Great structure, good communication (via WhatsApp), total independence (access with code). The bathroom is spacious, breakfast is at the pastry shop with a voucher left in the room, right in the center, 10 minutes from the station and Piazza Maggiore. Very satisfied.

We stayed in the suite, very spacious, clean and tidy. In a central area, a stone's throw from the center and convenient for reaching the station. Mrs. Lara very kind and helpful.

We stayed at this B&B over the New Year's weekend. The structure is very nice and the location is great, in 10 minutes you can reach both the train station and Piazza Maggiore and all the most important points of the city. What we didn't like was that no one informed us that on January 1st the affiliated pastry shop was closed (we found out by chance, only because we asked for information) and we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. Furthermore, the morning after, we managed to go to the pastry shop, but you can only have coffee/cappuccino and a croissant, nothing else, not even a fruit juice! Honestly, for what we paid, I expected a little more.

A comfortable, well-maintained structure, excellently managed, convenient location of the house for moving freely and with a station a few steps away.

I stayed for 3 nights. Very clean room, relatively large bathroom with spacious shower. Kind and very helpful owners. Breakfast at a pastry shop a few steps from the B&B Dell'Orso, delicious. Convenient location, close to the center.

We stayed for one night, we had a great time. Brand new structure, in the center. Breakfast in two bars of choice, very close. The owners are very kind and available for any need, automatic check-in system, very practical. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the central station. Very clean and comfortable room, with well-kept and modern furnishings. The managers welcome with courtesy and professionalism and breakfast is offered by the property in excellent nearby bars or pastry shops on Via dell'Indipendenza. We will definitely come back!

Great location: in a side street of Via Indipendenza, close to the station and Piazza Maggiore. The managers were very helpful and provided clear directions to reach the place and for access management. Simple and cute studio, modern, with a large bathroom, all well maintained and clean. I also recommend it to those who want to stay more than one night. We happened to be there on a fair weekend and the price was a bit higher than indicated on the website but still the value for money is very good.

Great location, meticulous cleanliness, willingness to please the customer. I highly recommend this property. In case of need, I will definitely come back!

Nice apartment in a central location. We were 4 adults in the suite, the website says it can accommodate up to 6 people, but it was not comfortable for 4. The bathroom was also too small. Self-service breakfast but without fresh products. Missing yogurt, fruit juice, butter, and fresh milk as described on the website.

I have been to the B&B Dell'Orso several times and everything is always exceptional. Nothing out of place, and I must applaud the owners who strive to maintain the perfection of this establishment. Well done, keep it up!

Il posto è carino, pulito, tutto ristrutturato, in più si trova in una posizione strategica ed è gestito da Lara, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci sono tornata con piacere.

È stata un ottima scelta. Posizione centrale dotato di tutti i confort. Il titolare della struttura non lo abbiamo incontrato personalmente ma si è reso disponibile in tutto. Se tornerò a Bologna farò in modo di tornare li.

Très bien situé, en centre ville et près du centre historique. Ruelle bruyante à cause de ses bars et restaurants jusque très tard.

Ho soggiornato per una notte con il mio compagno, sono stata a Bologna per motivi di lavoro e per il mio poco tempo non ho potuto conoscere personalmente la proprietaria, Lara, che è stata molto disponibile sia nel rispondere alle mie numerose domande (via mail e telefonicamente) e a darmi indicazioni per il parcheggio. Posto centralissimo, raggiungibile anche a piedi dalla stazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente per potermi godere le bellezze di Bologna che non ho potuto visitare durante il mio soggiorno.

Il mio soggiorno presso il B&B è stato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa: la camera pulitissima e in ordine, fornita di ogni comfort (pure troppo comodo il materasso da cui era difficile staccarsi al mattino...), un bagno sempre pulito. Tutto finalizzato a far sì che l'ospite si senta accolto e accudito. I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre molto disponibili. Un posto in cui ritornare sicuramente.

I absolutely loved the B&B! Even though we didn't meet, Lara was very helpful and always available on whatsapp when necessary. The location is excellent, very central and in a nice, charming street. Don't hesitate, this is the perfect stay for a city trip in Bologna!

