What can I say, a beautiful place in absolute silence where you definitely relax and, moreover, in a historically rich area.

The structure is very characteristic, clean and with a beautiful view over the valley. The room where we stayed was perfect for two adults and a child, the bathroom essential but new and well organized, with many towels, clean and fragrant. We were greeted with kindness and warmth, we felt at home and will definitely return!

We spent a night at the pleasant B&B di Valle, nestled in the greenery of beautiful Umbria. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. Clean and welcoming room. Generous breakfast.

Excellent B&B a few kilometers from Gubbio. The manager, Mrs. Annalisa, is truly a splendid person. Capable of making guests feel at ease and ready to satisfy every need. The room where I stayed was sufficiently spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, warm despite the cold and rain, with a well-utilizable bathroom. For breakfast there are available: homemade jams (delicious), fruit, juices, milk, coffee, cakes, tarts, in short, there is everything. I asked for the possibility of a savoury breakfast, and I had eggs, ham, cheese. The lady also made sure to provide us with something to take for a packed breakfast for the girls. In short, I felt at home. I hope to return soon!

Very nice structure, welcoming and helpful owners. Large and warm rooms. We will come back.

Very welcoming and quiet B&B. Well heated, nothing is missing, there is also a kitchen, the renovated bathroom in the room with a shower with all the necessary accessories. Abundant breakfast. The children appreciated both a cake and croissants that the lady made us find, in addition to yogurt, milk, toast with butter and jam, microwave, bread warmer, etc. Everything excellent.

Fantastic welcome, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, enchanting place. A heartfelt thanks to Rita who knew how to pamper us, and to Mrs. Annalisa who managed to brake a B&B of great beauty. I recommend it.

We stayed at this B&B for a weekend and will definitely return. The structure, of historical value, is very welcoming and clean and enjoys a wonderful panorama. The room, spacious and comfortable, was arranged and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, but the stay would be worth it just for getting to know the owner: Anna Lisa. Exquisite person, interesting and cordial, with so many curiosities and knowledge about the history of the place (and not only) to be able to be a tourist guide; talking with her was a pleasure. Be sure to ask her for some information before your visit to Gubbio. Finally, the value for money is excellent.

Warm and welcoming, maximum availability from the owners, we will definitely come back with pleasure.

We stayed for one night at this splendid structure and were welcomed with kindness and care. Clean room with enchanting view, abundant and quality breakfast. Simply perfect.

The B&B di Valle comes highly recommended. From the location to the cleanliness and tasteful decor, to the delicious and abundant food and breakfast, everything was outstanding! Not to mention the hospitality of Anna-Lisa and Rita, who warmly take care of their guests! If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely book the B&B di Valle again.

For those traveling the Way of St. Francis, it is an excellent solution to break the stage. Spacious room, breakfast with homemade jams, and a garden to admire.

The structure is splendid and very comfortable. We were all four greeted with great courtesy. The rooms are new and well-kept. The owner was very kind and is a person of great culture: she told us several curiosities about the history of the place and it was very interesting. Highly recommended.

Beautiful structure on the hills 10 minutes from the center of Gubbio, with ample private parking 20 meters from the property. We stayed in the suite, which on the upper floor has a lovely room with 3 beds and a very large bathroom, while on the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with armchairs and TV. Beautiful view over the valley! Breakfast consisted of packaged products to comply with Covid regulations, but fresh croissants were served every morning. We didn't get to see AnnaLisa, but we were taken care of by Rita and everything was perfect.

From dream and rooms cared for with a spectacular view. Mrs. Annalisa is a wonderful hostess who knows how to pamper the customer and has been friendly, kind, and caring since our arrival. Absolutely positive experience!

I think it is difficult to ask for more. Mrs. Annalisa pampered and refreshed us with grace and wisdom. And all this even though it was the evening of a tiring day! Splendid location on the way. Recommended for pilgrims (like us) and not.

