We felt at home. The property is very well-kept and welcoming. The location is a gem; the panorama is stunning and not easy to describe as it is 360 degrees. Lovely place with a splendid view of Pesaro. The room has all the comforts. The park is very well maintained, with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to the cold. The value for money is exceptional.

Beautiful 1700s Villa, impeccably cared for and maintained by the owners, very comfortable room with kitchenette and loft, delicious breakfast, prepared with homemade cakes and served in a beautiful ground floor room.

Amazing place.

A nice place for a nice holiday.

Unfortunately, no (restaurants) within walking distance. On the terrace of the tower room, the highway is unfortunately quite audible.

A fabulous stay at Il Pignocco Country House once again. We cannot recommend the accommodation, location, or hosts highly enough. It is a beautiful and wonderful experience every time we stay!

Incredible experience in a magnificent setting, the beautiful house overlooks a fabulous panorama with a sea view, and the pool among the olive trees is a haven of peace. We were very well received by Francesca, who recommended the best experiences/discoveries in the area.

I stayed in the two-room apartment and I had a great time, the property is immersed in a well-kept park, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the city of Pesaro. The staff is very kind and I will definitely come back. Recommended!

Il Pignocco Country House is the ideal place to enjoy the absolute relaxation of the hills of Pesaro. It is located in a strategic position not far from the sea and ancient medieval villages, offering a wide range of opportunities to discover the province of Pesaro-Urbino by bike, by car or on foot. The B&B is suitable for families, couples, and solo travelers. Anna and Francesca welcome you with their kindness and attention to the customer. The spacious and well-equipped apartments have been completely renovated in absolute harmony with the medieval style. Absolutely recommended! Serena.

We stayed in the Feronia suite, a very unique location spread over 4 floors of a turret connected by a spiral staircase: on the first floor the small kitchen also equipped with a kettle with tea and herbal teas available, on the second floor the wardrobe and the bathroom with the whirlpool tub, on the third floor the bedroom with all the glass walls, on the fourth floor the solarium terrace. Although not particularly comfortable due to the many steps, it is certainly and absolutely fascinating: being able to admire the moon lying on the comfortable mattress, waking up to the chirping of birds or enjoying the stars on the solarium rocked by the breeze is truly rewarding, a unique and regenerating experience. The presentation on the website is truthful: “Uniqueness and originality characterize this room, where you sleep up there in the sky, among the stars and the clouds”. You feel suspended in the middle of nature. Impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to Anna and Francesca for making us experience this wonderful stay!

Lovely location on the hills of Pesaro, surrounded by a beautiful park and ancient olive trees. The property retains all the charm of the past, but at the same time is equipped with all the comforts that modern technology offers. The owners are very kind and helpful. We really appreciated the silence, the peace, the hospitality, and our room, a large apartment, beautifully furnished. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful and tasteful structure, very helpful and welcoming staff, good Italian breakfast with some artisanal products. Very clean premises and wonderful park, with a pool among the olive trees and panoramic view. Great place also for our four-legged friends.

Great place for a relaxing family vacation.

Wonderful surroundings, lovely host and a top-class service for breakfast, cleanliness, a spectacular swimming pool surrounded by olive trees... not to mention a breathtaking view from our exclusive tower suite. It almost seemed unreal at times. What I also greatly appreciate (also having a little kid myself) is the approach based on genuineness, sustainability, and preservation of the territory. Fantastic!

Beautiful location, at the top of a hill overlooking Pesaro and the sea, at the same time convenient to the underlying highway and isolated from other buildings. Panoramic view 360°. Huge and well-kept park, with a small garden between the main house and the small chapel next to it. The structure is an old summer house with a renovated barn, once owned by a noble family, the rooms (we were 10, we occupied 5) are located both in the main building and in the barn, have independent access from the outside and are simply but tastefully furnished. Each one is equipped with a kitchenette or fireplaces to make a coffee. Breakfast is in the main house, where one of the 2 sisters who manage the structure lives. Homemade cakes, muffins and cookies, but also cold cuts, cheeses and cereals, all in a large room with a big table and an area with armchairs and a sofa, where to plan the excursions. Everything very right, familiar and friendly. The managers are very courteous, never intrusive but always present, we asked them where to dine in the 2 days we were guests, and we were very satisfied with their recommendations. Thanks to them, in addition to seeing Urbino, Gradara and the park of Monte San Bartolo (the scenic spot where Vale46 trained as a boy), we discovered Montefabbri, a very nice little village. I think it's needless to say that I recommend it!

Structure kept very well, attention to details, excellent assistance from the managers.

Very nice, convenient location to reach, close to Pesaro and other points of interest, beautiful and well-kept structure, kindness and courtesy. This time a short stop, but we will be back!

Struttura incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Feronia, una meraviglia. Ottima la colazione e le proprietarie sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Notevole la posizione della struttura, camera molto confortevole e silenziosa, il tutto nel contesto di una dimora di sicuro fascino. Gestione cortese, disponibile ed efficiente. Da tenere a mente se ci si trova in zona, anche alla luce delle tariffe molto convenienti.

Ottima struttura, posto riservato, ok per l'accoglienza ai nostri amici a 4 zampe.

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, nel verde silenziosa e con un bel panorama. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati anche nei dettagli, la colazione abbondante Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Una struttura eccellente, che ti fa fermare il tempo, camere pulitissime e funzionali, le proprietarie sono sempre pronte per qls cosa o informazione, e danno molti consigli su come conviene muoversi, una colazione abbondante e location di altri tempi, molto affascinante..

Grande affascinante casale oggetto di attento recupero, grandi spazi esterni curati, camera adeguata, ottima l’accoglienza anche per il mio cane.

Siamo stati benissimo al Pignocco Country House, soprattutto per l'atmosfera rilassata e la cordialità di tutta la famiglia. Molto apprezzato l'angolo cucina ben attrezzato in camera e il silenzio riposante sia di giorno che di notte. Sicuramente torneremo!

Luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. A pochi minuti dal mare e da Pesaro, è anche un'ottima base di partenza per escursioni nell'entroterra. Accoglienza e servizi impeccabili e amichevoli.

Splendida struttura immersa nella natura con vista mare e collina. Nella suite sembra di essere all’interno di quadro. Anche i nostri gatti si sono divertiti su e giù per le scale a chiocciola.

Ottima struttura, i proprietari sempre presenti e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Un panorama mozzafiato che regala "spunti" a architetti paesaggisti. Torneremo a ritemprarci e ad abbracciare la famiglia del Pignocco.

Ottimo locale curato nei minimi particolari. Vista molto suggestiva su Pesaro e sul mare. Bella camera, pulita, con un bel bagno ed il riscaldamento efficiente. Una stanza che si può definire una bomboniera. I titolari gentili ed capaci. Nonostante il ritardo per colpa nostra ci hanno comunque fornito una colazione di gran livello. Un locale da non mancare per fare base su Pesaro e circondario.

Ottima struttura. Assolutamente da consigliare.
