Very close to "Regina Elena" Hospital. The place is welcoming with a well-kept garden. Commendable is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the b&b, making the guest feel at home.

Excellent location, situated in a very quiet residential area but excellently connected by bus to the main business areas of the capital: EUR, Ostiense, airport, and GRA. The traditional interior decor makes you feel comfort and hospitality care as a priority. The host is very friendly and caring. It's a bit like being at home, not in a hotel. Excellent cleanliness and room tidying, managed daily.

Great property south of Rome, near the bus stop to go downtown. There is a bar where you can also have lunch and dinner right in front of the property. Parking available. The apartment is dated but very clean and well maintained. Mrs. Letizia is very kind.

I stayed here for one night, I needed to take an important competition in Rome. The premises were all neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is quiet and I was able to study in peace to prepare for this exam. Moreover, the quality/price ratio is the best I have found so far. Above all, I was struck by the kindness, professionalism, and availability of Mrs. Letizia and her husband. Finding myself randomly stuck with the car due to the drained battery, they both came to my aid promptly and effectively, restarting the car's battery and helping me in a moment of great anxiety. Furthermore, even after check-out had been done, Mrs. Letizia also agreed to let me stay a few more hours waiting for the exam time, to use the living room table to continue studying. She was of a unique kindness and I sincerely thank her. I will definitely come back!

Simply fantastic stay. But what matters most is the kindness of the host. He welcomed me with great grace and manner.

Very kind owner, quiet place. I could not have breakfast due to a sudden departure in the middle of the night due to family problems. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent value for money.

A clean and well-equipped location (gas stove, microwave oven, washing machine in the kitchen), a beautiful terrace. Bus stops 706 and 705 are just a few steps away so you can reach EUR Fermi from where you can take metro B.

Sentirsi a casa è dire poco in un ambiente molto accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere lunghi o brevi periodi. Posizionato in un punto strategico per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti il G.R.A. e altri punti d’interesse, il B&B gode di assoluta tranquillità, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi non ama essere a stretto contatto con il caos cittadino. La signora Letizia è veramente una persona tanto cordiale quanto disponibile e accogliente, attenta a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole presso la sua bella struttura. Pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi, stanze spaziose, colazione abbondante, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, contribuiscono a far sì che la permanenza sia proprio indimenticabile. Consigliato vivamente.

Struttura molto carina stile anni 80, immersa nel verde e nonostante vicino la statale Pontina risulta molto silenziosa. La signora Letizia molto gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Pulizia ottima ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente ritornerò, per me è una soluzione ottimale.

Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia per un periodo molto breve. Nel mio caso situata strategicamente all'Istituto Regina Elena IFO raggiungibile a piedi. Letizia, gentilissima, ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua, sempre disponibile. Tutto quello che serve a portata di mano, il verde della terrazzino, la pace, ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Il bed and breakfast e vicinissimo all’ospedale Regina Elena, quindi si può andare anche a piedi, è un posto pulitissimo. L’attenzione per gli ospiti e di primo livello A differenza di altri bed and breakfast si può usare la lavatrice e la stufa a gas; è un posto ideale per soggiornare. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato con una collega per un corso di aggiornamento presso l'ospedale Regina Elena, che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di dieci minuti. Il posto è veramente carino, molto verde, la proprietaria estremamente cortese e disponibile il prezzo nella media. La colazione viene servita abbondante ed all'ora che si preferisce, gli interni sono vene arredati, la pulizia impeccabile. Oltre all'uso della cucina, c'è per chi non ha voglia di cucinare la possibilità di mangiare in un bar/ tavola calda di fronte al B&B che consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo sicuramente.
