We know we are a voice out of the chorus but our impressions were anything but positive. The "solaria" room lacks a bidet, the toilet is too high and has a flush that splashes water out every time it is activated. The room is dark as it is located on the ground floor, furthermore there are very light curtains and since the window overlooks the entrance passage, to have privacy it is necessary to keep the shutters down. Also, all the noises from the little entrance where the self-service breakfast preparation takes place can be heard. Spacious shower. Nice garden. Mr. Franco, the manager, from the first exchanges of information, via the website messaging, showed a lack of availability, in fact, the website allowed us to choose the "marina" room but he replied in a dry and unempathetic way that it was up to him to decide the room he would assign us. Right from the start he wrote that he only accepted calls and not messages, which would have helped us a bit during the stay, and also when I called to arrange the check-in he did not answer or call back. His unavailability and coldness also emerged during the check-in agreement phase because even though the day before we had told him we would arrive at 12, he, without even offering to leave our luggage, always reminded us with a cold and super formal tone that check-in was from 16. At the time of key handover, like a soulless and heartless machine, he exposed those 4 essential pieces of information on how to reach the beaches and the center. Mr. Franco's coldness did not make us feel comfortable, the times we crossed paths with him (he lives on the upper floor) he never asked us how our stay was going and in a B&B we believe that being welcoming, attentive, and hospitable is the basis. Last thing, the check-out at 10 is limiting. The B&B is in a perfect location for both the beaches and the center of Sirolo but this is not enough to make the stay enjoyable.

Ritengo le recensioni un utile strumento di crescita e per questo, normalmente, non rispondo.
Ma quando l’espressione di una opinione travisa i fatti allora rispondo.
E questo è il caso.
Sorvolo sulle considerazioni sul water/bidet (vaso omologato anche come bidet), sul buio della stanza sui “rumori dell’ingressino”.
Queste sono tutte considerazioni opinabili.
Non sorvolo invece sulla mia presunta “mancanza di disponibilità” “assenza di empatia” “indisponibilità e freddezza” e di essere una “macchinetta senza anima e core”.
Affermazioni dure, mai presenti, anzi smentite, in tutte le recensioni lasciate da altri ospiti in questi sei anni di attività.
Mi sorge il dubbio che la persona incrociata che non vi ha mai chiesto come stesse andando il soggiorno fosse un altro ospite del B&B e non il sottoscritto.
Una ultima cosa, da una parte si chiede di essere ricevuti alle 12,00 e non alle 16.00. dall’altra si ritiene “limitante” il check-out alle 10.00.
A questo punto mi aspetto un suggerimento su quando fare le pulizie e la sanificazione.
