If you think that putting the photo of (Antonella and company) in Bed-and-Breakfast is marketing (from what I understood they are mother and daughter), the effect is exactly the opposite (I give it a 5). The real hero of the place is her father (at least that's how he presented himself). In that case, the photo should be of him. Because there is nothing more satisfying than being treated in a personal way and not so impersonal. It's clear that it's a business, but it's presented as something warm and welcoming, and for Americans, truth be told, it's worth its weight in gold. (He deserves a 10). On the other hand, I express that having a microwave and good internet adds tremendous value. We found internet a few blocks away from the place, so it was available in the area. It's understandable that there are requirements, but in the places we stayed (even in Rome) that was always provided. It may be a 'Sleep and eat' place, but a tea or coffee after a tiring day or warming up a piece of pizza is a blessing that doesn't necessarily have to be a topic of debate, (that deserves a 5). Another disappointing aspect was seeing photos of a breakfast in bed (well, it could be served in the kitchen, it's the same) when it should actually be taken in a café down the street, with a written order exchanged for a bread and a coffee. Beware, those of us who travel frequently know about these things, and if there's one thing that disappoints us, it's half-truths. Europeans may be used to certain things, but intercontinental tourism brings habits and customs that far exceed European austerity (I give that a generous 8). They can take the recommendations seriously or not, but many people will decide based on the truth whether 'Al Posto Giusto' is what they are looking for, or not, and not because we want to give it a bad reputation, as 80% of what you see is true but what you don't see is worth much more than a good view of "half-truth".

The answer from the host:
Buongiorno Signor Roberto,
