The experience was terrible. The cleanliness was non-existent; we found hairs in the bathroom, both in the toilet and on the shelf and in the sink. We were forced to buy something to disinfect and clean, as having a small child, I certainly wouldn't have washed him there. Also, the TV didn't work.\n\nThe only positive note is the location. However, this also turned out negative due to the premises below playing music until 3 in the morning.

Great location, excellent soundproofing, and very comfortable bed.

The property was adequate, but nothing to rave about. It didn’t look much like the pictures. We never met or spoke with the host. It was pretty clean, but a suitcase placed under the bed was dusty when removed.

I liked this property because of the charm of the building.

Lively and central location above bars and restaurants. Perfectly located for boarding a cruise as the train station and port are both easily accessed on foot.

My stay at B&B Piazza Fratti was not exactly what I expected. Although the building is old and the interior has been renovated, I found my room impersonal and not very welcoming. The towels were threadbare and there was no plug for the washbasin. There was no mention of having to share the kitchenette, and I was most surprised to leave my room and find strangers outside. There was only one glass and two mugs in the kitchen, and a mixture of other implements that were no use, as I was told we were not permitted to cook there. The breakfast voucher was not provided for the first morning (2 January). Benilde was very apologetic, and then gave me two vouchers for breakfast, which was no use, as I was leaving the next day, so I had to pay for my second breakfast. The wall between the two rooms is very thin and I could hear the television as well as the other guests talking. Only when I knocked on the wall at about 1 a. m. did they quieten down and I could sleep. Overall, although the unit is well priced and also very well-situated, I would not book there again.

Negative points are: the mattresses were too soft and the breakfast, recommended by the manager, did not have a choice for croissants, we had to change the initial choice 2 times.

Everything is ok. Great location.

My host gave me detailed information about the access to the room. The room was very clean and neat. There was everything we needed. Last of all, my host kindly supported me with quick answers with full of consideration, so I could get just what I needed. I will definitely recommend B&B Piazza Fratti to my friends.

Congratulations on the bed, it's very soft. I recommend adding a larger trash can compared to the one in the bathroom, which is small. Who knows, maybe next time.

Non ho soggiornato nella struttura perché mia madre che ha effettuato la prenotazione per me ha sbagliato il giorno del mio arrivo e quindi non ho trovato posto la sera del mio soggiorno Posso però dare un ottima valutazione sulla correttezza del gestore al quale mia madre si è rivolta per cambiare la prenotazione, verificato che non c'era possibilità per il giorno del mio arrivo ha annullato la prenotazione senza nessun costo ed ha provveduto immediatamente a restituire il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno tramite bonifico immediato senza costi per me. Sicuramente tornerò da lui se capitero a Civitavecchia. GRAZIEEEE Alessio Zoccali

We have stayed here 3 times in the past. We were extremely pleased with everything. Good value for the price.

Great place for its cost. Great location of you need to be close to the port or train station. We had a nice walk along the seaside in the morning. It is a BB as said. You might not see anybody but you are perfectly served. There are two set of steps before you get your room. We highly recommed this place.

Organizzati bene, sicuramente i miei genitori ritorneranno.

Sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad von unserem Zimmer war im Flur separat, bei einem kurztrip vollkommen ok. Benilde war super nett und flexibel, die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Parkplätze sind die öffentlichen zu benutzen, gegen Gebühr findet man immer einen.

Bellissima location in posizione perfetta per chi deve utilizzare i servizi portuali. Unico neo, la convenzione che la struttura ha fatto con un bar per la colazione. Veramente pessimo sia come prodotti che come servizio. Consiglio ai gestori del B&B di provvedere.

We stayed here after finishing our cruise. The B&B is located in a quiet square and is easy to find. It is also not far from the train station so that it is easy to go to Rome as well as the airport. The host is very nice too.

Todo bien, relación calidad precio bien, limpio con toallas y dispensador de gel en el baño. Benilde encantadora y atenta.

Ottimo B&B situato a pochi passi da uno degli ingressi del porto, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari a pochissimi passi, ristoranti bar tabaccherie etc.

Purtroppo c'è stato un disguido, all'arrivo nonostante le indicazioni (ottime) su come entrare nelle camere le chiavi per aprire non erano nel posto indicato. Ho dovuto telefonare al gestore.

Lo incómodo es encontrar la dirección, por todo lo demás excelente.

Situato in una piazzetta in pieno centro a Civitavecchia, questo B&B è davvero ottimo per la sua posizione vicino al porto, bar, ristoranti e attività commerciali. Accogliente, pulito, con bagno in camera e doppia finestra. Dotato di ogni comfort (tv, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli e biancheria) offre il servizio di colazione presso una struttura convenzionata. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato.

Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla, in posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal lungomare e dal porto turistico d'imbarco alle crociere. Consigliato.