I stayed for one night at this B&B di Valle with my partner. The farmhouse, finely renovated, is located on a hill near Gubbio, with a wonderful view over the valley. Mrs. Annalisa has made this place unique thanks to the accurate research and selection of plants and flowers, with which she has enriched the gardens. Very refined furnishings in the room, equipped with everything necessary. Excellent and very abundant breakfast. Fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade jams, fresh bread and brioche, fruit juices. Mrs. Annalisa is an excellent hostess. Perfect experience!

This is such a lovely place with the kindest host! The dinner and breakfast were the best of our whole pilgrimage! At night there are even fireflies. I can absolutely recommend!

Stay too short to fully enjoy the beauty of the place. Five minutes from the center of Gubbio, a suggestive place, full of history and immersed in the Eugubian countryside. Breakfast (with fresh products) and cleanliness are the highlights of the structure: Mrs. Anna Lisa offers a truly unique service, with impeccable customer care from every point of view, always ready to meet every need: from tourist information, to requests on food or other. Experience to be repeated also in spring and summer, to appreciate the colors of the garden of Valle Castle and the surrounding lands.

The farmhouse is located above Gubbio in a truly beautiful panoramic position overlooking the valley below. Ours was a brand new apartment with a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, set on two floors connected by a narrow spiral staircase. For breakfast, there was no common room, but the very kind Mrs. Lisa set the table for us in the apartment at the time we preferred and brought us a tray of pastries and coffee. In the fridge we always had fresh milk, yogurt, butter, fruit juice, and homemade jams. In the kitchen on a small table there are always available a cake like a donut or tart, rusks, fresh fruit, the necessary to make tea or coffee, and water. Also much appreciated for an afternoon snack for our girls! We were welcomed with warmth and simplicity as if we were at home! Definitely magnificent even with snow or in spring.

Structure located along the way with optimal furnishings, extremely friendly welcome. The food tasted excellent after a long hike.

We felt extremely pampered in a suggestive and relaxing environment. Recommended!

Immersed in the green with a beautiful panorama. Very well-kept both the exterior and the interior, the room comfortable and well-furnished, the breakfast plentiful and excellent, the owner really friendly, familiar! I highly recommend it, even though it's a bit outside Gubbio it's definitely worth it, a few minutes and you're still in the center!

Gubbio and the Eugubine land, already in itself is a great thing! This B&B di Valle with its perched and quiet position is a little gem. To go back even in other seasons, maybe with a sprinkle of snow.

Si ha il piacere di vivere la storia grazie alla conservazione della torre di architettura romanica ed il pozzo presente dai tempi di Gesù. La padrona ha recuperato con dovizia accademica, grazie alla sua esperienza di architetto, tutta la struttura collocata non molto lontano da Gubbio, in cima ad una collina isolata e ricca di silenzio. Segnalo sempre l'ottima preparazione storica sul fasto della repubblica di Venezia e dei suoi dogi, sempre avendo come guida la signora di Valle.

Annalisa è una persona speciale. Gestisce con grande passione questo B&B e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili per ristoranti tipici, per trovare parcheggi comodi per la visita di Gubbio. Lo suggerirò a chiunque voglia alloggiare in quelle zone e se possibile ci tornerò. Unica nota meno positiva, la mancanza di aria condizionata.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte il 29.4.18 in quel luogo meraviglioso sospeso nel tempo, gestito dalla titolare, signora Annalisa, che ha ideato e realizzato anche il giardino, persona squisita alla quale mandiamo un saluto dalla Sardegna, location a pochi km da Gubbio, sulla strada Francigena, vivamente consigliato!

Posto incantevole, è sul cammino di San Francesco quindi molto comodo per i pellegrini. La signora Annalisa è a dir poco squisita di ottima compagnia ed è un pozzo di informazioni sulla storia di Gubbio. Molto piacevole ascoltarla cucina molto bene, non me ne sarei mai andato. Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato molto bene ad un prezzo molto contenuto. Grazie ancora Annalisa per la cordialità.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo Pasquale. Il posto è meraviglioso, le camere molto belle ed accoglienti. La Signora che gestisce la struttura è a dir poco gentilissima e cordiale. La colazione è abbondante e le torte da Lei preparate sono buonissime. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni come in famiglia. Grazie Sig. Annalisa ci rivedremo di sicuro.

