After a long flight from Australia, it turned out that our booking confirmation number was not recognized by the host's friend. We called the provided phone number, but Andrea was not reachable. We are experienced travelers and it has never happened to us anywhere in the world. Roberto, a friend of Andrea, was helpful and offered us a room in the same building for only 2 nights at a high price. We do not recommend this B&B. We do not know who was at fault, the B&B, Andrea, or the host.

A beautiful holiday. The structure is very beautiful, perfect location to visit everything and more on foot, very satisfying management, very clean and spacious room, perfect breakfast that gives you the possibility to choose everything you want. The managers are very kind, caring, truly special people. A special thanks to Alessandro for the availability he gave us in these days. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back to you.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend at this wonderful property. Perfect and central location to easily explore the city. Located right in front of the Colosseum, just above the metro. Impeccable room cleanliness and very kind hosts who provided us with all the information and suggestions we needed right from the start; therefore, excellent value for money. The next time we return to Rome, we will try to come back here!

I stayed here with my sister and young nephew for 3 nights 4 days during August 2019 and the weather was incredibly hot but thankfully the room had air conditioning. We found it to be clean, bright, reasonably priced and very comfortable. I have given 9/10 for the breakfast as it was a little limited but that, I suppose, was because being vegetarians there wasn't much choice. The location was just amazing, situated directly across to the Colosseum, however, you could not see it from the window except from a side window which was no big deal but as soon as you walk out of front door of the B&B - there it was, a magnificent structure! Yes, I would most definitely stay there again.

Super séjour hotel au top a tout niveau on c est régalé on le conseil car super bien placé prix propreté chambre accueil petit déjeuner tout est au top si on doit retourner à Rome nous prendrons cet hotel et aucun autre.

Grazie a Luciano ed Andrea per l'ospitalità offertaci nella meravigliosa stanza tripla in faccia al Colosseo del B&B Tre R per festeggiare un Capodanno indimenticabile. i loro preziosi consigli ci hanno facilitato la scelta di cosa vedere e dove mangiare in ogni zona di Roma, evitandoci sgradite sorprese ed inutili perdite di tempo. Stazione della metropolitana a 100 metri e stazione ferroviaria e centro storico raggiungibili anche a piedi sono il fiore all'occhiello di questa splendida struttura. Provare per credere. Torneremo senz'altro al Tre R Colosseo per le prossime trasferte romane.

Super chambre et endroit idéal proche du métro et face au Colisée! super! Petit-déjeuner au café juste à côté, croissant ou toast et cappuccino. Possibilité de laisser la valise dans une armoire sous clé afin de profiter de la dernière journée sans se balader avec Sto arrivando! valises. Merci Andréa.

Super localisation in front of Colosseum. Middle in the old town. The Inkeeper makes all his possible to agreement the Journey. A very good adress for t ravellers not for roomkeeper. If i return to Rom ill ring where.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti. Che dire, era tutto perfetto: dalla posizione (letteralmente di fronte al Colosseo) alla cortesia e disponibilità del gestore. La stanza era ampia e molto pulita. È il luogo ideale per visitare la città. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile sia con la metropolitana (la fermata si trova a due passi dal B&B) che a piedi.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia al tre r Colosseo a novembre. Il palazzo si trova proprio di fronte al Colosseo ed è vicinissimo alla metropolitana. Ha solo tre camere pulite e ben arredate. I titolari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Unica nota per alcuni forse stonata è la colazione perché il B&B è convenzionato con il bar di sotto e prevede una bevanda e un pezzo dolce, quindi se siete abituati a colazioni a buffet sappiate che qui non è prevista. Se capiterò di nuovo a Roma sicuramente ritornerò al Tre R.
