The landlord was very kind and helpful from the beginning, the location makes it perfect to reach the center and the most interesting attractions. The room lacked absolutely nothing, there was everything needed. A bit noisy area, the only flaw.

The structure is very well organized! The manager is super nice and very organized. Nothing is left to chance. A few touch-ups to the bathroom, but otherwise very good. Andrea, remember to change the batteries in the air conditioning remote control! And maybe add a few more fruits, but for the price, it's really all ok. Really strategic location. Functional elevator. If I really have to find a flaw, it would be to add the possibility of having a decaffeinated coffee.

Perfect location. Nice hosts. We had a very pleasant time in Rome.

Great location, very close to the Re di Roma metro stop. Cleaning ok, bathroom to be reviewed. However, it is too noisy, it needs to be isolated a bit because the room faces the Appia Nuova which is busy at all times. No breakfast, left yogurt and milk out of the fridge and honestly never used.

Very nice accommodations and equal to the description given by the manager, the breakfast is limited but in line with Covid rules. Convenient access to the subway. The accommodations are on the seventh floor with an elevator.

Kind and helpful managers, but the service is a bit poor. The shower is very small and the water dispenser is full of limescale, making it a challenge to shower. Additionally, the bidet is missing, not specified. Cleaning and services provided need improvement.

Nothing to say about the rooms and the location, not far from the center and close to the subway station. Unfortunately, we are disappointed by the owner's welcome and the breakfast that absolutely did not reflect what was described on the website.

Accoglienza soddisfacente, cordiale piacevole una vacanza buona.

Ottima struttura, logisticamente collocata vicino a fermata metro. Gestore cordialissimo e molto disponibile; stanza ampia e luminosa, ottima la pulizia e tranquillo il quartiere, vicino a ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati e negozi vari.

Posto accogliente, pulito, facilmente raggiungibile, con metro vicina e personale ospitale. Consigliato.

Ho alloggiato 2 settimane nel B&B e posso dire che è stato tutto molto positivo. Staff accogliente e professionale, ottima posizione della struttura, ottima pulizia, tutto al giusto prezzo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione, non lontana da San Giovanni Laterano e dal Colosseo, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. I proprietari sono molto gentili, ci hanno consigliato anche dove poter pranzare e cenare bene. Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose, luminose ed arieggiate! Consiglio questo B&B a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare la capitale!

Hi, Great experience in "My Sunrise in Rome" B&B. Super helpful and nice owner, the room was clean and very spacious. Simple but very nice. The location was very convenient, close to Re di Roma metro station (5 min walking). The area is not beautiful (more on the other side of the spectrum), but it's totally safe and as said, very conveniently close to the metro station. Quality-price relation was superb. I totally recommend this accommodation!

Eccellente l'accoglienza, ambiente molto familiare e struttura molto pulita. Sicuramente da tenere presente per un futuro soggiorno a Roma.

Questo B&B è davvero un piccolo gioiello! Molto pulito, curato, in buona posizione (vicino alla metro, fermata Re di Roma), ma l'aspetto in assoluto più piacevole è il gestore, Ashraf, estremamente cortese, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare buoni suggerimenti e consigli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