Situato in un vecchio maniero del 1800 completamente in pietra. Bel panorama, stanze calde e confortevoli, cucina a ns. completa disposizione per ogni ns. esigenza; buona e abbondante colazione con torta casalinga e caldi croissant, Gentilissima la proprietaria che ha cercato in tutti i modi di rendere piacevole il ns. anche se breve soggiorno. Da provare.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti al b&b di Valle. La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde e nella pace delle colline intorno a Gubbio sul cammino di san Francesco. A noi piace stare un po' fuori dal centro, avendo la macchina per spostarci. Le stanze sono molto accoglienti e la signora Anna Lisa ci ha coccolato con le sue colazioni abbondanti e di qualità, fornendoci anche interessanti notizie sulla storia locale e non solo. Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione strategica sulle colline vicino a Gubbio, stupenda vista panoramica da tutte le finestre. La casa sembra quasi un piccolo castello. Pulitissimo e colazione ottima ed abbondante. Simpaticissima la signora Annalisa oltre che cordiale e disponibile. Da tornarci sicuramente!

Un posto splendido a pochi km da Gubbio. La padrona di casa è una persona meravigliosa che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio e prepara delle colazioni golosissime con prodotti freschi, marmellate e torte fatte in casa. La struttura è bellissima con stanze accoglienti e pulitissime. Consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare quelle zone di fermarsi da lei.

Struttura in collina con un panorama splendido sulla valle, a pochi km da Gubbio facilmente raggiungibile. Tranquillo e silenziosissimo, colazione super abbondante e gestore gentilissima e disponibile.

Ich habe mich im schönen Haus von annalisa sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Mittag und Abendessen war großartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön wunderschön, das Haus liegt direkt am Franziskusweg. Ein idealer Platz um sich zu erholen. Danke für alles Annalisa.

Con mio marito ci siamo trovati a Gubbio un martedì sera, senza aver prenotato alcuna struttura alberghiera, un po' all'avventura. Dopo una frettolosa ricerca sul web per trovare un posto per dormire, parlai con la cordialissima Sig. Lisa, che nonostante ci avesse informato di essere purtroppo fuori sede, pur di ospitarci e non lasciarci in difficoltà, ci ha fatto avere - tramite terza persona - le chiavi del suo B&B, lasciandoci praticamente a disposizione l'intera struttura, senza aver chiesto neanche le nostre credenziali. Io che ho viaggiato tantissimo, credo di non essermi mai imbattuta in cotanta gentilezza e capacità di ospitalità come la sua, anche e nonostante la distanza. Si è fidata di noi, e ci ha dato la sua casa senza minimamente temere che potessimo agire in cattiva fede. Dopo qualche difficoltà per trovare il B&B essendo già sera inoltrata, ad accoglierci un posto incantevole, pieno di fiori e di verde, camere colorate, confortevoli e accoglienti; il bagno pulitissimo, doccia ampia con porta in vetro, adeguati mobiletti per poter poggiare gli oggetti personali e una cesta in vimini disposta amabilmente accanto allo specchio con shampoo, balsamo e showergel/bagnodoccia. Tutto perfetto! Risveglio fantastico, silenzio e cinguettio degli uccelli, colazione gentilmente portata dalla Sig. Rita, con crostata, cornetti e tutto quello che si può sperare di mangiare al mattino. Ottima varietà! La Sig. Lisa il giorno seguente ci ha chiamati per sapere se era tutto come speravamo ed io le ho risposto molto di più di ciò che potevamo sperare. Mi sento di consigliare vivamente questa struttura per tutte queste motivazioni e approfitto per ringraziare la padrona di casa per la squisitezza con cui ci ha trattati! Avrò piacere, un giorno, di incontrarla personalmente.