L'appartamento è spazioso, ben ristrutturato da poco, tranquillo e molto pulito. Vicinissimo al centro della città e comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione. La colazione non è prevista nella struttura, ma presso alcuni bar nella zona tramite un buono. Nessuna nota negativa. Se tornerò a Bologna sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Camera tripla, viaggio di piacere nella meravigliosa Bologna, la cara Signora Lara, molto attenta e sempre molto disponibile, struttura nuova, pulizia eccelsa, anche se in pieno centro, nessun fastidio da rumori esterni, ma forse qualche lieve rumore da impianti interni e dagli scarichi degli appartamenti superiori, la colazione è offerta in uno dei migliori bar di Bologna proprio di fronte alla struttura, consiglio Bar Impero, nuovissimo e fornitissimo, personale gentilissimo, tutto veramente perfetto, consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella depandance del B&B dell'Orso in Via Borgo San Pietro. La struttura è situata nel centro storico, quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti a piedi. Il parcheggio non è un problema con il parcheggio di Piazza 8 Agosto. La struttura è pulitissima e molto calda (abbiamo soggiornato in 2 giornate molto fredde del mese di dicembre). Consigliatissimo!

Ubicato in pieno centro è stato molto comodo raggiungere i posti più caratteristici della città! Appartamento silenzioso, in totale privacy, molto confortevole e dotato di ogni comodità (cialde per caffè comprese!). Bagno nuovissimo e spazioso. Il personale molto carino e disponibile..torneremo di sicuro!

CONSIGLIATISSIMO Siamo stati in questa struttura lo scorso weekend. Posizione ottimale a due passi da Via dell'Indipendenza e Piazza Maggiore. Camere molto pulite e accoglienti, bagno comodo e con ogni confort. Possibilità di bere caffè/the in ogni momento. Nella struttura è disponibile una macchina con cialde gratis per i clienti. Colazione nel vicino Bar/Pasticceria (uno dei migliori di Bologna!). La proprietaria Signora Lara disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Direi una base perfetta per visitare Bologna.

Il B&B è in posizione centralissima ma molto silenzioso, la pulizia è accurata, spaziosi sia la stanza che il bagno, l'arredamento nuovissimo, il prezzo adeguato.

Proprietari del B&B gentilissimi e disponibili. Bellissima camera e bagno lussuoso, arredati benissimo e molto funzionali, pulito, silenzioso, posizione centrale ottima anche per raggiungere mezzi pubblici. Colazione al bar convenzionato, ma di qualità. Considerato che siamo capitate a Bologna nel mezzo di due eventi importanti che (ahimè per gli utenti "normali") hanno fatto letteralmente schizzare i costi di qualsiasi struttura, prezzo onesto. Consigliato.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: la gestione è attenta e cordiale, l'ambiente molto pulito e la posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Bologna, sicuramente consigliato. Colazione con buono nel bar sotto casa.

B&b molto carino, pulito, in ottima posizione, ben arredato. Fornito di tutti i confort, un posto ideale dove fermarsi al centro di Bologna. Grande cortesia da parte della gestione!

Il posto è molto carino, una stanza grande e un bagno grande e pulito. La localizzazione del B&B perfetta. Ha stato come essere in casa. Grazie Lara per la tua simpatia e gentilezza.

Posizione centralissima e comoda, trovato parcheggio in via laterale zona ZTL, pagato il parcheggio direttamente in struttura e comunicato targa e modello alla proprietaria. Stanza pulitissima, nuovissima e silenziosissima così come il bagno. Colazione in ottimo bar/pasticceria a pochi passi dal B&B. Assolutamente consigliato.

Bellissimo, nuovissimo, silenzioso (lo si direbbe, di un posto in pieno centro storico tra via dell'Indipendenza e via Galliera a Bologna?), con molte comodità in camera e vari accessori. Gentilissimi i proprietari e la ragazza all'accoglienza. Pulitissimo. Come si può notare, gli aggettivi sono tutti superlativi. Ci tornerò, sono stata davvero bene.

La struttura è situata in pieno centro, a pochissima distanza da Piazza Maggiore. Questo garantisce il facile raggiungimento, anche a piedi, di qualunque destinazione. La stanza n. 2 è abbastanza spaziosa. Le pareti un po' sottili, però, non garantiscono una buona insonorizzazione rispetto alla stanza n. 3, confinante. Lo scambio di informazioni tramite mail con la signora Lara è sempre stato rapido ed improntato alla massima gentilezza. La signora Mariana, che ci ha accolto, ci ha trattati con assoluta cordialità ed attenzione, fornendoci anche una serie di utili indicazioni circa i luoghi da visitare, i posti in cui mangiare cucina tipica bolognese e gli spostamenti da effettuare con i mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso torneremmo ben volentieri in questa struttura, perciò lo consigliamo a tutti.
