Great value for money. Furniture not brand new but well maintained. It has a kitchen, microwave, small fridge, and toaster. Very convenient self check-in access. I was pleasantly surprised that they redid the room in the morning even though it's an apartment. Next to the emergency room, 3 minutes walk from the bus stop and a supermarket. 15 minutes walk from the city center.

Very convenient and efficient. I will come back to use this structure.

Nice structure, to recommend.

Room with private bathroom, very clean and functional. There is a fridge in the room, useful for the stay. I appreciated the automated check-in with a code that allows for self-entry. Negative note: the absence of bathroom products, just the necessary for one evening would be enough to make the service more welcoming. Convenient location to reach Sant'Orsola Hospital, a bit less convenient for the city center (about 30 minutes on foot).

Overall, B&B Una Camera is an excellent property for a holiday. It seems to be very new and extremely clean. The facilities are excellent, although I noted that the plugs in the wash basin and bidet need attention as neither retained water properly. This was a minor inconvenience. The lady responsible for cleaning does a thorough job, and I found her to be friendly, polite, and helpful. I would suggest mentioning on your website the type L plug sockets for visitors from the UK so that they can consider the appropriate adaptors to bring with them. Cafés and bars are plentiful in Via Albertoni and offer excellent value. I certainly enjoyed my time in Bologna.

Huge, comfortable room with everything you need, including a small fridge and kettle with tea. TV, air conditioning. Convenient automatic check-in and perfect communication. A few hundred meters from the center on foot.

The B&B Una Camera is located on the third floor of a very cozy building in a quiet, peaceful, and elegant area. The room is large, spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts, there is also a small balcony overlooking an internal garden. The bathroom in the room is very comfortable, the shower is really very large. There is no breakfast service but there is a great bar just 1 minute walk from B&B Una Camera. The owner is very friendly and kind, always available for any need. The property is only a 15-minute walk from the historic center, it is undoubtedly the ideal solution for a vacation in Bologna. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Large and clean room, very comfortable. Big bathroom. Perfect location to reach the city center in a pleasant 15-minute walk. Everything is perfect. I would recommend it.

During the reservation, it was explicitly stated that no deposit would be required. However, after the booking confirmation, a 50% deposit was immediately requested. This already puzzled us. In the future, the payment method should be clearly indicated to inform guests in advance whether a deposit is required or not. We were greeted very warmly (!) by room service, but not by Claudia as announced in the reservation. Where was Claudia? Best regards.

The room is very well maintained, clean and well-kept: the owner is very kind and helpful, very precise. For me who booked it to visit Bologna, maybe it's not the most convenient because it's not too central, but in the end with a nice walk we reached all the highlights of the city. I think it's excellent for those who need to stay near the hospital, which is right nearby. Excellent value for money.

This is one of those reviews where honestly there is nothing to say except that everything was perfect. New structure, very well maintained, equipped with all comforts, with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The check-in management is completely automatic, ensuring maximum flexibility for guests. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center, but a couple of minutes away there is a stop where you can take public transport. An absolutely excellent solution for those who want to spend a few days in Bologna. The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is that my double room had beds with 2 separate mattresses, but in reality it can be a plus for those who prefer it to a double bed. I recommend this B&B without any hesitation.

Excellent room in a very strategic location in the city. The city center is easily reachable on foot, allowing you to admire the beauties of Bologna at their best. Clean room, tidy and with all the necessary amenities, recommended!

Very welcoming structure, just like the owner who was kind and helpful on every occasion. It is in a very convenient location, absolutely not far from the center. Fridge in the room very useful, too bad for the lack of a microwave, it would have been very helpful. Upon my arrival, I found the room clean and welcoming. The price is very competitive. It was a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back.

Spacious and large room, I forgot the keys in the room and the owners were very kind. The area is not only convenient but also beautiful, the bus stop to reach the center is a few steps away. I was sorry to leave the property after only two days. Satisfied, for all this the price is more than excellent!

The owner, Mrs. Claudia, is very friendly, made me feel at home. The room is perfect and clean (it's remade every morning). It is located inside a luxurious condominium in one of the most elegant areas of Bologna, just a few steps from the center (I know Bologna well as I was born and lived there until 10 years ago).

Very pleasant stay. Host available and attentive to guests' needs, prompt in communications. Room equipped with every comfort, all clean and tidy. A bit inconvenient the blinds system, but it does not detract from the quality of the stay. Convenient structure, from which it is easy to reach the city center, even on foot with a nice walk. A pity that breakfast is missing, it would have been truly perfect. Absolutely recommended!

Very spacious and clean room, equipped with air conditioning which is very useful in the Bolognese summers! Close to the center.

For the price of a night you get a fully equipped flat with a bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, large mirror wardrobe, a set of towels and A/C. Walking distance to the city centre, very close to Mazzini train station. Very nice stay, I recommend :).

The 'B&B Una Camera' is located about a 15-minute walk from the center, close to the main bus lines and supermarkets. The room is very clean, spacious, and pleasant. The only downside is that the manager speaks only Italian, but in the end, you manage to make yourself understood.

Clean rooms, excellent welcome from Mrs. Claudia. 2 flaws: lack of a bottle of water in the fridge and lack of shower gel in the bathroom.

Comparable to a hotel room, comfortable bed, well-heated, clean and equipped with necessary comforts. I will return soon.

I put 10 because there is no higher number. After 15 years of traveling, unfortunately due to health reasons, it's the best place I've ever stayed in Bologna. The availability, education, and cleanliness are commendable, not to mention that it's literally next to Sant'Orsola Hospital and a short walk from the city center with everything you may need in the immediate vicinity. Thank you.

We stayed for 6 nights in a double room. The welcome was perfect: timing, location, kind and discreet manager. The cleanliness was impeccable and daily. The structure is new and complete in details, with modern furniture, new TV, minibar, lighting, and soundproofing. The location is perfect for those who need to use the Sant'Orsola hospital, not in the center but well connected (bus stop a few steps from the structure). Nearby there are bars, shops, etc. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I would definitely go back.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura B&B Una Camera per recarmi al policlinico sant'Orsola, ho trovato la struttura vicinissima e comoda per le mie esigenze, camera pulita e confortevole, gestore disponibile e cortese. La consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla per 4 notti. La stanza era molto ampia, confortevole e ben riscaldata. Gli arredi sono essenziali e in ottime condizioni, con scrivania, frigo, biancheria, phon e tv. È molto vicino all'ospedale e ben collegato col centro anche con i mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo non è compresa la colazione, ma nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un Carrefour express e vari bar. La camera non è mai stata rassettata e questo ci ha creato qualche disagio.

Ottimo in generale. Nulla di negativo da segnalare. Complimenti per la pulizia. In strutture del genere non è facile trovarla.

Ottima posizione, a 10 metri dal nuovo pronto soccorso del Sant'Orsola. A 50 mt c'è un parcheggio a 6 euro giornaliero. Il centro dista circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Comodo essenziale pulito e soprattutto vicinissimo al Policlinico S. Orsola per chi come me aveva familiari degenti.

Very modern, clean place. Window cannot be opened because there is an on-going noise from the ventilation of the parking garage. In winter this ist OK, but in summer I don't know.
