The apartment is very comfortable in a strategic location right behind the beautiful Lungomare del Poetto. The bus stop is very close, as is the supermarket. Very clean and welcoming, equipped with everything needed for a beach holiday, Marco was super quick and efficient in communications. I definitely recommend this property because it is truly strategic and the bathroom, modern and renovated in Sardinian style, has a SPACE shower: the best I have ever seen. It was 4 wonderful days, I hope to return soon to Cagliari and to Poetto at Marco's.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just a few steps from Poetto beach and very close to Marino hospital, it is in a quiet and peaceful location. Marco proved to be a helpful and courteous host. Recommended!

Very convenient location in front of the Poetto beach and central to the beautiful beaches of Costa Rei and the Teulada area, as well as to the center of Cagliari.

The facility is welcoming and complete with all the comforts! From the hairdryer to the washing machine to the iron! The owner is very helpful for any information. It is very close to the sea, just cross the street. We stayed for a few days, but if we were to return, I would definitely call it back. I highly recommend it, especially for those with children, as it is really convenient and has been renovated. The only flaw is the sunbeds, really uncomfortable, as they are large.

Nice place, we were in the little apartment around the corner and despite the heat, there was always a nice breeze there; very kind owners and attentive to needs; great location, cross the street and you're on Poetto beach! And behind there's a long and wonderful cycle path! The days simply flew by, a heartfelt thank you for the lovely holiday!

Very beautiful house, tastefully furnished, warm and welcoming. Upon our arrival, the house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. The owner welcomed us very kindly and provided us with all the necessary information on transportation and places to visit. The location is magnificent, literally steps away from the sea and the stunning Poetto beach. In summer, it must be wonderful to be able to move around without ever moving the car. The bus stop is also 100 meters from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it's also suitable for those with mobility issues. Thank you for everything Marco, we hope to be able to come back sooner or later.

We do not know which other apartment those who have given a positive review have rented, certainly not the one that was assigned to us: we were on the raised ground floor of number 79, a real mess. Apart from being poorly maintained, obsolete and lacking even in the most essential equipment, it was dirty and we had to fight with cockroaches and insects of all kinds. In particular, encrusted dishes, drawers full of dust in the furniture as well as in the refrigerator. The courtyard was impracticable (we had to wash the laundry to be able to use it, the barbecue was unusable - full of rust and encrusted from last century, as well as the table and chairs outside, the kitchen hood with "stalactites" of dust and grease hanging on the burners, a layer of dust on the chandeliers. Toilets better left unspoken. The cushion on the sofa was dirty to scare!) At the delivery of the accommodation, there was no electricity and we could not check well what was listed above. We have a large "photo service" of all this. In addition, upon our arrival, we were surprised by a construction site adjacent to the house, a circumstance not reported to us at the time of booking. We, thanks to the support of relatives in Cagliari and Olia, spent several days outside this unhealthy "apartment", and, therefore, WE DID NOT LOSE OUR SMILE. Finally, I would like to remind you that we are still waiting for the receipt of the cash payment made upon our arrival and repeatedly requested. Deeply disappointed, we bid you farewell. We are a family with 2 children aged 5 and 3 who spent their holidays in Cagliari at the Apartment on Poetto Beach in the first 2 weeks of September. More than happy experience. We were very happy with everything: clean, a stone's throw from the sea, comfortable and spacious enough. Complete with dishes and linen, 2 LCD televisions. Public transport stop at 50m. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. Courtesy and availability. Experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

Very well located apartment a few meters from Poetto beach, friendly and helpful owners, I didn't see the other apartment, but the brown one is old and poorly maintained, cleanliness is lacking, I chose it for its proximity to Marino Hospital and the excellent reviews, but I was deeply disappointed, too bad, it could be a gem if taken care of.

I stayed for a week at the Beachfront Apartment on Poetto Beach and I had a great time. The house had everything I needed, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking, having breakfast, washing machine and outdoor clothesline, a small living room with a table, a sofa, and a TV, bathroom with a shower. Master bedroom with spacious wardrobes. An additional room with two bunk beds. Outdoor courtyard with clothesline and barbecue. The location was very convenient, on the Poetto Promenade, 50 meters from the beach and the respective cycle-pedestrian path, perfect for me to go running or for a walk. An ideal location to enjoy the sea during the summer season that extends until October in Sardinia. Touristic area with many places to eat or have an aperitif, beach kiosks. Stunning views of the sea and the Sella del Diavolo.

All good. Highly recommended. Worth coming back.

Excellent facility. Practically on the Beach Apartment del Poetto and very friendly owners. Cleanliness and kindness, proximity to the market and the bus. The beach is in front. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment suitable for two up to 4 people, very convenient location for those without a car but also for those who want a strategic position to visit this wonderful part of Sardinia, equipped with air conditioning. Mr. Marco is a very kind and precise person.

Kind and precise owner, tidy house with everything you need, cool thanks to the air conditioning, a stone's throw from the sea and the long promenade of Poetto, quiet and convenient to the city center by bus.
