smelled musty. Old structure with wooden doors where you hear any little noise. A banging of doors at all hours, especially during the night! The structure's door was left wide open during the night, anyone could have come in. Upon my arrival, at the same time as a couple, the manager didn't even introduce himself! We had to manage on our own. Dirty cups and glasses left everywhere. In the room, you find your meager breakfast, a coffee pod, I mean one, and a plumcake. That's it! Cold rooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms, which are also cold and dark. Ideal structure for those who want to waste money, not sleep, and encounter rude managers.

Breakfast not included but at least there was coffee. Very basic but for 25 euros what do you expect? Mattresses, actually I wouldn't call them mattresses, 5 cm high and uncomfortable.

Ideal stopover for an early flight from Pisa Airport. Only a 5-minute walk to the airport and just a 30-minute walk to the railway station.

We spent a few hours in this room before catching the plane. It's a shame we had to pay an extra 10 euros for a check-in after midnight (even though we called them in the evening). The cleanliness is okay, the location is ideal (very close to the airport), the bed quality is lacking. A bit pricey for the service offered. We did not enjoy the breakfast.

Arriving late in the evening and having to leave the next day, I opted for a simple and easily accessible solution, but despite the minimalism, my stay was terrible. The welcome was terrible, I had booked a single room and was given a room behind the reception in front of the entrance (this makes me think that it is normally used by staff, also given the presence of a storage room, and that it was assigned to me suddenly when I had booked well in advance). It was impossible to sleep on the mattresses. The breakfast corner, if it can be called that, was dirty and close to the bathrooms. One of the two jugs had a black bottom. Despite being cheap, such treatment is not expected. I would not recommend it.

The structure, although I can accept the standard, looking at the prices, did not correspond to the booked service! I booked a room with a double bed, I found myself in a room with two single beds. I immediately complained to the staff who replied that they had no other choices. I called the manager who rudely replied to me "if you like it, take it, otherwise you can also leave, the staff will refund you". Rudeness and controversy in this case are NOT acceptable. I do not think I can use this B&B anymore.

Very out of date rooms and building, it needs to be renovated urgently. And it was not clean at all. We ordered a breakfast but we got nothing more than a few dry cakes.

Guesthouse convenient to reach the airport, the rooms are basic and should be renovated. The breakfast is poor and of low quality, perhaps it was better not to have it. I found the shared bathrooms clean, but it also depends on the courtesy of other guests, however they should be redone (old and outdated). It is located on a very busy street and is not a quiet place. However, for the price, it is perfect for a night stay to be close to the airport. The owner was kind.

Basic because it is very close to the airport. Nothing more. It is very good for spending a night. It is not the right place for an idyllic vacation. Correct.
