At Casa Fiore nothing is missing! The structure is new and well-kept in every detail. The studio was very clean, the bathroom and shower spacious, the little kitchen provided with everything (microwave, coffee/tea machine, dishes, placemats, electric hob), the bed very comfortable. Each apartment has an external patio overlooking the garden, also very well-kept, with sun loungers and a dining area. The owner is kind, professional and always available for everything. She can recommend the best beaches every day to avoid strong winds and can also provide beach equipment. 10 out of 10 for Casa Fiore!

We stayed at Casa Fiore during the week of August and we couldn't have made a better choice! The location is great because it's 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Chia but also 5 minutes from Pula where you can go out for dinner in the evening and take a stroll. At Casa Fiore nothing is missing and Fiorenza is a superb host! Her advice on beaches based on weather conditions was as valuable as her kindness.

The house is really aligned with all expectations, spacious, well-maintained and in a very pleasant setting. The location is perfect for reaching the beaches of Chia and Pula by car, of course. Fiorenza and her husband Carlo are very helpful, very hospitable and accommodating!

Everything perfect. Cozy, clean studio apartment, equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet and peaceful area: great for regenerating and relaxing. The strength is the host Fiorenza: always available, kind, attentive to every need with precise and immediate responses, weather bulletin every morning and excellent tips for the beaches. It exudes and conveys energy and love for southern Sardinia! Highly recommended.

Great! Truly fantastic experience! Casa Fiore is recommended for those who want to visit Sardinia and its wonderful beaches! Every morning we received important advice and details regarding the wind and the beaches! Care, cleanliness, and customer attention are at the heart of this property.

The property is very beautiful, a real gem with fixtures, furniture, and all new furnishings. I found the apartment tidy and well cleaned with weekly changing of sheets and towels. They also provide beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs, really you only need to bring your own clothes and enjoy the vacation. A special thanks, however, goes to the managers who with their hospitality, availability, and care in providing us with details about the place and some culinary delights made our vacation perfect.

We stayed at this property the last week of July. The studio, nestled in a large and well-kept garden, is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is located in a strategic area about 10 minutes from the most popular beaches of Chia. Comfortable bathroom with a large and new shower, the accommodation has a very small fridge where you can store the essentials. The spaces are suitable for those who want to use the accommodation as a pied-à-terre. The entrance is directly on the main road, you need to be very careful with the car both for the entrance and the exit. Fiorenza, the owner, has always been super helpful and attentive to our needs. Lovely person, she gave us all the tips to make the most of the experience in this wonderful part of Sardinia.

We stayed for a week in the Casa Fiore studio and we had a great time! The property is surrounded by greenery and convenient for visiting beaches and the southern surroundings. The only aspect that could be improved is the size of the fridge, a bit small for our needs. Fiorenza manages everything in a welcoming way, making you feel like part of the family and providing valuable information on wind, sea, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and logistically perfect accommodation. The apartment is very functional, clean, and quiet. There are 2 small gardens with a porch to have dinner or relax. The house has everything you need: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hairdryer, cooler bag, beach umbrella, comfortable bed. There is also a washing machine, an outdoor shower, gazebo, and sun loungers for use by the 3 apartments. You can easily shop at the cooperative next to the house. The owner Fiorenza and her family were very kind and caring. On the last day of vacation, we were able to leave our luggage until evening and take a refreshing shower before going to the airport. We had a great time and definitely recommend Casa Fiore as a base to explore the beautiful sea of Southern Sardinia.

B&B immersed in the green countryside a few kilometers from Pula and close to the beaches of Nora and Chia. Well-kept two-room apartment both in furnishings and utensils, with air conditioning and external verandas. Guests can use beach towels, sun loungers, and parasol. Very well-kept outdoor spaces and garden with great attention to eco-sustainability. Excellent hospitality from the owners Fiorenza and Carlo, kind and available for every need, establishing a nice friendly relationship from the start. A great experience.

With my husband, we spent 8 days at the relaxing Casa Fiore. It is a small villa in the green with a beautiful garden in front and a large green space at the back (with a vegetable garden) and delicious fig trees! The two-room apartment that hosted us is very clean and comfortable! Fiorenza is very kind, as well as her husband, helpful and discreet. Fiorenza gave us detailed advice on the coves and beaches to visit, also based on the wind to help us appreciate those places even more! The house is in a strategic position to reach and visit the entire south coast of Sardinia. Last but not least, Fiorenza and her family live there in the house, so it is a security from all points of view!

