The managers are friendly and willing to meet the guests' needs. The structure is well maintained and very clean. Abundant and good breakfast.

We had a warm welcome by the kind host during our bicycle holiday. Everything was very clean! Fantastic breakfast with fresh sandwiches, coffee, juice and cake, we also took some for on the go!

Even those who are just passing through on holiday like us, and therefore causing the guesthouse operators quite a bit of effort and work, are first warmly welcomed at La Villa and have the feeling of being enchanted for a night by both the living atmosphere and the views of the countryside around Amelia. Such hospitality and attention to detail are rarely found in an accommodation. The breakfast is excellent. We thank Fiorella and her mother and sister for their hospitality. It is with gratitude that we thank Mrs. Fiorella and her lovely mother, for welcoming us as guests in their B&B 'La Villa' in Amelia (TR). A beautiful welcoming structure, clean with antique furniture. It feels like entering and living in a fairy tale. We cannot forget the breakfast served lovingly by the ladies: abundant, superb with coffee, milk, homemade jams, sweets, juices, sandwiches filled with products from the family farm, all well banished and carefully curated in every detail. A structure we recommend if you decide to spend a few days in the ancient village of Amelia among the hills, the woods, and the silence also of the nearby town of Porchiano. The two managers of the bed and breakfast at the gates of Amelia know how to make the stay very pleasant thanks to their kindness, the perfect cleanliness of the room and the attention to every detail, starting from the rich breakfasts cooked on the spot. A great stay, in a very convenient location between Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany.

We stayed in a beautiful room styled where the cleanliness was impeccable and the bed very comfortable. Excellent and abundant delicacies for breakfast in the garden, all well taken care of in the smallest details that made the difference. We felt pampered! Excellent hospitality that made us feel at home.

Fiorella and mother Egle: two exquisite people, hospitality is in their blood. La Villa: very welcoming, reality far exceeds the published photos. Breakfast: outdoors under the gazebo; sweet, savory, fruit: for a few days you can say goodbye to the diet. Golfredo's cold cuts: products for food lovers; we haven't tried the cheeses yet. All surrounded by villages, art cities, landscapes, and the Marmoredella waterfall in lower Umbria (excuse the term) that is all to be seen and enjoyed calmly.

Camere perfette, tenute benissimo, la proprietaria compresa la servitù sono di una gentilezza squisita. La struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla, è provvista di una piscina con tanto di sdraio e ombrelloni, è abbastanza sicura. Diciamo che il tutto merita il massimo della considerazione.

Il B&B è situato a circa 900 metri dal centro di Amelia (una passeggiata). È una villetta arredata con gusto in stile e ogni minimo particolare è curato nel dettaglio. Gentilissime e disponibilissime madre e figlia che vi accolgono e vi fanno sentire come a casa. La colazione è molto abbondante e completa in tutto. Con tanto di marmellate e dolci fatti in casa. Anche il tavolo della colazione è allestito con gusto! Se avete la nostra stessa fortuna di poter fare la colazione in giardino..sarà una piacevolissima esperienza! Non perdetevelo! Un saluto allo staff dalla "coppia di motociclisti".

Soggiornare al Bed and Breakfast "La villa" di Amelia, significa fermarsi fisicamente a riposare allora puoi cominciare a spaziare con i pensieri mentre si gusta una buonissima colazione, abbondante e ben curata che si fa nel giardino sembra entrare in una fiaba quando ti siedi al tavolo nel gazebo di ferro battuto. Anche le camere con i ricami, i merletti fatti con le loro mani, come una volta sono ben curate e fresche da Fiorella e da Egle.

Pace serenità cortesia colazione ricca camere fresche ben tenute Egle Fiorella ottime un Italia che non c'è più fatta di lavoro e cortesia ci ritorno anche perché ora ho due amiche massimo.

Ho alloggiato con la famiglia e il mio fidanzato in questo meraviglioso B&B per un matrimonio che si sarebbe svolto nelle vicinanze. La struttura è nuova e accogliente appena vi entri. Ognuna delle camere è arredata con cura e con molta attenzione per ogni dettaglio, dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione che ci è stata preparata è stata unica, ricca, abbondante e variegata. Per non parlare dell'ospitalità della signora Fiorella e della mamma gentili e cordiali, da come ci hanno accolto a colazione fino a quando siamo ripartiti.

Colazione super abbondante frutta fresca e torte fatte in casa! Camera spaziosa e ben arredata, biancheria con ricami meravigliosi e per completare il piacevole soggiorno la gentilezza di Fiorella e della sua mamma. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato in agosto con la mia famiglia in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulizia massima degli spazi, disponibilità e ottima accoglienza da parte dei gestori. La struttura si trova a circa 10 minuti di tranquilla camminata dal centro di Amelia. Da rimarcare l'abbondante e golosa colazione servita su una tavola finemente apparecchiata. Se torneremo da queste parti ripasseremo sicuramente da qui.

Cara Fiorella, sono veramente rammaricato che oggi ho dovuto lasciare la "pace" che ho trovato nel tuo "Regno". Si, potrai sempre ricordare che proprio in questo tuo "castello dorato" ho ultimato di scrivere il mio ultimo libro, "HOTEL NIAGARA", dedicato agli Etruschi, per i quali, nella pace delle tue camere ho potuto descrivere quei momenti di storia vera Paranormale vissuta nel lontano 1992. Solo nel tuo habitat ho potuto esternare la mia più fervida fantasia da Scrittore-Giornalista. Grazie, all’accoglienza, tua e della tua Gentilissima mamma, ho potuto dedicarmi allo scrivere, supportato dalla vostra esilarante presenza, per avermi accudito con amore. Fiorella, mia cara e dolce amica, mi auguro solo di potere tornare al più presto, per potermi beare della vostra profonda amicizia dimostrata, facendomi sentire a mio proprio agio! Grazie. La passione per l’ospitalità traspare da ogni angolo della casa, dalla cordialità con cui vengono accolti gli ospiti, alla cura riservata alla colazione. Punti di forza sono: la colazione, servita con prodotti freschissimi locali e di produzione propria, la pulizia estrema. Da rilevare anche la comodità dei letti comodi, l’ampio terrazzo panoramico. La casa si trova a soli 5 minuti di cammino dal paese ed è dotata di parcheggio.

Ottima la posizione (circa 400 metri dal centro del paese di Amelia) e la disponibilità della signora Fiorella e della madre. Ti senti coccolato in tutto il soggiorno. E la colazione è veramente il punto forte. Tutto fatto in casa, in modo magistrale. Ho scelto veramente bene. Da tornarci.