We spent a very pleasant autumn weekend thanks to the friendliness and hospitality of Fiore who is discreet and attentive and provided us with tips and directions to the beaches. The property has a well-kept garden and a spacious terrace. The apartment is cozy and bright, equipped with utensils and books that are well suited for a family with teenagers and where you immediately feel at ease.

Un'oasi di pace e verde comodissima per visitare la città di Cagliari e le splendide spiagge di Pula, Chia e Teulada. Bellissimi gli spazi esterni e la possibilità di raccogliere frutta e verdura nell'orto e nel frutteto curatissimi. Molto comoda e ottima anche la cooperativa adiacente che vende prodotti locali e fa gastronomia.

Fiorenza simpaticissima e ti da un sacco d'informazioni utili per il soggiorno. La migliore incontrata nel nostro soggiorno in Sardegna. In più mette a disposizione, borsa frigo, spiaggine, ombrellone ecc. tutto molto utile molto apprezzato! La stanza è allo stesso tempo semplice e razionale: non manca niente.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Fiorenza nella meravigliosa Sardegna per una settimana. Il B&B Fiore merita voto 10 sotto ogni aspetto. Ospitalità, cortesia, pulizia e posizione. Un contesto tranquillo e riservato adatto ad ogni esigenza. Fiorenza è un'ottima padrona di casa, molto cordiale ed attenta. Ottimo per famiglie con bimbi e per chiunque voglia dedicarsi un periodo di relax. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati accolti davvero benissimo da Fiore e la sua famiglia. Dalla collazione ricca e varia alla pulizia e stato tutto perfetto. La casa ha intorno un giardino curato con orto e le camere sono molto tranquille e dispongono di un terrazzino privato che da sul giardino. L'arredamento é moderno e bello, i letti comodi e il bagno nuovo. Tutto sommato un soggiorno davvero gradevole!

È stato come sentirsi a casa. Semplicemente meraviglioso.

Es ist so großartig bei Fiere. Fantastisches Frühstück, Reinigung der Unterkunft alle 2 Tage (ein Luxus!), Fiores grandiose Hilfsbereitschaft und ihr Wissen, was den Wind betrifft..:) Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch und Englisch. Noch hinzuzufügen wäre, daß die Betten wahnsinnig gemütlich sind! Jetzt emotional: es war SO, SO schön bei ihr; die Sekunde, in der ich ankam, wußte ich, hier bin ich richtig. Ich habe es geliebt, auf meiner kleinen Privatterrasse zu sitzen und Italienisch zu lernen (ich habe in Pula einen Italienischkurs gemacht für 2 Wochen), oder im Garten auf den Liegestühlen zu liegen und zu lesen. Die Strände habe ich trotz 2-wöchigem Aufenthalt nicht alle ausprobieren können, aber viele; sie sind karibisch! Manche habe ich nur dank Fiore gefunden. Die Atmosphäre in ihrem B&B ist so gemütlich und entspannt und liebevoll, daß ich es nicht erwarten kann, zurückzukehren. 38 Sterne!

Ottimo B&B in una posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della Sardegna, indispensabili i consigli di Fiore che ogni mattina ci consigliava quale calette visitare in base al tempo e al vento che c'era. Carino, pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un'atmosfera davvero familiare. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

La proprietaria, avendole richiesto la cucina ci ha offerto un appartamento al vicino Pinus Village (tra Pula e Chia). Ci siamo stati 8 giorni (e notti) ai primi di luglio, l'appartamento è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione sul sito e veramente completo di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria, Fiorenza, è premurosa, gentilissima e simpatica, ma..non ci aveva detto che c'era pure la vista spettacolare della luna piena riflessa sul mare sottostante (che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare durante il Ns. soggiorno); impagabile stare sdraiati sui lettini all'aperto sino alle 3 di notte rimirandola come un quadro, accompagnati dalla brezza e dal rumore del mare. La spiaggia il mare e soprattutto le piccole calette (almeno 4) facilmente raggiungibili a nord ed a sud di essa sono veramente belli, tanto che quasi spiaceva ogni giorno partire per visitare quelle meravigliose della zona (in particolare Chia, Cala del morto, Tuarredda, IsArenas a Teulada su tutte). Grazie Fiorenza!
